This video is property of Train_PlaneHub, "RachaelMatt" and must not be re-uploaded! 1080p HD! A wet, damp and misty Autumn morning at East Midlands Airport on Thursday 16th October 2014. I wanted to catch the dreamliner there once again so I checked the schedule and it seemed Thursdays are a good day to catch one! The Cancun arrival is at 07:40 and its return departure to Orlando is at 10:30, so thought I'd go down and see that and whatever else was about! Apologies for the lack of focus at a few points towards the beginning of the video, my camera doesn't like low visibility. INCLUDES: Thomson 787 Dreamliner (G-TUIA), Saudi Air Force C-130 Hercules, Jet2 737's, Thomas Cook A321's, Monarch A321's, BMI ERJ135, Ryanair 737's, Flybe Q400 Dash8's and a fair few Private jets! The Hercules was a nice surprise, I've seen it at EMA before, but wasn't expecting it today. Look closely at the effect of the mist on the propellers as it takes off! Looks really cool. Nice to see the sunshine come out for the Dreamliner departure. Also got some nice shots of the Ryanair 737's splashing through the puddles on the taxiway :P The second Thomas Cook A321, in the older blue livery was an empty positioning flight, note how quickly it rotates. Leaving East Midlands for the winter I'd imagine as more and more routes close down for the season. Stay tuned, I'm flying on a Thomson Dreamliner to/from Barbados next month in Premium so will definitely be getting some great onboard footage from that.
