Hundreds of nurses went on on another strike on November 20, 2012 against the Sutter Alta Bates hospital in Berkeley and other Sutter operations because of it's attack on their benefits and conditions. This is the 7th strike because of the union busting tactics of the "non-profit" healthcare chain. The Sutter Health chain is seeking to take away sick pay benefits and cut benefits that will affect many nurses and their patients. This is also an attack on patients rights and conditions. In addition government oversight agencies to protect the workers and public have failed to do their jobs according to the workers.
