AXS TV (pronounced "access") is an American cable and satellite television network that is managed by film company 2929 Entertainment (through AXS TV, LLC)—which they founded as HDNet (through HDNet, LLC) in 2001 before it was rebranded as AXS TV in 2012—with a consortium of partners consisting of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), Ryan Seacrest (through Ryan Seacrest Media), Creative Artists Agency and CBS Corporation. The network's programming specializes in live music events, as well as comedy, movies and mixed martial arts, among others.
The network originally launched as HDNet on September 6, 2001, designed as a high definition-exclusive service under the ownership of HDNet, Inc., which then was co-owned by Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and Philip Garvin, owner of Colorado Studios and Mobile TV Group. In December 2001 and January 2002, HDNet aired exclusive HD coverage of the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan with former CNN correspondent Peter Arnett. In February 2002, the network originated eight daily hours of high definition content from the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. This feed was picked up by NBC and aired in 24-hour rotation on the digital signals of NBC's stations.
Sebastiaan "Bas" Rutten (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈbɑs ˈrʏtə(n)]; born 24 February 1965) is a Dutch retired mixed martial artist (MMA), Karate and Taekwondo blackbelt, and Muay Thai kickboxer. He was a UFC Heavyweight Champion, a three-time King of Pancrase world champion, and finished his career on a 22 fight unbeaten streak (21 wins, 1 draw). Fight Matrix lists Rutten as the third MMA heavyweight lineal champion with the second longest reign in MMA history. FightMextrix also wrote this when Rutten got inducted into the UFC Hall Of Fame: "FightMetric, the official statistics provider for the UFC, ran the numbers on Rutten’s career. They back up the Dutchman’s inclusion into the UFC Hall of Fame and then some. In the 4-hours, 27-minutes and 8-seconds he spent as a pro fighter, Rutten scored 13 knockdowns without getting dropped himself, his significant strike accuracy was 70.6%, the highest FightMetric has ever recorded, attempted a record 53 submissions and successfully swept his opponents a record 46 times." He is currently the star of Punk Payback on Fuel TV and co-host of Inside MMA on AXS.TV.

I take my time away
And I see something
And that's my story
And I see something
This takes me back again
And drops me so
This takes me back again
And drops me so far safe
Hey Hey Hey
Hey Hey Hey
Hey.... Yeah
I've seen it all go
And I've seen something
I've seen my head grow
And I've seen something
This takes me up again
And drops me so
This takes me back again
And drops me so far safe
I've seen my time away
Blows up and far away
I've seen it all before
I've seen my head expand
My head expand
It's living inside me
