"The blood of our Christian brothers is a testimony that cries out. It does not matter if they are Catholics, Orthodox, Copt or Lutherans: they are Christians. The blood is the same. The blood confesses Christ" ~Francis and one of his latest heresies
Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, Constitution 1, 1215, ex cathedra: “There is indeed one universal Church of the faithful, outside of which nobody at all is saved, in which Jesus Christ is both priest and sacrifice.”
“The apostasy of the city of Rome from the vicar of Christ and its destruction by Antichrist may be thoughts very new to many Catholics, that I think it well to recite the text of theologians of greatest repute. First Malvenda, who writes expressly on the subject, states as the opinion of Ribera, Gaspar Melus, Biegas, Suarrez, Bellarmine and Bosius that Rome shall apostatize from the Faith, drive away the Vicar of Christ and return to its ancient paganism. ...Then the Church shall be scattered, driven into the wilderness, and shall be for a time, as it was in the beginning, invisible; hidden in catacombs, in dens, in mountains, in lurking places; for a time it shall be swept, as it were from the face of the earth. Such is the universal testimony of the Fathers of the early Church.”- Henry Edward Cardinal Manning, The Present Crisis of the Holy See, 1861, London: Burns and Lambert, pp. 88-90) Cardinal Manning
CONDEMNATION OF VATICAN 2 AND THE MODERNISM ENSUED BY POPE LEO XIII REITERATED BY POPE ST PIUS X Let them combat novelties of words, remembering the admonitions of Leo XIII: "It is impossible to approve in Catholic publications a style inspired by unsound novelty which seems to deride the piety of the faithful and dwells on the introduction of a new order of Christian life, on new directions of the Church, on new aspirations of the modern soul, on a new social vocation of the clergy, on a new Christian civilization, and many other things of the same kind."[32] Language of the kind here indicated is not to be tolerated either in books or in lectures. POPE ST PIUS X- PASCENDI
After Pope Benedict dies, then what? Perhaps this is the answer: “…Il Papa cambierà la sua residenza e la Chiesa non sarà difesa per venticinque mesi o più, perché durante tutto quel tempo non ci sarà Papa a Roma…Dopo molte tribolazioni, un Papa sarà eletto fra coloro che saranno sopravvissuti alle persecuzioni…”
" ... The pope will change his residence and the Church will not be defended for twenty-five months or more , because during all that time there will be no Pope in Rome ... After many tribulations , a Pope will be elected from among those who are survivors of persecution ... "
PROPHECY OF BL. ANNA MARIA TAIGI

This week, Whitley Strieber interviews William Henry about one of the most mysterious and important places on Earth: Rennes-le-Chateau in Southern France. William has traveled there many times, but his knowledge goes even deeper than that of a frequent visitor. Listen as he reveals the secrets of the royal families of Europe and the high-strangeness Arcturus connection. Then go even deeper into the story of the Cathars who were burned at the stake en masse by Pope Innocent III. Listen as William reveals their connection to the Essenes of ancient Judea, and tells us the prophecy of their holy book, the Book of Love, which they claimed 700 years ago would change the world when it was found.

