Hey babes, Makeup Do's and Don'ts are always fun videos to film, but remember what I said in the video if something I say your doing is a mistake and you feel beautiful doing your makeup that way please don't change a thing! Makeup is powerful and I believe we wear first because we want to.. and second to feel good about ourselves on the inside. I go over lot of mistakes we commonly make with makeup and then I tell you lots of makeup tips and tricks to fix it! I promise you I have made more makeup mistakes than you could ever imagine. Thats why I feel so comfortable making this video.. for the second time lol. I personally love watching makeup do's and don'ts for some reason they are so entertaining! I LOVE YOU XO- Laura Watch Jackies Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QR-JboJIcmQ Watch my Morning Routine- https://youtu.be/FFJ-_oeYSOs MAKEUP DO'S AND DONTS: -always prime you skin, it can make a big difference when applying you foundation! - drawing eyebrows on is a trend that isn't not going anywhere, but I can really add structure to your face, remember to go slow and lightly feather the product on your brows! - foundation will be the death of me lol. I can't tell you how many time I put my foundation on half asleep and didn't cover my neck and ear area. BIG makeup mistake! Make sure your foundation is the right shade and to cover the neck and ear area! - Always prime your eyelids. If you don't have a eyeshadow primer on hand use you concealer. It may not work as good, but it is better than nothing. - when doing you eyeshadow be sure to only grab a small amount of product on your brush and start blending in the crease. Always start with a soft neutral transition shade! - Winged liner.. goodness I've had my bad days with this stuff! Try drawing your first line out instead of up! that way you end up with a nice sleek thin line that you can build up thicker if you want. - False lashes take practice. Trust me I didn't apply my first 458 pair like a pro, it takes time. Remember to cut the lash to the length of you eye then apply them to the inner corner making sure they aren't hanging off the end! - The lower lash line is tricky, it can makeup you look so much older and haggard if not done properly. I like to go in with a nude liner in my water line to open the eyes then softly smoke out the lower lash line with neutral browns. Adding too much black liner will drag your eye down! -Blush is your friend when used the right way. I know everyone says the apples of the cheeks, but i like to blend it back a little and use nice soft color that compliment my eye look. Remember you only want a soft flush to your face! - Highlight on FLEEK! lol lol I love my highlight, but when applied to the forehead chin and apple of the cheek it can make you look a little oily! high points of the cheek bones is where its at! -Contour is another trend not leaving us anytime soon! Remember go for cool tones and bronzers with no shimmer! - Lining the Lips is a fabulous beauty trick.
