Kerry Cohen

Kerry Cohen (born September 15, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American author. She also writes as Kerry Cohen Hoffmann

Cohen grew up in suburban New Jersey. She received an MFA in creative writing from the University of Oregon and an MA in counseling psychology from Pacific University. A practicing psychotherapist and writing instructor, she lives with her husband and two sons in Portland, Oregon. She is the author of Loose Girl: A Memoir of Promiscuity, based on her own promiscuity during her teens. In 2006 she published Easy, a young adult novel.

She teaches creative writing for Gotham Writers Workshop in New York City and the Red Earth low-residency MFA program.

Tori Kelly

Victoria Loren "Tori" Kelly (born December 14, 1992) is an American singer and songwriter who slowly gained recognition after starting to post videos on YouTube at the age of 14. When she was 16, Kelly auditioned for the singing competition television series American Idol. After being eliminated from the show, Kelly began to work on her own music. In 2012, she independently released her first EP that she produced, wrote, and mixed herself, titled Handmade Songs By Tori Kelly. The following year, Scooter Braun became her manager after seeing her videos on YouTube and introduced her to Capitol Records, with whom she signed in September. Kelly's second EP Foreword came out in October 2013 as her first major label release. On June 23, 2015, Kelly's debut album, Unbreakable Smile, was released. The lead single, "Nobody Love", was released in the spring and became her first US Billboard Hot 100 appearance. Kelly is currently nominated for Best New Artist at the 58th Grammy Awards.

Allyson Felix

Allyson Michelle Felix (born November 18, 1985) is an American track and field sprint athlete who competes in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. At 200 meters, she is the 2012 Olympic champion, a 3-time World champion (2005–09), and 2-time Olympic silver medalist (2004–08). In 2015, she became World champion at 400 meters. She has won three additional Olympic gold medals as a member of the United States' women's relay teams; two at 4 x 400 meters (2008–12) and one as part of the 2012 world-record 4 x 100 meters team.

Felix's 200 meters best of 21.69 secs from 2012, ranks her sixth on the all-time list. In 2013, she broke the world best for the rarely contested 150 meters distance, running 16.36 secs. In the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 2015 World Championships, she ran the fastest split ever recorded by an American woman, and third fastest split ever after Jarmila Kratochvilova and Marita Koch, with 47.72. As a participant in the US Anti-Doping Agency's "Project Believe" program, Felix is regularly tested to ensure that her body is free of performance-enhancing drugs. She is coached by Bobby Kersee.
