STORY: Several hours after killing General Shepherd, Price and Nikolai evacuate a critically wounded Soap to a Russian loyalist safe-house in Himachal Pradesh, Northern India, but Makarov sends forces out to their position to kill them. Yuri, a man with a common grudge against Makarov, assists in providing a safe extraction from the region. Meanwhile, the war between Russia and the United States concludes when the actions of a Delta Force team call-signed Metal, successfully repels Russian Forces in New York City, and secures their withdrawal from the East Coast. Two months later, Makarov attacks a plane en route to Hamburg containing Russian President, Boris Vorshevsky, to derail Vorshevsky's plans of making peace with the United States. In the midst of the plane crashing, members of the F.S.O. attempt to secure Vorshevsky, but are killed by Makarov and his men when they attempt extraction by helicopter. Makarov reveals his plans to the president for Russia's future - he intends to have Russia control the whole of Europe and to further ensure it, he plans to use the country's nuclear arsenal. Vorshevsky refuses to give over the launch codes, leaving Makarov no choice but to locate his weakness; Vorshevsky's daughter, Alena. To ensure his plan succeeds, Makarov has chemical bombs transported from Sierra Leone into Europe, and every major city in the continent, detonating them, despite the efforts of an SAS team trying to prevent this from happening in London. The attacks cripple the intelligence networks and special forces bases in Europe, allowing the Russians to invade much of the continent, prompting the US to send in forces to counter-attack the invasion. Price's team get a lead from his former commanding officer leading them to Somalia, and learn the identity of the bomb maker as Volk, the CEO of Fregata Industries, who transported the bombs. Metal receives his location from Price afterwards, and manage to capture and extract him from Paris with the help of GIGN and other U.S. forces. Three months after the war ends, Price and Yuri finally manage to track down Makarov to a hotel in the Arabian peninsula of the Middle East. Armed with heavy equipment, the pair assault the hotel, and reach the top of the building as Makarov awaits an incoming helicopter to extract him. When Yuri is injured, Price continues on his own, and prevents their target from leaving by crashing his helicopter into the atrium of the hotel. Makarov survives, and kills Yuri. Price manages to gain the upper hand and kill Makarov.

Cinema of Somalia
The Cinema of Somalia refers to the film industry in Somalia.
The earliest forms of public film display in the country were Italian newsreels of key events during the colonial period. Growing out of the Somali people's rich storytelling tradition, the first few feature-length Somali films and cinematic festivals emerged in the early 1960s, immediately after independence. Following the creation of the Somali Film Agency (SFA) regulatory body in 1975, the local film scene began to expand rapidly. In the 1970s and early 1980s, popular musicals known as riwaayado were the main driving force behind the Somali movie industry. Epic and period films as well as international co-productions followed suit, facilitated by the proliferation of video technology and national television networks. In the 1990s and 2000s, a new wave of more entertainment-oriented movies emerged. Referred to as Somaliwood, this upstart, youth-based cinematic movement has energized the Somali film industry and in the process introduced innovative storylines, marketing strategies and production techniques.

Somalia (/səˈmɑːliə, soʊ-, -ljə/so-MAH-lee-ə; Somali: Soomaaliya; Arabic: الصومال aṣ-Ṣūmāl), officially the Federal Republic of Somalia (Somali: Jamhuuriyadda Federaalka Soomaaliya, Arabic: جمهورية الصومال الفدرالية Jumhūrīyat aṣ-Ṣūmāl al-Fidirālīyah), is a country located in the Horn of Africa. It is bordered by Ethiopia to the west, Djibouti to the northwest, the Gulf of Aden to the north, the Indian Ocean to the east, and Kenya to the southwest. Somalia has the longest coastline on the continent's mainland, and its terrain consists mainly of plateaus, plains and highlands. Climatically, hot conditions prevail year-round, with periodic monsoon winds and irregular rainfall.
Somalia has a population of around 10.8 million. Around 85% of its residents are ethnic Somalis, who have historically inhabited the northern part of the country. Ethnic minorities are largely concentrated in the southern regions. The official languages of Somalia are Somali and Arabic, both of which belong to the Afroasiatic family. Most people in the country are Muslim, with the majority being Sunni.

