The Human Rights Act enshrines rights British people fought for centuries, and now the Tories have pledged to scrap it. The politicians are trying to take your rights away, and much of the media have been cheering them on and spreading myths and lies. So here I take on some of the most common myths surrounding the Human Rights Act and explain why it's so important - and why we all need us to stand up and protect it.

Discussion of first amendment, discussing freedom of religion as a human right and freedom of the speech. Ken talks about his new novel, the Spy Files- and how a reporter seeking Freedom of Information files is put on a watch list. Right to bear arms, particularly in the area of Posse Comitatus, which protects citizens from the military taking over domestic police, and more recent gun control regulations, is making many wary of the dilution of the 2nd Amendment. The Fourth Amendment and the 8th Amendment with their respective implication on surveillance and torture issues are discussed in detail. Issues involving roadblocks to jury trials, fair prosecutorial conduct and the abrogation various citizen rights are also discussed in detail. Congratulations to the Orange Order & All others who took part in & came out in support of the North Belfast Orange Order Lodges & Bands on Week 131.
How Much Must You Hate Someone To Not Want Them To Walk By You?
This is not simply about the Orange Order & the Bands. This is Pure Sectarian Hatred against Protestant Unionist Loyalist People & Protestant Unionist Loyalist Culture.
A minority, a very small number of SF IRA Nationalist Extremists, Extremists like those who Slaughtered innocent men, women & children, some unborn, in Omagh, are not only responsible for the outcome of Parades Commission Determinations, but their violence, & even their threats of violence are dictating the outcome of governmental decisions within Northern Ireland.
There is no such thing as a Peace Process within Northern Ireland, there is simply a Republican Appeasement Policy.
A Policy were everything is done to accommodate Violent Klu Klux Klan SF IRA Terrorists like those who murdered Sappers Azimkar & Quinsey, Constable Carroll & Kerr, Protestant David Black & Catholic's Robert McCartney, Andrew Kearney & Paul Quinn, as well as other Republican Gang Members, J J O'Connor & Kevin McGuigan.
Northern Ireland's Courts are Corrupt & Political Police Gangs are used to Brutalise & Control Protestant Men Women & Children.
Political Puppets who Manipulated, Cajoled & Lied their communities into this sham agreement, & who sold the souls for money & power, got No Truth, No Justice & No Accountability for Protestant Men Women & Children.
Many Organisational Muppet's who took no action before ceasefires, wouldn't enter into a Republican Area, but who cannot seem to leave them now, were manoeuvred into community jobs by handlers to Bully, Intimidate & Control PUL People, having shot, blackened, & ostracised those who were against this sham of a Peace Process, AKA, Republican Appeasement Policy from day 1. Policing Peace Lines & Parades, saving the government & policing bills ££££££Millions, while who suffers? Protestant Men Women & Children.
Those who offer the least resistance, the PUL People, are Attacked & Oppressed to keep this sham of an agreement going.
Come out & support this fight for Protestant Human Rights, book a time to march, add one more parade to your marching calendar.
Stop The Republican Appeasement Policy.
Sticks & Stones Will Break Your Bones But Flutes Will Never Harm You.
Let Them Home.

This is full recording of speech of Justice Markandey Katju during a conference at Chandigarh on World Human Rights Day 2015.
Chandigarh: Former Supreme Court of India judge Justice (Retd.) Markandey Katju yesterday said favoured registration of criminal cases against police officers who were involved in fake encounters, enforced disappearances and extra-judicial killings in Punjab during 1980s-90s movement.
Justice (retd.) Katju was in Chandigarh to participate in a seminar organised by the Sikhs for Human Rights, Lawyers for Human Rights, Punjab Human Rights Organisation and Sikh Youth of Punjab to mark the World Human Rights Day.
Justice Katju’s reactions came in the wake of recent revelations by former police cat turned cop Gurmeet Pinky.
Justice Katju cited one of his own judgments during his tenure as judge of Supreme Court of India (SCI) wherein he suggested that police officers involved in fake encounters should be given capital punishment.
“All police officers, who had killed youths in fake encounters in Punjab should be booked according to law,” said Katju.
