Crysis 3 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek, published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The third game sees players take on the role of Prophet as he returns to New York in 2047, 24 years after the events of Crysis 2. He discovers the city has been encased in a giant Nanodome created by the corrupt CELL. The Liberty Dome is a veritable urban rainforest teeming with overgrown trees, dense swamplands and raging rivers. Within the Liberty Dome, seven distinct and treacherous environments become known as the Seven Wonders. Prophet is said to be on a "revenge mission" after uncovering the truth behind C.E.L.L.'s motives for building the quarantined Nanodomes. The citizens were told that the giant citywide structures were erected to protect the population and to cleanse these metropolises of the remnants of Ceph forces. In reality, the Nanodomes are C.E.L.L.'s covert attempt to conquer the world through weapons and technology.

Crysis 3 full game movie: cutscenes and gameplay from Crytek's 2013 game edited together for a cinematic experience.
I've included all cutscenes and most of the in-game dialogue in order to present as much of the story and character moments as possible. Gameplay segments were edited in to improve flow and pacing and also wherever it was necessary to give context to the narrative. I've also edited in some of the in-game collectible intel files that finally explain what the Ceph are doing on Earth and the reason behind their dramatic transformation between Crysis and Crysis 2.
All in-game footage was captured on PC at full-HD (1080p) resolution with all graphical settings at Very High.

Story synopsis:
In the year 2047, Prophet is a former special forces soldier who is now part man, part machine: his mind is contained in a state-of-the-art nanosuit worn and kept functioning by the body of a dead Marine. The multi-national corporation CELL has taken advantage of incursions by the alien Ceph around the globe to seize power in a bid for world domination. Prophet, newly freed from CELL captivity, and a band of rebels infiltrate the Liberty Dome, built around the ruins of New York City, in order to take down CELL and end the Ceph threat once and for all.

Crysis is a science fiction first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek (Frankfurt, Germany), published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, and released in November 2007. It is the first game of a trilogy. A separate game entitled Crysis Warhead was released on September 12, 2008, and follows similar events as Crysis but from a different narrative perspective.Crysis, Crysis Warhead and a multiplayer expansion called Crysis Wars were re-released as a compilation pack titled Crysis Maximum Edition on May 5, 2009. At the time Crysis was released, and years thereafter, it has been praised for its milestones in graphical design (commensurate with high hardware requirements).
The game is based in a future where a massive ancient space alien-constructed structure has been discovered buried inside a mountain on an island in the fictional Lingshan Islands, near the coast of the East Philippines. The single-player campaign has the player assume the role of US Army Delta Force operator Jake Dunn, referred to in-game by his call sign, Nomad. Nomad is armed with various futuristic weapons and equipment, most notably a "Nano Suit" which was inspired by a real-life military concept. In Crysis, the player fights both North Korean and extraterrestrial enemies in various environments on and around the island.

Crysis 3 full game movie: cutscenes and gameplay from Crytek's 2013 game edited together for a cinematic experience. I've included all cutscenes and most of the in-game dialogue in order to present as much of the story and character moments as possible. Gameplay segments were edited in to improve flow and pacing and also wherever it was necessary to give context to the narrative. I've also edited in some of the in-game collectible intel files that finally explain what the Ceph are doing on Earth and the reason behind their dramatic transformation between Crysis and Crysis 2. All in-game footage was captured on PC at full-HD (1080p) resolution with all graphical settings at Very High. Crysis 3 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek, published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The third game sees players take on the role of Prophet as he returns to New York in 2047, 24 years after the events of Crysis 2. He discovers the city has been encased in a giant Nanodome created by the corrupt CELL. The Liberty Dome is a veritable urban rainforest teeming with overgrown trees, dense swamplands and raging rivers. Within the Liberty Dome, seven distinct and treacherous environments become known as the Seven Wonders. Prophet is said to be on a "revenge mission" after uncovering the truth behind C.E.L.L.'s motives for building the quarantined Nanodomes. The citizens were told that the giant citywide structures were erected to protect the population and to cleanse these metropolises of the remnants of Ceph forces. In reality, the Nanodomes are C.E.L.L.'s covert attempt to conquer the world through weapons and technology.

Kathleen Thomas grimly recalls the day when a US warplane flew over in Afghanistan and bombed her intensive care unit. A survivor of the attack - which killed 42 and wounded dozens of others in the northern city of Kunduz - Thomas recounted seeing patients at her intensive care unit, the first to be hit by the air strike, trapped in their beds and engulfed in flames ... I love indie games, don’t get me wrong ... As much as I love indie games, though, Playstation needs to take a step back and stop including so many in their Instant Game Collection ... The first couple months brought some good AAA titles like Dead Space 3 and Crysis 3, but after that we started seeing less and less, and for the last year or so it’s been almost entirely indie games. Before the change? Deus Ex, Battlefield 3, Hitman....

With a lowered resolution and switching off anti-aliasing, I was able to run Crysis 3 on High settings ... ....
