For all the design you will need some cords, in different colors and some beads.
Loop bracelet measurements: central cord 20-25 cm,
Pink and blue cords 1'
10 m each aprox
., closure cord 30 cm.
For the first design start taping a piece of cord to the table so it doesn’t move.
Cross another piece of cord under the first one and start making some square knots. Take the left cord cross it over the centre and under the right cord and thread this right cord under the centre and through the loop created by the left and centre cords. Then do the same on the other side. Take the right cord cross it over the centre and under the left cord and thread this left cord under the centre and through the loop created by the right and centre cords.
Then make two more square knots. Then take another piece of cord, in a different color if you want, and thread it under the middle cord. Now make
4 square knots. Take a bead and thread it through the middle cord. Now take the first cords, the pink ones in my case and pass them over the blue ones, and make four square knot, and remember to make them slightly looser. Then pass the blue cords over the pink ones and do the same thing. Now press those knots up to create the loops. Then , just repeat as many times you want.
Once your bracelet is complete cut out the side cords, and secure the last knot with some clear nail polish.
For the closure, tape the leftover cords, and with another piece make some looser square knotsand finally add some smaller beads and a knot to finish your bracelet.
Spiral bracelet measurements: central cord 20-25 cm, side cords 60 cm each, closure cord 30 cm.
The second design is a little twist to the typical square knot so start threading four or five beads through a cord.
And then taking another piece of cord, as we did before, thread it under and start making a regular square knot, but now instead of switching sides, just start from the same side as before and keep doing this till the end always starting the knot from the same side. You will create this super cool spiral effect. Then do the same to the other side. once you finish cut the side cords again and make the same closure but again starting all the knots from the same side. Add a couple of beads and knots to the sides and that’s it!
Switch knot bracelet measurements: two purple cords 60 cm each, two pink cords 60 cm each, closure cord 30 cm.
For the third design tape two pieces of cord. Then take another one, in a different color if you want, as you can see, I’m using purple and pink, and make two regular square knots.
Then cross those pink cords over the purple ones, and make two square knots, now with the purple ones. Cross those purple cords over the pink ones and repeat until you get the length you want. Cut the side cords, and then make the same closure as for the first bracelet.
Braid bracelet measurements: to make 3 square knot bracelets, you will need two cords: th first one 20 cm and the second one 1'10 m. (for each of the three parts)
The last design is even easier, so start making three regular square knot bracelets of the size of your wrist.
Tape them together on one of the ends and make a braid with the three bracelets. Tape that end too, and make some square knots with the leftover cords.
Again, cut the side cords and make the same closure as before.