For the Pope holdeth place on earth,
not simply of a man but of the one true God."
Pope Innocent III, 1215
Antichrist of the Dark Ages
Fourth Lateran Council "The Pope must admonish kings and punish them with death." Antonio Santarelli, 1626 Italian Jesuit Del Papa "The Power of the Inquisitor." from "The Devil in the Church and his Snares Laid to Destroy
our Public Schools" Pgs 173-174
From the Directory for the Inquisitors. Part III
Question 32. "An inquisitor may force the governors of cities to swear that they will defend the Church against heretics." -- Page 560
Question 43. "Inquisitors may proceed against the dead, who before or after their death were reported to them as guilty of heretical depravity." --Page 570
Question 56. "Inquisitors may proceed to execute their office with an armed force." -- Page 583.
Question 57. "Inquisitors, to seize heretics or their favorers, may demand the aid of the civil authority." --Page 585.
Question 62. "Inquisitors may coerce witness to swear that they will testify to the truth, and should frequently examine them." --Page 600.
Question 65. "Inquisitors may lawfully admit perjured persons to testify and act in cases concerning the faith." -- Page 605.
Question 66. "Inquisitors may lawfully receive infamous persons, and criminals, or servants against their masters, both to act and give evidence in causes respecting the faith." --Page 606.
Question 68. "An inquisitor must not admit a heretic to testify in a cause of faith against or for a believer." -- Page 611.
Question 69 "Inquisitors may allow heretics to witness against heretics, but not for them." -- Page 612.
Question 73. "Inquisitors may torture witnesses to obtain truth, and punish them if they have given false evidence." -- Page 622.
Question 74. "Inquisitors may cite and coerce the attendance of witnesses, and also persons charges with heretical depravity in different dioceses." --Page 626.
Question 93. "Penitent heretics may be condemned to perpetual imprisonment." --Page 641.
"The Catholic Church has the right and duty to kill heretics, because it is by fire and sword that heresy can be extirpated. Mere excommunication is derided by heretics. If they are imprisoned or exiled they corrupt others. The only recourse is to put them to death. For the highest good of the church is the Unity of Faith, and this can not be preserved unless heretics are put to death." -- (Prof. Hugh O'Donnell, "The Ruin of Education in Ireland,"By reason, the Pope is the head, and Kings are but as arms or hands of the same Body; therefore if they do not their duty being careful to preserve the Body, the Head as Lord and Master may cut them off." Multiple Jesuit Contributors, 1685 Warning to England's King Charles II The Jesuits Catechism "It is my opinion that if the liberties of this country—the United States of America—are destroyed, it will be by the subtlety of the Roman Catholic Jesuit priests, for they are the most crafty, dangerous enemies to civil and religious liberty. They have instigated most of the wars of Europe." General Lafayette, 1799 Aide to General Washington Romanism: A Menace to the Nation
"My History of the Jesuits is in four volumes in twelves, printed in Amsterdam in 1761. The Work is anonymous; because, as I suppose, the Author was afraid, as all the Monarchs of Europe were at that time, of Jesuitical Assassination." John Adams to Thomas Jefferson November 4, 1816 An Inquiry Into the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln
"It is the bounden duty of every Christian to pray against Antichrist. And as to what Antichrist is, no sane man ought to raise a question. If it be not Popery in the Church of Rome, there is nothing in the world that can be called by that name. . . . Popery is contrary to Christ's gospel and is the Antichrist and we ought to pray against it." ~Charles Haddon Spurgeon, 1873 England's Prince of Preachers Quoted by Ireland's Ian Paisley Protest of the Pope in Parliament "...if you trace up Masonry, through all its Orders, till you come to the grand tip-top, head Mason of the World, you will discover that the dread individual and the Chief of the Society of Jesus [i.e., the Black Pope, the Superior General of the Jesuits] are one and the same person." -- James Parton (American historian).

The Cunning Genius of the Vatican Papal System
As the background of the structure of the Catholic Church is alarming, an exposure of its system is essential. Biblical and historical analysis of the Papal system is required so that its influence can be prevented. This we have done in this Video It is utterly important to remember that “those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” As many Christian people, and indeed Evangelical churches, have been harmed because of their ignorance of the genius of Vatican procedures please make this video known to your family and friends, thank you.
The full list of popes from Peter up through John Paul II, including many mentioned as martyrs, is found in I Sommi Pontifici Romani, Annuario Pontificio, and the iconography of the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls.

Historians use the term "Medieval Inquisition" to describe the various inquisitions that started around 1184, including the Episcopal Inquisition (1184–1230s) and later the Papal Inquisition (1230s). These inquisitions responded to large popular movements throughout Europe considered apostate or heretical to Christianity, in particular the Cathars in southern France and the Waldensians in both southern France and northern Italy. Other Inquisitions followed after these first inquisition movements. Legal basis for some inquisitorial activity came from Pope Innocent IV's papal bull Ad extirpanda of 1252, which explicitly authorized (and defined the appropriate circumstances for) the use of torture by the Inquisition for eliciting confessions from heretics. By 1256 inquisitors were given absolution if they used instruments of torture.
In the 13th century, most inquisitors were friars who taught theology and/or law in the universities. They used inquisitorial procedures, a common legal practice adapted from the earlier Ancient Roman court procedures. They judged heresy along with bishops and groups of "assessors" (clergy serving in a role that was roughly analogous to a jury or legal advisers), using the local authorities to establish a tribunal and to prosecute heretics. After 1200, a Grand Inquisitor headed each Inquisition. Grand Inquisitions persisted until the mid 19th century.
"In 1252 Innocent IV licensed the use of torture to obtain evidence from suspects, and by 1256 inquisitors were allowed to absolve each other if they used instruments of torture themselves, rather than relying on lay agents for the purpose...".

