Tony Liu Yung (born 7 February 1952 in Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong actor and martial artist. He often appeared in martial arts films. He debuted in Bruce Lee's The Big Boss and later appeared in Lee's next three films.
Tony Liu was born in 1952 in Hong Kong to Hong Kong actress Li Wen. He was educated in Hong Kong's St. Paul College. He later went to Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and studied piano. In addition, he has also studied Judo and Karate and mastered them. Liu later studied Kung Fu from Bruce Lee.
Liu joined Golden Harvest in 1970 at the age of 18. His first role was in Bruce Lee's The Big Boss as the villainous "Hsiao Chiun". He then appeared in Fist of Fury as one of the brothers of Jing Wu Men and in Way of the Dragon as "Tony", a Karate practitioner who later studies Kung Fu under Bruce Lee's character, "Tang Lung". He also had a cameo appearance in Enter the Dragon as a tournament fighter who fights John Saxon.
He gained fame after he joined Shaw Brothers in 1975. His first breakthrough role was in Emperor Chien Lung as the emperor and later in the sequels.

He is noted for his roles in five feature-length films: Lo Wei's The Big Boss (1971) and Fist of Fury (1972); Way of the Dragon (1972), directed and written by Lee; Warner Brothers' Enter the Dragon (1973) and The Game of Death (1978), both directed by Robert Clouse.
