Perfect Harmony is an a cappella musical comedy by Andrew Grosso and the Essentials about the greatest a cappella group in high school history, eighteen-time national champions, the Acafellas. It’s also about their classmates and female counterpart, perennial runners up, the Ladies in Red. Through song and story, we see these students grapple with the weighty issues of truth, love, and what constitutes appropriate choreography for Nationals. As the story unfolds, we learn not just about these students themselves but also about the true nature of harmony.

Sounds of the Universe is the twelfth studio album by English electronic music band Depeche Mode, released on 17 April 2009 by Mute Records. It was supported by the 2009–10 concert tour Tour of the Universe. Three singles were released from the album; "Wrong", "Peace", and a double A-side of "Fragile Tension" and "Hole to Feed". "Perfect" was also released in the US as a promotional single.
As with the previous album, Playing the Angel, Dave Gahan has once again written three songs with Christian Eigner and Andrew Phillpott: "Hole to Feed", "Come Back" and "Miles Away/The Truth Is". "Spacewalker" and the bonus track "Esque" are instrumentals. Martin Gore shares lead singing duties with Gahan on "In Chains", "Peace" and "Little Soul", he sings the lead of "Jezebel" and the B-side "The Sun and the Moon and the Stars" on the second disc of the deluxe box set. The B-side "Oh Well" is the first track ever to be co-written by Gore and Gahan. The final track "Corrupt" is followed by a short hidden instrumental version of the song "Wrong".
Revival is the second solo studio album by American singer Selena Gomez. It was released on October 9, 2015, by Interscope and Polydor Records. Gomez began planning the project in 2014, at which time she left her previous label Hollywood Records and subsequently joined Interscope and Polydor, and continued work into 2015. As executive producers, Gomez, Danny D, and Tim Blacksmith collaborated with producers including Hit-Boy, Rock Mafia, and Stargate to achieve her desired new sound. Their efforts resulted in a primarily pop record, with elements of dance-pop, electropop, and R&B connected by a tropical beach sound and lyrics that discuss love and confidence.
The record was inspired by the work of a range of artists, especially Christina Aguilera's sophomore studio album Stripped (2002), and Gomez's trip to Mexico, where she defined the album's sound. Working with a handful of songwriters, Gomez co-wrote eleven out of the sixteen tracks that made the album's tracklists. The album reflects her journey since 2013, including the media scrutiny on her personal life, of which her highly public relationships and personal issues.
"Fuckin' Perfect" (stylized "Perfect" on the clean version, and as "F**kin' Perfect" on the main cover) is a song by American recording artist Pink, taken from her first greatest hits album Greatest Hits... So Far!!! (2010). It was released on December 14, 2010 by LaFace Records, JIVE Records, and RCA Records as the album's second single. Pink has stated that the main inspiration behind the track is her husband, Carey Hart. Its music video, directed by longtime collaborator Dave Meyers, delivers a message against depression, self-harm and suicide. In November 2011, the song garnered a Grammy Award nomination for Best Pop Solo Performance. "Fuckin' Perfect" peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Pink's eleventh top-ten hit single in the United States.
In 2011, "Fuckin' Perfect" was ranked at number-fourteen on the "Top 40 Year-End Chart", behind her previous single "Raise Your Glass", based on Mediabase.
TOMA is the local bus service in Caldas da Rainha, a medium-sized city in western central Portugal. Toma means "take this" in Portuguese, commemorating everyman figure Zé Povinho, whose image appears on the buses. Service was inaugurated by the Câmara Municipal (municipal chamber, or city council) on 15 May 2007, the municipal holiday.
TOMA service consists of three routes: Linha Azul (Blue Line), Linha Laranja (Orange Line), and Linha Verde (Green Line). The Blue line uses two minibuses and runs between the western and eastern ends of town. The Orange and Green lines each operate using a single twenty-nine-seat minibus on loop routes.
The Orange and the Green lines were inaugurated on 15 May 2007, as part of the first phase of TOMA service. In May 2008, the municipality announced TOMA's third route, the Blue Line, which serves the northern areas of the city not included in the two first-phase routes. The new route operates using two buses, rather than the single bus used by each of the other two routes. Introduction of the new line was delayed, because the company that won the bid to operate the line decided not to undertake the project after all. The municipality inaugurated the new route on 19 September 2009, Public Transport Day.
In music, harmony is the use of simultaneous pitches (tones, notes), or chords. The study of harmony involves chords and their construction and chord progressions and the principles of connection that govern them. Harmony is often said to refer to the "vertical" aspect of music, as distinguished from melodic line, or the "horizontal" aspect.Counterpoint, which refers to the interweaving of melodic lines, and polyphony, which refers to the relationship of separate independent voices, are thus sometimes distinguished from harmony.
In popular and jazz harmony, chords are named by their root plus various terms and characters indicating their qualities. In many types of music, notably baroque, romantic, modern, and jazz, chords are often augmented with "tensions". A tension is an additional chord member that creates a relatively dissonant interval in relation to the bass. Typically, in the classical common practice period a dissonant chord (chord with tension) "resolves" to a consonant chord. Harmonization usually sounds pleasant to the ear when there is a balance between the consonant and dissonant sounds. In simple words, that occurs when there is a balance between "tense" and "relaxed" moments.
Harmony is the seventh album by American rock band Three Dog Night, released in 1971 (see 1971 in music). The album featured two Top 10 hits: a cover version of Paul Williams' "An Old Fashioned Love Song" (U.S. #4) and Hoyt Axton's "Never Been to Spain" (U.S. #5).
From the dark days of my life
I have walked a lonesome road
Just can't reach the light that others have
How is it that I can't see
How to live my life and learn
I've reached the point of no return
I've got to grasp the opportunities
When they're close at hand
And I've got to realize
My memories must burn
Set me free and let me see
All the beauty in this world
Give me hope, make me believe
That I can change this world and be
Forever free in harmony with life
Sometimes errors I have done
When my judgement has been wrong
As my mind's been set my heart's been gone
I have travelled by myself
Like a lone wolf I have strayed
I have to open up my eyes
I've got to grasp the opportunities
When they're close at hand
And I've got to realize
My memories must burn
Now I can see
The dark clouds are gone
My mind has been set free
No more I'll stray
I've got to grasp the opportunities
When they're close at hand
And I've got to realize
My memories must burn
Set me free and let me see
All the beauty in this world
Give me hope, make me believe
That I can change this world and be