For the Pope holdeth place on earth,
not simply of a man but of the one true God."

The Work is anonymous; because, as I suppose, the Author was afraid, as all the Monarchs of Europe were at that time, of Jesuitical Assassination." In 1300, the French region of Languedoc had been cowed under the authority of both Rome and France since Pope Innocent III 's Albigensian Crusade nearly a century earlier. That crusade almost wiped out the Cathars, a group of heretical Christians whose beliefs threatened the authority of the Catholic Church. But decades of harrowing repression-enforced by the ruthless Pope Boniface VIII , the Machiavellian French King Philip the Fair of France, and the pitiless grand inquisitor of Toulouse, Bernard Gui (the villain in The Name of the Rose)-had bred resentment. In the city of Carcassonne, anger at the abuses of the Inquisition reached a boiling point and a great orator and fearless rebel emerged to unite the resistance among Cathar and Catholic alike. The people rose up, led by the charismatic Franciscan friar Bernard Délicieux and for a time reclaimed control of their lives and communities. Having written the acclaimed chronicle of the Cathars The Perfect Heresy , Stephen O'Shea returns to the medieval world to chronicle a rare and remarkable story of personal courage and principle standing up to power, amidst the last vestiges of the endlessly fascinating Cathar world. Praise for The Perfect Heresy : "At once a cautionary tale about the corruption of temporal power...and an accounting of the power of faith ...It is also just a darn good read."-Baltimore Sun "An accessible, readable history with lessons ...that were not learned by broad humanity until it saw 20th-century tyrants applying the goals and methods of the Inquisition on a universal scale."-New York Times

Magna Carta 800 A discussion about the Great Charter HD
This transatlantic conversation with scholars at NYU London and NYU Washington, DC, focused on the impact Magna Carta has had as a foundation for law around the world and in the United States.
On June 15, 1215, in a field at Runnymede, King John affixed his seal to Magna Carta. Confronted by 40 rebellious barons, he consented to their demands in order to avert civil war. Just 10 weeks later, Pope

Early Middle Ages - Ecclesiastical, Political, Romanism
early Middle Ages:
ecclesiastico-Political Romanism
1. The establishment of the ecclesiastico-political Rome was the work especially of
three popes: Hildebrand (1075-1089); Innocent III (1198-1216); and Boniface VIII
(1294-1303)
2. The “Investiture Struggle”—who should ordain or crown whom? The king, the
pope; or the pope, the king? This was a battle royal of political and ecclesiastical
royalty.
3. In the East the battle had been won by the czars. In Islam the offices were combined in the sultanate.
4. In the West the battle was pitched between King Henry IV and Hildebrand,
especially at Canossa (1077). There the emperor, who had been excommunicated
and his subjects freed from submission by the pope, stood barefoot in the snow
outside the papal palace begging for forgiveness.
5. The pope had to forgive a penitent, but he could not because he knew too well
what would happen if he did.
6. The emperor won his pardon and the pope lost his throne—at least the occupation of it, for he was soon driven into exile where he died.
7. The ultimate papal triumph came with Innocent III, who, more than any pope
before or since, controlled church and state. At the Fourth Lateran Council
(1215), he commanded crusades, defined the seven sacraments (including transubstantiation), made confession necessary, and the penitential system the only
way of salvation.
8. Boniface VIII in 1302 issued his Unam Sanctum, which made submission to the
pope necessary for salvation.

Handout Church History - Lecture 10
9. He himself could not escape the power of Philip the Fair, king of France, in this
world.
10. It has been said that he ruled like a lion, but died like a dog.

