She won the award for Best Actress at the 1976 Cannes Film Festival for her performance in Mauro Bolognini's "The Inheritance".
The sensation she created was summarized by Vogue magazine, which said she was "as desired as Monroe, as enigmatic as Garbo, as blunt as Hepburn, as individual as Bernhardt."

Dominique Sanda, born 11 March 1951 (birth year sometimes quoted as 1948) is a French actress and former fashion model.
Sanda was born as Dominique Marie-Françoise Renée Varaigne in Paris to Lucienne (née Pichon) and Gérard Varaigne. She appeared in such noted European films of the 1970s as Vittorio de Sica's Il Giardino dei Finzi-Contini, Bernardo Bertolucci's The Conformist and Novecento, and Liliana Cavani's Beyond Good and Evil. She also appeared in The Mackintosh Man (with Paul Newman) and Steppenwolf (with Max von Sydow).
At the theatre:
In the 1970s, she lived with late actor/director Christian Marquand, with whom she had a son, Yann Marquand. In 2000, she married Nicolae Cutzarida, a philosopher and University professor of Romanian origin.
She won the award for Best Actress at the 1976 Cannes Film Festival for her role in the film The Inheritance.

Robert De Niro (pronounced /dəˈnɪəroʊ/; born August 17, 1943) is an American actor, director and producer. His first major film roles were in Bang the Drum Slowly and Mean Streets, both in 1973. In 1974, he played the young Vito Corleone in The Godfather Part II, a role that won him the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
His critically acclaimed, longtime collaborations with Martin Scorsese began with 1973's Mean Streets, and earned De Niro an Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Jake LaMotta in the 1980 film Raging Bull. He was also nominated for an Academy Award for his roles in Scorsese's Taxi Driver (1976) and Cape Fear (1991). In addition, he received nominations for his acting in Michael Cimino's The Deer Hunter (1978) and Penny Marshall's Awakenings (1990). Also in 1990, his portrayal as Jimmy Conway in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas earned him a BAFTA nomination.
He has earned four nominations for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy: New York, New York (1977), Midnight Run (1988), Analyze This (1999) and Meet the Parents (2000). De Niro directed A Bronx Tale (1993) and The Good Shepherd (2006). He has received accolades for his esteemed career, including the AFI Life Achievement Award and the Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award.

Before the age of twenty-one, Sanda -- tall, blond and coolly mysterious -- had already left a permanent imprint on cinema history. She was born as Dominique Marie-Françoise Renée Varaigne in Paris, in 1948. She had escaped her convent education and upper-class Parisian life by marrying at the age of 15 (but divorced at 17) and enrolling in the École des Beaux-Arts to study painting. She appeared in such noted European films of the 1970s as Vittorio de Sica's "Il Giardino dei Finzi-Contini" (which made her an international star), Bernardo Bertolucci's "The Conformist" and "Novecento", and Liliana Cavani's "Beyond Good and Evil". She also appeared in "The Mackintosh Man" (with Paul Newman) and "Steppenwolf" (with Max von Sydow). Sanda has worked with many of the film world's top directors, including John Huston, John Frankenheimer, Luchino Visconti. Early in her career, Sanda spent time in Hollywood, but has preferred living in Paris while continuing to work around the world. She has appeared in over 30 films, and in more than a dozen television movies in Europe and the U.S., including "Nobody's Fool", with Ann-Margret, and "The Achille Lauro Affair", with Burt Lancaster. She won the award for Best Actress at the 1976 Cannes Film Festival for her performance in Mauro Bolognini's "The Inheritance".
The sensation she created was summarized by Vogue magazine, which said she was "as desired as Monroe, as enigmatic as Garbo, as blunt as Hepburn, as individual as Bernhardt."

Sinopsis: Durante la Conquista del Desierto, una mujer francesa, esposa de un coronel, llega a un pueblo de la Frontera Sur. Cuando se entera que en la zona hay otra francesa cautiva entre los indios, su proyecto será recuperarla. Basada en el cuento "Historia del guerrero y la cautiva", de Jorge Luis Borges.
La historia transcurre durante los últimos pasos en la consolidación del Estado nación en todo el territorio. Los personajes están en el borde de la civilización, en la línea de fortines que está a punto de desaparecer por los acuerdos de paz con el indio. El director nos ubica en este pueblo, confín del territorio donde se ha de inaugurar la estación de ferrocarril, cuyas vías habrán de integrarlo económicamente a la nación. Una nación que impregna de símbolos patrios el territorio y que satura de celeste y blanco la pantalla. La fundación de la primera escuela, será otro síntoma de su poderosa presencia.
En este espacio transcurre la historia y en ella interactúan, entre otros personajes, indios, cautivas, militares, especuladores, terratenientes, inmigrantes, prostitutas y la primera maestra, cada uno condensando diferentes actores sociales que históricamente participaron de ese proceso. Pero estos personajes que habitan y deambulan por ese desierto, no tienen una identidad única, coherente, homogénea. Sus identidades se tornan móviles, están en trance hacia otra cosa y en este proceso el medio geográfico va permearlos, va a imprimirles su marca.
Rodada completamente en nuestra comarca de Viedma-Carmen de Patagones (Río Negro/Buenos Aires). En Zonas del Idevi (se construyó el pueblo); En La Cuchilla (se levantó un fuerte que luego fue incendiado durante el rodaje); En la Chacra de Folino bajo el puente viejo (donde se levantaron las tolderías de los indios) En la Carlota y otros lugares de aquí.
Todos los extras participantes fueron gente de Viedma y Patagones.
Curiosamente no se encuentra en Internet. Ni para verla , ni para descargarla. Con toda la paciencia, durante años de búsqueda logré encontrarla a travéz de un servidor de e-Mule, en posesión de 3 usuarios. Aún la estoy descargando. Cuando la tenga completa la subiré a Youtube e informaré por aquí el link para quien desee verla. Mientras tanto vayan haciendo aportes y comentarios en esta página. Hubieron muchos protagonistas locales y hay mucho material para contar, y un fondo de misterio en cuanto a su NO PROYECCION en Argentina. Pasaron muchísimos años para que el INCAA la mostrara públicamente en nuestro país.

Sinopsis
Ucil adalah tuyul yang insyaf, namun Ucil dikejar-kejar oleh tuyul algojo yang diutus oleh raja tuyul. Awalnya Ucil lari ke pantai, dan di sana ia bertemu dengan jin laut yang bernama Kentung.
Perjalanan Ucil terus berlanjut hingga ia bertemu dengan Yulia (Dominique Sanda), atau yang lebih akrab dipanggil Mbak Yul. Mbak Yul tinggal bersama adiknya Sandra (Ersa Mayori), dan sepupunya yang berprofesi sebagai artis bernama Merry (Novita Wibowo).

Si los capitalistas alemanes son tan cándidos como para llevarnos a Rusia, allá ellos. Por mi parte, acepto el ofrecimiento. ¡Iré!".
