Yuvan Shankar Raja
Yuvan Shankar Raja (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian singer-songwriter, film score and soundtrack composer, and occasional lyricist from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has predominantly scored music for Tamil films. The youngest son of noted film composer Ilaiyaraaja, he began his musical career in 1996, at age 16, when he composed the film score for Aravindhan. After initial struggle, he made his big break with the Thulluvadho Ilamai soundtrack (2001), and evolved as one of Tamil cinema's most sought-after composers by the mid-2000s.
Within a span of 15 years, Yuvan Shankar Raja has worked on over 100 films. Considered a versatile composer, he often strives for different and innovative music and has explored and used elements of various genres in his compositions that range from folk and R&B to techno and heavy metal. He is particularly known for his use of western music elements and often credited with having introduced Hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry and having started the "era of remixes" in Tamil Nadu. Being popular among the younger generation, he is frequently referred to as the "Rockstar", and the "Youth Icon of Tamil Film Music". In addition, Yuvan Shankar Raja is recognized for his background score in films (re-recording) that have fetched him accolades among critics.

ABOUT MOVIE :- Samar (English: War) is a 2013 Tamil mystery thriller film written and directed by Thiru. It features Vishal, Trisha Krishnan and Sunaina in the lead roles, with Manoj Bajpayee and J. D. Chakravarthy appearing in supporting roles. Richard M. Nathan handled the cinematography, while the film's soundtrack and score were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Dharan Kumar, respectively.[1] The Telugu version titled Vetadu-Ventadu, is scheduled for release on 24 January 2013. The story revolves around a trekking guide, who is forced to leave for Bangkok under strange circumstances and witnesses a series of puzzling incidents there.[2] After several delays finally the film was released on 13 January 2013 to positive reviews.

Arrambam is a 2013 Indian Tamil thriller drama film directed by Vishnuvardhan. Produced by A. Raghuram and co-written by Subha, the film features Ajith Kumar, Arya, Nayantara and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles. While the score and soundtrack of the film were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the cinematography was handled by Om Prakash and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad.
Plot :
The film starts with Ashok setting bombs in three places and informing the police about them. Before the police arrive, the bombs are set off. He along with his lady love Maya (Nayanthara), both threaten her old collegemate hacker Arjun (Arya) who starts hacking one system after the other. Ashok then threatens Sridhar Raghavan (Aadukalam Naren) by trying to kill his baby so that he can extract the truth about black money, Ashok murders him in a fit of rage. Arjun, who is particularly irritated by the things happening around him, complains about the misdeeds of Ashok to inspector Prakash (Kishore). When Ashok gets closer to achieving his goals, he gets arrested by the police. What happens next is the rest of the story.