This is one of the great cathedrals of Rome. It is known as the Papal Archbasilica of St. John Lateran, a cathedral church of the Diocese of Rome and the official ecclesiastical seat of the Bishop of Rome. It is the oldest of the four Papal Basilicas of Rome, ranking above all other churches in the Catholic church, including St. Peter's Basilica, with the designation of the title Archbasilica. The structure has quite a lot of history attached to it: it stands over the ruins of a fort of the imperial bodyguard established by Septimius Severus in 193, and the rest of the site had been occupied by the palace of the gens Laterani, hence the name, during the early Roman Empire. Constantine took it over later upon marrying Fausta, but he later granted it to the Bishop of Rome, possibly during the pontificate of the Pope Miltiades, hosting the synod of bishops which declared Donatism as heresy in 313. It eventually became the residence of Pope St. Sylvester I, and the cathedral of Rome. He also presided over the official dedication of the basilica and the adjacent Lateran Palace in 324.
Such was its wealth and renown, due in large part to donations made by popes and other benefactors that it was known even in its early years as the Basilica Aurea, which unfortunately drew the attention of attacking armies, including the Vandals, who stripped it of all its treasures. It was restored in 460 by Pope Leo I, and again at the behest of Pope Hadrian, but it was nearly destroyed entirely during an earthquake in 897, reportedly collapsing "from the altar to the doors," to the degree that it was even difficult to reconstruct the lines of the old building. Reconstruction efforts commenced on a new church which lasted until 1308 when it was destroyed by fire, then rebuilt by Pope Clement V and John XXII. This structure was burned also, in 1360, and was rebuilt by Pope Urban V. It has retained its ancient form despite the destructions, although few traces remain of the original structure. It is divided by rows of columns and aisles, featuring a peristyle surrounded by colonnades with fountains in the middle in the facing courtyard, which is a conventional Late Antique format also used at St. Peter's Basilica.
There were several reconstructions before Pope Sixtus V's major renovations which gave it much of the appearance it has now. The original Lateran palace was also demolished and replaced by a new one. Another of its interesting features: The obelisk which stands there now is known as the Lateran Obelisk, the largest standing one in the world, estimated to weigh 455 tons, commissioned by pharaoh Thutmose III and situated before the great temple of Karnak in Thebes. Constantius II had it shipped to Rome where it was set up in the Circus Maximus in 357. At some point it was broken and buried under the Circus, but it was rediscovered and re-erected in the 16th century. Renovation on the interior began under Francesco Borromini, commissioned by Pope Innocent X, when the 12 niches were created and filled with statues of the apostles. Clement XII actually initiated a competition for the façade: the winner was Alessandro Galilei, who completed it in 1735. All remnants of the traditional basilica architecture were at that time removed.
It was occupied by every pope from Miltiades until the reign of French Pope Clement V who transferred the official seat of the Catholic church to Avignon in 1309 during the schism, and as such, several popes are interred here. There are six extent papal tombs, including those of Alexander III, Sergius IV, Clement XII Corsini, martin V, Innocent III and Leo XIII, the last pope not to be entombed in St. Peter's Basilica. Reportedly a dozen additional papal tombs were constructed beginning in the 10th c. but they were destroyed in the two fires of the 14th c. Their remains were collected and reburied in a polyandrum. There may also have been several other popes whose tombs are unknown. John X (914-928) was the first pope to be buried within the walls of Rome, possibly because of rumors that he was murdered by Theodora. Other important nearby features include the Lateran Baptistry, where legend states that Constantine I was baptized (although this is almost certainly untrue, though he may indeed have patronized and embellished the structure) and the Scala Sancta, whose white marble steps Jesus Christ is said to have graced upon his ascent to the praetorium of the Palace of Pontius Pilate in Jerusalem, brought to Rome reportedly by St. Helena, the mother of Constantine. This site is one of the most important in Rome, and is probably the major pilgrimage site in the city other than the Vatican.

Just 10 weeks later, Pope Innocent III nullified the agreement, and England plunged into internal war.
Although Magna Carta failed to resolve the conflict between King John and his barons, it was reissued several times after his death.
Magna Carta was written by a group of 13th-century barons to protect their rights and property against a tyrannical king. It is concerned with many practical matters and specific grievances relevant to the feudal system under which they lived. The interests of the common man were hardly apparent in the minds of the men who brokered the agreement. But there are two principles expressed in Magna Carta that resonate to this day:
"No freeman shall be taken, imprisoned, disseised, outlawed, banished, or in any way destroyed, nor will We proceed against or prosecute him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land."
"To no one will We sell, to no one will We deny or delay, right or justice."

