Went for a Spanish gypsy style with this one.
Drums are played by the Akai XR20 and the Boss DR-202. The Roland D-20 is playing most of the other instruments with the exception of the Yamaha TX81z playing a bass. The MPC is used solely as a sequencer to track all the midi. Having fun with my new gear, and I got more!!
The editing is a little sloppy but I'm trying to get used to Final Cut Pro.
Got some new equipment to try out so I will post a video of a new song with my new gear (Akai Z8, Roland MKS-30, and an Ensoniq EPS-M).

Quantum Leap
Quantum Leap is an American science fiction television series that originally aired on NBC for five seasons, from March 1989 through May 1993. Created by Donald P. Bellisario, it starred Scott Bakula as Dr. Sam Beckett, a physicist who leaps through spacetime during an experiment in time travel, by temporarily taking the place of other people in order to correct historical mistakes. Dean Stockwell co-stars as Admiral Al Calavicci, Sam's womanizing, cigar-smoking companion and best friend, who appears to him as a hologram.
The series features a mix of humor, drama, romance, social commentary, and science fiction, and was named one of TV Guide's "Top Cult Shows Ever."
Premise
The first episode introduces Dr. Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula), a scientist working on an experiment called "Project Quantum Leap" in a concealed laboratory in the southwestern desert of the United States, near the end of the 20th century. Beckett, with his team, theorize that time travel is possible within the traveler's own lifespan. With no successful results thus far, Admiral Al Calavicci (Dean Stockwell), Sam's long-time friend and senior officer on the program, is told by the government that they are looking to shut down the project's funding. Sam refuses to allow this, and before he can be stopped, enters the Quantum Leap Accelerator and leaps through spacetime.

Kiki's Delivery Service
Kiki's Delivery Service (Japanese: 魔女の宅急便, Hepburn: Majo no Takkyūbin, "Witch's Delivery Service") is a 1989 Japanese animated fantasy film produced by Studio Ghibli. It was written, produced and directed by Hayao Miyazaki as an adaptation of the 1985 novel of the same name by Eiko Kadono. The film tells the story of a young witch, Kiki, who moves to a new town and uses her flying ability to earn a living. According to Miyazaki, the movie portrays the gulf between independence and reliance in teenage Japanese girls.
Kiki's Delivery Service was released in Japan on July 29, 1989, and won the Animage Anime Grand Prix prize. It was the first Studio Ghibli film released under the distribution partnership between The Walt Disney Company and Studio Ghibli;Walt Disney Pictures recorded an English dub in 1997, which premiered in United States theaters at the Seattle International Film Festival on May 23, 1998. The film was released on home video in the U.S. and Canada on September 1, 1998.

Drums are played by the Akai XR20 and the Boss DR-202. The Roland D-20 is playing most of the other instruments with the exception of the Yamaha TX81z playing a bass. The MPC is used solely as a sequencer to track all the midi. Having fun with my new gear, and I got more!!
The editing is a little sloppy but I'm trying to get used to Final Cut Pro.
Got some new equipment to try out so I will post a video of a new song with my new gear (Akai Z8, Roland MKS-30, and an Ensoniq EPS-M).

Gypsy King - MPC 2000XL, Akai XR20, Boss DR-202, Roland D-20, Yamaha TX81Z
Went for a Spanish gypsy style with this one. Drums are played by the Akai XR20 and the Boss DR-202. The Roland D-20 is playing most of the other instruments with the exception of the Yamaha TX81z playing a bass. The MPC is used solely as a sequencer to track all the midi. Having fun with my new gear, and I got more!! The editing is a little sloppy but I'm trying to get used to Final Cut Pro. Got some new equipment to try out so I will post a video of a new song with my new gear (Akai Z8, Roland MKS-30, and an Ensoniq EPS-M).

Drums are played by the Akai XR20 and the Boss DR-202. The Roland D-20 is playing most of the other instruments with the exception of the Yamaha TX81z playing a bass. The MPC is used solely as a sequencer to track all the midi. Having fun with my new gear, and I got more!!
The editing is a little sloppy but I'm trying to get used to Final Cut Pro.
Got some new equipment to try out so I will post a video of a new song with my new gear (Akai Z8, Roland MKS-30, and an Ensoniq EPS-M).
