Terrorism does not work. It achieves nothing. Everyone knows that -- except terrorists themselves, and that is wherein lies the problem. Yesterday´s totally senseless attacks on Istanbul were described by the BBC as a "carnage" and rightly so ... It is also home to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, dolmabahce palace, Göreme National Park, the monasteries of Cappadocia, the thermal pools of Pamukkale, and Ephesus (home of the Virgin Mary) ... ....