The Da Vinci Code evaluated from a Gnostic Perspective by Dr. Stephan Hoeller.
* I think I can agree with most of Mr. Hoeller’s assessments in this brief evaluation. I think it is quite obvious that this whole bloodline of Jesus hypothesis peddled by people like Dan Brown, Henry Lincoln and others like the late Laurence Gardner is sensationalistic and misleading nonsense. The real ‘offspring’ of Mary Magdalene and Christ is a spiritual one – salvific spiritual knowledge and insight, that the Gnostics called Gnosis. This specific (spiritual) Knowledge or Insight has been suppressed and persecuted in history.
I personally do feel Mary Magdalene wound up in the south of France with an entourage, and brought this knowledge with her. In any event, the importance is the specific Knowledge and Insight these prototypal or archetypal figures represent - The Gnosis.
Also quite notably in this regard is that the arrival of Mary Magdalene and her entourage in the south of France near a place now called Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer is still reenacted by gypsies every year.
I certainly think this general obsession with Mary Magdalene that has been around in France didn’t come out of nothing.
Did the priest Berenger Sauniere really find something mysterious in Rennes-le-Chateau? Well, I feel and tend to think he did somehow find information concerning this mystery that goes back to apostolic times. Information concerning the true nature of the teachings of Christ and the prominent role of Mary Magdalene as a disciple. Sauniere tried to express this found knowledge with certain imagery in his church and in the tower he ordered to be built that he called ‘La Tour Magdala’.
The so-called Holy Grail is essentially referring to the Holy Spirit. Holy Blood ditto. Blood is symbolic of Spirit in this case.
Now, did Leonardo da Vinci deliberately include Mary Magdalene in his famous painting of the Last Supper? He may or may not. I cannot tell, but I think that is not so important.
I can also not tell for sure whether this mysterious organisation called the Priory of Sion is factual or not, or in what precise context this should be seen.
Henry Lincoln in his book and films presented quite a bit of sensationalism and information that is not correct, but in between all that I found also some interesting information that I think he explained fairly well. I made a video about this earlier: The True Secret of Rennes-le-Chateau and Mary Magdalene: The Holy Spirit.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xROS2aAnkoQ
So, in conclusion, even though The Da Vinci Code touches certain subjects that are of importance within Gnosticism, it by no means represents Gnostic teachings and views. Some fundamentalists among humanity, and perhaps others, seem to believe that The Da Vinci Code portrays the Gnostic view, which is clearly not the case...
You can encounter the most dirty lies, smear campaigns and propaganda on Gnosticism, even today, predominantly coming from the American protestant evangelical community. Some of them have very sick and warped minds, I have noticed. These are the religious progeny of the Church Fathers Tertullian and Irenaeus, and other tyrants and psychopaths of history such as Constantine I, Pope Innocent III, John Calvin and King/Queen James.
With regard to this topic I would naturally recommend watching my video on The Gospel of Mary Magdalene. That explains true Gnostic views and teachings.

The Northern Crusades or Baltic Crusades were crusades undertaken by the Christian kings of Denmark, Poland and Sweden, the German Livonian and Teutonic military orders, and their allies against the pagan peoples of Northern Europe around the southern and eastern shores of the Baltic Sea. Swedish and German Catholic campaigns against Russian Eastern Orthodox Christians are also sometimes considered part of the Northern Crusades. Some of these wars were called crusades during the Middle Ages, but others, including most of the Swedish ones, were first dubbed crusades by 19th-century romantic nationalist historians. The east Baltic world was transformed by military conquest: first the Livs, Latgallians and Estonians, then the Semigallians, Curonians, Prussians and the Finns underwent defeat, baptism, military occupation and sometimes extermination by groups of Danes, Germans and Swedes
The official starting point for the Northern Crusades was Pope Celestine III's call in 1193[citation needed]; but the Christian kingdoms of Scandinavia, Poland and the Holy Roman Empire had begun moving to subjugate their pagan neighbors even earlier. The non-Christian people who were objects of the campaigns at various dates included:
Armed conflict between the Baltic Finns, Balts and Slavs who dwelt by the Baltic shores and their Saxon and Danish neighbors to the north and south had been common for several centuries before the crusade. The previous battles had largely been caused by attempts to destroy castles and sea trade routes and gain economic advantage in the region, and the crusade basically continued this pattern of conflict, albeit now inspired and prescribed by the Pope and undertaken by Papal knights and armed monks.
Wendish Crusade
The campaigns started with the 1147 Wendish Crusade against the Polabian Slavs (or "Wends") of what is now northern and eastern Germany. The crusade occurred parallel to the Second Crusade to the Holy Land, and continued irregularly until the 16th century.
Livonian Crusade
By the 12th century, the peoples inhabiting the lands now known as Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania formed a pagan wedge between increasingly powerful rival Christian states – the Orthodox Church to their east and the Catholic Church to their west. The difference in creeds was one of the reasons they had not yet been effectively converted. During a period of more than 150 years leading up to the arrival of German crusaders in the region, Estonia was attacked thirteen times by Russian principalities, and by Denmark and Sweden as well. Estonians for their part made raids upon Denmark and Sweden. There were peaceful attempts by some Catholics to convert the Estonians, starting with missions dispatched by Adalbert, Archbishop of Bremen in 1045-1072. However, these peaceful efforts seem to have had only limited success.
Moving in the wake of German merchants who were now following the old trading routes of the Vikings, a monk named Meinhard landed at the mouth of the Daugava river in present-day Latvia in 1180 and was made bishop in 1186. Pope Celestine III proclaimed a crusade against the Baltic heathens in 1195, which was reiterated by Pope Innocent III and a crusading expedition led by Meinhard's successor, Bishop Berthold of Hanover, landed in Livonia (part of present-day Latvia, surrounding the Gulf of Riga) in 1198. Although the crusaders won their first battle, Bishop Berthold was mortally wounded and the crusaders were repulsed.

