Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (from Latin iuventūs, "youth"; Italian pronunciation: [juˈvɛntus]), commonly referred to as Juventus and colloquially as Juve (pronounced [ˈjuːve]), is a professional Italian association football club based in Turin, Piedmont. The club is the third oldest of its kind in the country and has spent the majority of its history, with the exception of the 2006–07 season, in the top flight First Division (known as Serie A since 1929).
Founded in 1897 as Sport-Club Juventus by a group of young Torinese students, among them, who was their first president, Eugenio Canfari, and his brother Enrico, author of the company's historical memory; they have been managed by the industrial Agnelli family since 1923, which constitutes the oldest sporting partnership in Italy, thus making Juventus the first professional club in the country.
Over time, the club has become a symbol of the nation's Italianità ("Italianness"), due to their tradition of success, some of which have had a significant impact in Italian society, especially in the 1930s and the first post-war decade; and the ideological politics and socio-economic origin of the club's sympathisers. This is reflected, among others, in the club's contribution to the national team, uninterrupted since the second half of the 1920s and recognised as one of the most influential in international football, having performed a decisive role in the World Cup triumphs of 1934, 1982 and 2006. The club's fan base is larger than any other Italian football club and is one of the largest worldwide. Support for Juventus is widespread throughout the country and abroad, mainly in countries with a significant presence of Italian immigrants.
Stephen or Steven /ˈstiːvən/ is a masculine first name, derived from the Greek name Στέφανος (Stéfanos), in turn from the Greek word "στέφανος", meaning "wreath, crown, honour, reward", literally "that which surrounds or encompasses". In ancient Greece, a wreath was given to the winner of a contest (from which the crown, symbol of rulers derived). The use of the noun was first recorded in Homer's Iliad. The name is significant to Christians: according to the Book of Acts in the New Testament, Saint Stephen was a deacon who was stoned to death and is regarded as the first Christian martyr. The name has many variants, which include Stephan, Stevan, Stefan and Stevon.
In Middle English, the name Stephen or Stephan was pronounced as a bi-syllabic word — Step-hen or Step-han — much like a Scandinavian surname. Steve was pronounced as it is in Modern English. This etymological usage began a decline in the mid-19th century.
Steve is the common short form, while various diminutives such as Stevie and Ste are also used. Many family names are derived from Stephen: the most common are Stephens/Stevens and Stephenson/Stevenson (others include Stephen, Stephan, Staphan, Stefan, Stevin and Stever).
Julio Alberto Moreno Casas (born 7 October 1958), known as Julio Alberto, is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a left back.
During his professional career he played mainly for Atlético Madrid and Barcelona, amassing La Liga totals of 269 games and 11 goals.
A Spanish international in the mid-to-late 1980s, Alberto represented the nation in one World Cup and one European Championship.
Born in Candás, Asturias, Julio Alberto came through the ranks of Atlético de Madrid, appearing rarely for the Colchoneros during his early years and also serving a Segunda División loan stint with Recreativo de Huelva in the 1979–80 season. Fully promoted to the first team for the following campaign, he played 59 La Liga games in that and the next seasons combined, subsequently attracting interest from FC Barcelona.
With Barça, the offensive-minded Alberto played a further nine years, with opposed fates: he was a key element in the side's 1985 league conquest and, during the following season, scored a stunning goal against Juventus F.C. in the semifinals of the European Cup, in a 1–0 home win (eventually 2–1 aggregate). He would also start in the penalty shootout loss against FC Steaua Bucureşti in the final.
Daniel Alves da Silva (born 6 May 1983), commonly known as Dani Alves (Brazilian Portuguese: [ˈdɐ̃ni ˈawvis]), is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a right back for Spanish club Barcelona and the Brazil national team.
Before joining Barcelona, Alves spent a successful six-year spell with Sevilla, winning two UEFA Cups and the Copa del Rey with the Andalusian side. He joined Barcelona for €32.5 million, becoming the third-most expensive defender of all time. He won the Treble in his first season with the club and in the next season he won the Spanish Super Cup, European Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup. Additionally, he helped the club to clinch another Spanish Super Cup, two league titles and a UEFA Champions League in the years that followed. Alves has held a Spanish passport since 2005.
Alves is the second-most decorated footballer in European competitions of all time with nine European medals, leaving him one behind Paolo Maldini on the all-time list.
On 29 September 2011, Alves was appointed as a Special Olympics Ambassador for its Global Football program, charged with promoting respect and inclusion in football for people with intellectual disabilities, particularly in the run up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Domestically, Barcelona has won 23 La Liga, 27 Copa del Rey, 11 Supercopa de España, 3 Copa Eva Duarte and 2 Copa de la Liga trophies, as well as being the record holder for the latter four competitions. In international club football, Barcelona has won five UEFA Champions League titles, a record four UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, a shared record five UEFA Super Cup, a record three Inter-Cities Fairs Cup and a record three FIFA Club World Cup trophies. Barcelona was ranked first in the IFFHS Club World Ranking for 1997, 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2015 and currently occupies the second position on the UEFA club rankings. The club has a long-standing rivalry with Real Madrid; matches between the two teams are referred to as El Clásico.

This was the return leg in the 1985/86 Champions Cup quarter finals. Barcelona had won the 1st leg 1-0 with a goal scored in the 81st minute. Juventus with Platini wanted to confirm their win over Liverpool in the previous year's Cup final tainted by the Heysel disaster. But after the retirements of Zoff and Bettega in 83, the departure of Gentile in 84, and the recent departures of Tardelli, Boniek and Paolo Rossi, the team had only veterans Cabrini, Scirea and Brio to rely on, with Laudrup stepping in to support Platini up front. Aldo Serena had been a reliable goalscorer so far that season, but he was out for the game along with fellow striker Briaschi, leaving Trapattoni with the sole choice of hoping that youngster Marco Pacione would fill the gap... This actually turned out to be Pa...
