Plot: The earth has changed, but not for those upon it. A masked figure stalks a graveyard searching for remnants. Moths and butterflies trapped in the light. A lizard nailed to a tree. A man imprisoned by his own vices. A rabbit in a pantry. The search for a legendary lost movie. Hallucinogenic seeds in a small wooden box. All these things will collide, fuse and split...and all will be born again, upon this changed earth. Blending genres and employing a unique structure This Changed Earth comprises several interlinked stories themed with obsession. Queen of Hearts: An obsessed and disturbed young man stalks a beautiful woman with tragic and shocking results. He has been watching her for a long time. And sometimes when he sees her smile he thinks that perhaps he doesn't need the pills anymore. He follows her sometimes, and keeps a secret book, for his eyes only. His eyes devour it on a daily basis, in a lonely room. He knows where she works, what she does for fun...where she lives. He idolizes her but is afraid that she could be the very thing that destroys him. Still, he dreams of her nightly, and visions of her fill his days. But there is someone new in her life... The Hunt For The House On Cuckoo Lane: The House On Cuckoo Lane...An extremely obscure underground movie. Some people claim it never existed. Those who believe of its existence claim it is the strangest and most unsettling underground film of all time. Legend has it the film was found in the very house where it was shot. This is the film every video collector wants. For Shaun Costello The House On Cuckoo Lane is an obsession. He has nightmares about the tape and its contents although he has never laid eyes on it. His obsession will force him to scour the video underground and consult dangerous traders for the crowning jewel in his collection. But as Shaun will soon discover, the thrill of the hunt is often greater than the reward. The Seeds of Damnation: A dark stranger has left a box on his door step...Soon a phone call of instructions follows...He is no stranger to drugs but these seeds are something different, special, overwhelming. And soon he will be plunged into a nightmare of his own creation, held up by nothing more than fractured memories and broken dreams. All will fall down like a house of cards, and be washed up naked and bleeding on the deserted shores of a Mexican beach. Here there is a dark underbelly to the luxury resorts, and something ghostly which still breathes invisibly, inside the ancient temples... The Rabbit In The Pantry: Essentially the genesis of This Changed Earth and the inspiration for the whole project. An excerpt from the mysterious House On Cuckoo Lane videotape.

Quotes:
Queen of Hearts: And who is this?::King of Hearts: Let me see, my dear. It's certainly not a heart. Do you suppose it's a club?
Alice: I simply must get through!::Doorknob: Sorry, you're much too big. Simply impassible.::Alice: You mean impossible?::Doorknob: No, impassible. Nothing's impossible.
Cheshire Cat: Oh, by the way, if you'd really like to know, he went that way.::Alice: Who did?::Cheshire Cat: The White Rabbit.::Alice: He did?::Cheshire Cat: He did what?::Alice: Went that way.::Cheshire Cat: Who did?::Alice: The White Rabbit.::Cheshire Cat: What rabbit?::Alice: But didn't you just say - I mean - Oh, dear.::Cheshire Cat: Can you stand on your head?::Alice: Oh!
[Alice falls down the rabbit hole and her dress poofs up like a parachute]::Alice: Well, after this I should think nothing of falling down stairs.
White Rabbit: [singing] I'm late / I'm late / For a very important date. / No time to say "Hello, Goodbye". / I'm late, I'm late, I'm late.
Alice: If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?
Daisy: What kind of a garden do you come from?::Alice: Oh, I don't come from any garden.::Daisy: Do you suppose she's a wildflower?
Cheshire Cat: If I were looking for a white rabbit, I'd ask the Mad Hatter.::Alice: The Mad Hatter? Oh, no no no...::Cheshire Cat: Or, you could ask the March Hare, in that direction.::Alice: Oh, thank you. I think I'll see him...::Cheshire Cat: Of course, he's mad, too.::Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.::Cheshire Cat: Oh, you can't help that. Most everyone's mad here. [laughs maniacally; starts to disappear] You may have noticed that I'm not all there myself.
Walrus: The time has come, my little friends, to talk of other things / Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings / And why the sea is boiling hot, and whether pigs have wings / Calloo, Callay, come run away / With the cabbages and kings.
Doorknob: Read the directions and directly you will be directed in the right direction.
