The Vandals to reissue 'Sweatin' To The Oldies' for Record Store Day

For Record Store Day 2016, The Vandals will be re-issuing their live record Sweatin' To The Oldies through Kung Fu Records. There will be 1,500 copies pressed on clear with black splatter vinyl.

Pennywise to play three full-album shows in San Diego

Pennywise has announced that they will be playing three full albums at the The Observatory in San Diego, California in May. They will have a different opening act each night - Good Riddance, T.S.O.L. and Youth Brigade.

The Menzingers: “Dirty Old Town” and “Whiskey in the Jar”

Philadelphia's The Menzingers posted two festive cover tracks for St. Patricks Day. They covered "Dirty Old Town" by The Pogues and "Whiskey in the Jar," originally made famous by The Dubliners, and later, Metallica. You can listen to the tracks by clicking read more. The Menzingers are reported to be writing a new album. The band last released Rented World in 2014.

Sick Of It All (US)

To celebrate their 30 years as a band Sick Of It All have announced a bunch of US tour dates (as well as one Canadian show). Opening acts for certain parts of the tour includes Old Firm Casuals, Bl'ast!, Street Dogs, Murphy's Law and more.

Jared Hart of The Scandals on tour life and Punk Rock Bowling

So many great bands coming out of the great state of New Jersey. Bayonne’s The Scandals is definitely on its way to being one of them. The band have been together for 12 years and have been churning out great tunes in small doses ever since. Morning Glory: “Deaths Long Sing Song”

New Noise Magazine has premiered a new track from Morning Glory's new EP Post War Pslams, which due out on April 1, 2016 via Buyback Records and Ryan Young's (of Off With Their Heads) Anxious and Angry. The track is called “Deaths Long Sing Song” and you can listen to it here.

Grateful Dead Comp with F-cked Up, Kurt Vile, has more released details

The Grateful Dead compilation that includes Fucked Up, The Flaming Lips, Kurt Vile, Lee Renaldo and more has been detailed. On the release, Fucked Up cover's the early Dead tune "Cream Puff War." Flaming Lips cover "Dark Star." the release will be called Day of the Dead. The release date is to be determined. You can find more information here.