Magna Carta (Latin for "the Great Charter"), also called Magna Carta Libertatum (Latin for "the Great Charter of the Liberties"), is a charter agreed by King John of England at Runnymede, near Windsor, on 15 June 1215.[a] First drafted by the Archbishop of Canterbury to make peace between the unpopular King and a group of rebel barons, it promised the protection of church rights, protection for the barons from illegal imprisonment, access to swift justice, and limitations on feudal payments to the Crown, to be implemented through a council of 25 barons. Neither side stood behind their commitments, and the charter was annulled by Pope Innocent III, leading to the First Barons' War. After John's death, the regency government of his young son, Henry III, reissued the document in 1216, stripped of some of its more radical content, in an unsuccessful bid to build political support for their cause. At the end of the war in 1217, it formed part of the peace treaty agreed at Lambeth, where the document acquired the name Magna Carta, to distinguish it from the smaller Charter of the Forest which was issued at the same time. Short of funds, Henry reissued the charter again in 1225 in exchange for a grant of new taxes; his son, Edward I, repeated the exercise in 1297, this time confirming it as part of England's statute law.
The charter became part of English political life and was typically renewed by each monarch in turn, although as time went by and the fledgling English Parliament passed new laws, it lost some of its practical significance. At the end of the 16th century there was an upsurge in interest in Magna Carta. Lawyers and historians at the time believed that there was an ancient English constitution, going back to the days of the Anglo-Saxons, that protected individual English freedoms. They argued that the Norman invasion of 1066 had overthrown these rights, and that Magna Carta had been a popular attempt to restore them, making the charter an essential foundation for the contemporary powers of Parliament and legal principles such as habeas corpus. Although this historical account was badly flawed, jurists such as Sir Edward Coke used Magna Carta extensively in the early 17th century, arguing against the divine right of kings propounded by the Stuart monarchs. Both James I and his son Charles I attempted to suppress the discussion of Magna Carta, until the issue was curtailed by the English Civil War of the 1640s and the execution of Charles.

Do you know the difference between an air biscuit and a trouser cough, or the relationship between a pearl necklace and mammary dandruff? Do you know what an art pamphlet and a bongo periodical have in common? Welcome to the world of Viz, linguistic invention, and ribald scatology. Roger’s Profanisaurus is what I would call an ‘advanced’ and deliberately rude dictionary of slang.
Roger's Profanisaurus: Magna Farta The entries are compiled from contributions to the monthly comic magazine. It assumes as a starting point the lowest and most wide-ranging street language for sexual matters, body functions, and gender preference. And it is blisteringly funny, mainly because each expression is defined by the use of further slang terms which are provocatively allusive, offered in a cod serious tone, and take every opportunity to introduce further vulgarity.
Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine (frequently shortened to Carter USM) were an English indie rock band formed in 1988 by singer Jim "Jim Bob" Morrison and guitarist Les "Fruitbat" Carter. They made their name with a distinctive style of power pop, fusing samples, sequenced basses and drum machines with rock 'n' roll guitars and off-beat wordplay-loaded lyrics. They reached the height of their fame in 1992. Over the following years the band took on new members, topping out as a six-piece, but struggled to regain their earlier popularity. They initially split up in 1998 after releasing seven albums.