Yuri, a man with a common grudge against Makarov, assists in providing a safe extraction from the region. Meanwhile, the war between Russia and the United States concludes when the actions of a Delta Force team call-signed Metal, successfully repels Russian Forces in New York City, and secures their withdrawal from the East Coast. Two months later, Makarov attacks a plane en route to Hamburg containing Russian President, Boris Vorshevsky, to derail Vorshevsky's plans of making peace with the United States. In the midst of the plane crashing, members of the F.S.O. attempt to secure Vorshevsky, but are killed by Makarov and his men when they attempt extraction by helicopter. Makarov reveals his plans to the president for Russia's future - he intends to have Russia control the whole of Europe and to further ensure it, he plans to use the country's nuclear arsenal. Vorshevsky refuses to give over the launch codes, leaving Makarov no choice but to locate his weakness; Vorshevsky's daughter, Alena. To ensure his plan succeeds, Makarov has chemical bombs transported from Sierra Leone into Europe, and every major city in the continent, detonating them, despite the efforts of an SAS team trying to prevent this from happening in London. The attacks cripple the intelligence networks and special forces bases in Europe, allowing the Russians to invade much of the continent, prompting the US to send in forces to counter-attack the invasion. Price's team get a lead from his former commanding officer leading them to Somalia, and learn the identity of the bomb maker as Volk, the CEO of Fregata Industries, who transported the bombs. Metal receives his location from Price afterwards, and manage to capture and extract him from Paris with the help of GIGN and other U.S. forces. Three months after the war ends, Price and Yuri finally manage to track down Makarov to a hotel in the Arabian peninsula of the Middle East. Armed with heavy equipment, the pair assault the hotel, and reach the top of the building as Makarov awaits an incoming helicopter to extract him. When Yuri is injured, Price continues on his own, and prevents their target from leaving by crashing his helicopter into the atrium of the hotel. Makarov survives, and kills Yuri. Price manages to gain the upper hand and kill Makarov.

The movie story deals with Ram and Lakshman aka Lucky both are brothers and are polar opposites in nature. While the former is an assistant commissioner of police trying to put factionist turned politician Shiva Reddy behind the bars, Lucky is a happy-go-lucky guy aiming for a visa to the U.S.A. Their mother wishes to see them united. Shiva Reddy kills Shekhar, a sincere ACP who happens to be Ram's friend and Shekhar's father wants to stop Shiva Reddy from contesting in the elections and eventually get him arrested. Lucky falls for Spandana, a very stoic person who shows little emotion as taught by her father, Bheem Prakash who believes that one can control the world if he can control his emotions. After meeting Lucky on a regular basis, she turns expressive and reciprocates his love. Ram comes to know this and informs Prakash that Lucky is fit for nothing and is useless thus making Prakash reject him.Ram and Lucky starts fighting for this, Lucky gets slapped by his mother and this infuriates him. He then vows to destroy Ram's life. Ram wants to stop Shiva Reddy from contesting and gathers proofs for all his atrocities from ACP Shekhar's father.However the police jeep which also has the file containing the proofs is stolen by Lucky and his friends. Lucky is attacked by Shiva Reddy's henchmen because of which he comes to know that Shiva Reddy wanted to kill Ram. He fatally attacks Shiva Reddy and comes to know that Ram was a sincere police officer and starts to love him, which Ram reciprocates. To divert Ram's attention from the jeep theft case, he and Spandana decide to get him married to his lover Shweta who broke up with Ram due to Lucky's mischief. After turning a MLC, Shiva Reddy goes on to become a minister and decides to take revenge on Lucky’s family. First Ram is defamed in the public which makes him lose his job, their legally built house is demolished and someone informs Ram and Shekhar's father that Lucky stole the jeep. Ram beats up Lucky in full public view, accuses him of giving fake love to the family to cover up his mistake, and throws him out of the family, telling him to never return, at which point his mother suffers a heart attack. Lucky is attacked by Shiva Reddy, who gloats to him about his power and how Lucky's "attitude" will always keep the useless wastrel he is. Lucky escapes after Shiva Reddy brutally beats him and plans to take revenge on Shiva Reddy with the help of Home Minister Govardhan, whom he helped in the past by projecting him as a philanthropist. He fools him by saying that he is suffering from leukemia and requests him to charge him as a special police officer along with a team of frustrated police officers. He also asks him to do a 12-hour prayer so that there might be a chance of his survival for which he should not remain in contact with anyone. Govardhan accepts his requests and makes him a special police officer along with a team of frustrated police officers headed by Kill Bill Pandey. Lucky hatches a plan to capture some of his assets and he fools Shiva Reddy and gets the list of his assets. Lucky arrests Ram as the first act of the day in front of his family, knowing that the honest Ram would try to stop Lucky from bringing justice illegally to Shiva Reddy. With the help of media and Kill Bill Pandey, he traps Shiva Reddy and his father. Now frustrated, Govardhan requests Ram to stop him by reinstating him. As Lucky arrests Shiva Reddy, Ram arrests him and takes him to the police station where the Chief Minister and Govardhan decide to kill Lucky. Ram initially agrees, but realizes that Lucky did all of this to show his brotherly love for Ram. With a change of heart, Ram tells them to let Lucky go as he is innocent. After Lucky makes his demands that this team should continue and Kill Bill Pandey must be its leader in order to hide the fact that Shiva Reddy's destruction was a personal agenda and tell them to give these powers to sincere police officers for a better future. While conversing they let Shiva Reddy run from the jail. As he runs, he is killed by the constable Rajeev who happened to be the eye witness of Shekhar's murder. Lucky and Ram get united, like their mother wished, while Kill Bill gives a speech. The film ends with a happy note as the family reunites.
