I have learned from
People for the Ethical
Treatment of
Animals (PETA-INDIA) and from the int'l media that the abuse inflicted on cattle transported by road to slaughter is unimaginably cruel.
Cows are pulled by ropes that are inserted through their noses. To keep the animals moving, handlers twist the cows' necks, horns and tails or rub chilli peppers in the animals eyes !!!
this is totally unacceptable ! it's immoral and very inhumane and this has to stop immediately!
Holy cows and other animals are grossly overloaded into vehicles, causing them to suffocate, gore and blind each other with their horns. When they arrive at the slaughterhouse, some are dead and most are injured, bruised, overheated and exhausted. The surviving cattle are pulled off by the ropes or by the tail.
Wounded cows are left at the foot of the vehicle to land on top of them.
Indian law clearly prohibits beating, kicking and overloading animals; overcrowding animals in transit; depriving animals of water; selling abused animals and killing animals cruelly.
I implore you to enforce
India's laws protecting animals in transportation. It is only with your support that these animals can be helped.
Thanking you in advance to take the necessary measures in order to ban these cruel practises.

A BRIEF
VIEW:have you already accidentally rub your finger in the eye by eating hot pepper? it burns for long
.. isn't it? watch these poor cows! pure hot pepper leaves are are induced in their eyes in order to make them move faster to the slaughterhouses!!
✦The cow's special status in India is enshrined in law. With the exception of two states, the slaughter of cows and calves is totally forbidden, whatever the reason and at whatever age. Bulls and bullocks and she-buffaloes are protected up to 15 years of age.
In India Cows tails are often broken and hot chili pepper(or
Tobacco) is rubbed into their eyes !!! (as seen on this video!)
in order to force them to walk up to 60 miles to the slaughterhouse.. yes ! welcome to the unknown dark side of India !
✦ABOUT THE
VIDEO:
Please watch how they put into hot chili pepper into their eyes of these poor cows in order to let them stand and move.. because these poor cows refuse to be killed..they remain lying on the ground..as they know their coming fate !! and it burns terribly for hours.. (on the most sensitive part of the body !)
-Cows are transported from
Hindu states to the Islamic states, where they can be slaughtered more openly.. During this transportation, cows are often neglected, sometimes going days without food or water. When they collapse from exhaustion or dehydration, common methods of getting them to move include breaking their tails or smearing hot chili pepper into their eyes!!! as you can see on this video..
