The Act gives four factors to be considered to determine whether a particular use is a fair use:
1.the purpose and character of the use (commercial or educational, transformative or reproductive);
2.the nature of the copyrighted work (fictional or factual, the degree of creativity);
3.the amount and substantiality of the portion of the original work used; and
4.the effect of the use upon the market (or potential market) for the original work.[5]
The Act was later amended to extend the fair use defense to unpublished works

P.D.: Muchas canciones de este concierto duelen hasta el alma, de hecho entre estas esta mi canción favorita desde hace 6 años ya y yo era un niño de 12 años apenas, cuando descubrí su álbum Till the Sun Turns Black, fue entonces cuando de muchas maneras este gran artista entro en mi vida e influencio de mil maneras en la misma, y que mas decir, sus letras, duelen si, pero son muchas veces lo que me mantiene a flote en situaciones que han pasado a lo largo de estos años, mas que nada en relaciones amorosas, que por desgracia siempre he salido lastimado yo, quizás el dar todo de mi, y brindar todo mi amor a una mujer y el querer hacerla feliz ante todo este mal para ellas y yo no me doy cuenta, pero bueno me ha tocado sufrir pero, la música es lo que nos queda para seguir, porque aun queda mucho por pasar, y principalmente para saber, como termina la historia :)

Amy Jade Winehouse (14 September 1983 – 23 July 2011) was an English singer and songwriter known for her powerful deep contralto vocals and her eclectic mix of musical genres including R&B, soul and jazz. Winehouse's 2003 debut album, Frank, was critically successful in the UK and was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Her 2006 follow-up album, Back to Black, led to six Grammy Award nominations and five wins, tying the then record for the most wins by a female artist in a single night, and made Winehouse the first British female to win five Grammys, including three of the "Big Four": Best New Artist, Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
In 2007 she won a Brit Award for Best British Female Artist; she had also been nominated for Best British Album. She won the Ivor Novello Award three times: once in 2004 for Best Contemporary Song (musically and lyrically) for "Stronger Than Me", once in 2007 for Best Contemporary Song for "Rehab", and once in 2008 for Best Song Musically and Lyrically for "Love Is a Losing Game".

Raymond "Ray" Charles Jack LaMontagne (
/lɑːmɒnˈteɪn/; born June 18, 1973) is a Grammy-award winning American singer-songwriter. LaMontagne has released four studio albums, Trouble, Till the Sun Turns Black, Gossip in the Grain and God Willin' & the Creek Don't Rise. He was born in New Hampshire and was inspired to create music after hearing an album by Stephen Stills. Critics have compared LaMontagne's music to The Band, Van Morrison, Nick Drake, and Tim Buckley. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
LaMontagne was born in Nashua, New Hampshire, in 1973. Despite his father's background in music, LaMontagne avoided the activity and spent time reading fantasy novels in the forest. He spent time in several different states in his youth. In his early teens he lived in Morgan, Utah, a small rural town of 2000 people. He was known for being an aloof, and indifferent to his education. He was much more interested in drawing images of Dungeons and Dragons than he was in his school work. He was well liked, and revered as somewhat of a mild nuisance. After graduating from high school, LaMontagne moved to Lewiston, Maine and found work in a shoe factory.

P.D.: Muchas canciones de este concierto duelen hasta el alma, de hecho entre estas esta mi canción favorita desde hace 6 años ya y yo era un niño de 12 años apenas, cuando descubrí su álbum Till the Sun Turns Black, fue entonces cuando de muchas maneras este gran artista entro en mi vida e influencio de mil maneras en la misma, y que mas decir, sus letras, duelen si, pero son muchas veces lo que me mantiene a flote en situaciones que han pasado a lo largo de estos años, mas que nada en relaciones amorosas, que por desgracia siempre he salido lastimado yo, quizás el dar todo de mi, y brindar todo mi amor a una mujer y el querer hacerla feliz ante todo este mal para ellas y yo no me doy cuenta, pero bueno me ha tocado sufrir pero, la música es lo que nos queda para seguir, porque aun queda mucho por pasar, y principalmente para saber, como termina la historia :)
