  bad customer service. When received boots although very nice boots, I ordered the wrong size and asked if I could exchange and never heard back.

  These are very cute shoes that we are still trying to make work. Sizing is really difficult. My daughter is a solid 4, which ended up huge on her. We ordered a 3 1/2, but still loose in back. Not sure if too short or just too wide. She has average with feet. This style has a cinch in the back that helps a little, but seems to fit less snug overall compared the original style. We are going to try the 3 and then switch to a different style if still doesn't work. Sort of a pain. Wouldn't go to so much trouble, but my daughter really wants them.

  If you usually wear women's shoes: take your women size and subtract 2 sizes. The kids size should fit if it is 2 sizes smaller than the size you normally wear in women.

  These are NOT the real Uggs from Australia. These - and all Uggs sold as "Ugg Australia" in America are really Decker products, these are made in Asia. These are inferior products, produced by an inferior company. They are also overpriced. If you check on Amazon there's a great post by someone who did the research, I wish I read it before. Real Uggs with real customer service that are really wonderful and really made in Australia see uggsince1974 (dot) com (dot) au. It's such a pity we can't buy real Uggs on Zappos, because Decker took the trademark and the real Australian company cannot sell their product in the US, you'd have to buy from the Australian web site.

  These shoes were impossible to get on my newborn daughter's feet. I kept trying as she grew as well and couldn't ever get them to go on. They are just too tight around the ankle where they should be loose.

  Ordered these boots in Tan Canyon for my 6 year old daughter who will be in a wedding this summer in the Midwest. They are also similar to a pair she used to have and grew out of so we were hoping she'd love the new pair as much. I ordered a half size up because I anticipate her having a growth spurt and I want them to last a bit. Boots arrived super fast and are high quality. Just as pictured but perhaps a quarter or half shade darker but that made me like them even more. She loves them and I'm a bit jealous that this pair doesn't come in adult sizes!
