Th Terror (1963) is an American horror film produced and directed by Roger Corman. It is famous for being filmed on sets left over from other AIP productions, including The Haunted Palace. The movie was also released as Lady of the Shadows, The Castle of Terror, and The Haunting; it was later featured as an episode of Cinema Insomnia[1] and Elvira's Movie Macabre.
The movie is sometimes linked to Corman's series of "Poe films," which were made between 1960 and 1964 based on the public domain works of Edgar Allan Poe, but The Terror is not actually based on any text by Poe.

Produced and directed by ROGER CORMAN. Associate producer FRANCIS COPPOLA. Here is an eerie and, in its modest way, legendary chiller starring a pair of screen giants from different cinematic eras: Boris Karloff, master of the macabre who will be forever remembered for his roles as monsters and crazed scientists in scores of films from the 1930s through 60s; and Jack Nicholson, then near the beginning of his career, who was to become one of the movies enduring superstars in the 1970s and 80s. Karloff plays the master of a mysterious castle, located on the Baltic coast; Nicholson is a lieutenant of Napoleon's army who arrives on the scene in search of a strange girl (Sandra, then the actor's real-life spouse) who on several occasions has appeared before him -- and promptly vanished. He recognizes her likeness in a painting, only to be told that she is the master's long-dead wife. The story of the film's production is the stuff of which legends are made. Corman, the cult director-producer and an expert at low-budget filmmaking, shot all of Karloff's sequences in three days because he could only afford to pay the actor for that amount of time. Incredibly, the filming took place while the sets from Croman's previous effort were being taken down around the actors. Nicholson was one of a number of Hollyword talents (among them are Martin Scorsese, Francis Coppola and Peter Bogdanovich) who served their celluloid apprenticeships under Corman. Allegedly, Corman allowed the actor to take over the direction of some of the Film. 79 minutes.

The Terror is a 1963 horror film, Roger Corman, starring Boris Karloff, Jack Nicholson and Sandra Knight. Although credited to Roger Corman, parts of the film were directed by Francis Ford Coppola, Monte Hellman, Jack Hill, and Jack Nicholson.
Synopsis: Set in 1806, the film tells the story of a lost French soldier named Andre Duvalier (Jack Nicholson) saved by a strange young woman named Helene (Sandra Knight). She looks like Ilsa, the baron's (Boris Karloff) wife, who died 20 years before. Andre begins an investigation to uncover who the woman really is, and stumbles upon a hidden secret of the Baron: he had found Ilsa sleeping with another man named Eric, and in his rage the Baron killed the two of them. Or so he explained.

The movie was also released as Lady of the Shadows, The Castle of Terror and The Haunting, and was later featured as an episode of Cinema Insomnia and of Elvira's Movie Macabre. Although loosely linked to Corman's series of Edgar Allan Poe adaptations, and considered by some to be the sixth film of the series (Tales of Terror 1962 was the fourth; The Haunted Palace (1963), filmed prior to The Terror, is actually an adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's The Case of Charles Dexter Ward; the fifth film in the series is therefore The Raven (1963)), The Terror is not based on any text of Poe's and hence cannot be regarded as part of a series of Poe adaptations.
Although credited to Corman, parts of the film were shot by Francis Ford Coppola, Monte Hellman, Jack Hill, and Jack Nicholson. Corman shot footage of star Boris Karloff and other actors walking across the sets and downstairs with the belief that he would be able to make sense of them later. In the next three days Coppola, Helman and Hill all tried to do something. Nicholson, who was keen to get directing experience himself, also took a turn behind the camera.

The Terror is a 1963 horror film, Roger Corman, starring Boris Karloff, Jack Nicholson and Sandra Knight. Although credited to Roger Corman, parts of the film were directed by Francis Ford Coppola, Monte Hellman, Jack Hill, and Jack Nicholson.
Synopsis: Set in 1806, the film tells the story of a lost French soldier named Andre Duvalier (Jack Nicholson) saved by a strange young woman named Helene (Sandra Knight). She looks like Ilsa, the baron's (Boris Karloff) wife, who died 20 years before. Andre begins an investigation to uncover who the woman really is, and stumbles upon a hidden secret of the Baron: he had found Ilsa sleeping with another man named Eric, and in his rage the Baron killed the two of them. Or so he explained.

Mais une jeune femme le recueille. Il se réveille dans l'antre d'une vieille sorcière. Envoûté par la beauté de celle qui l'a sauvé, André se rend au château du Baron Von Leppe, malgré les avertissements de la vieille femme, pour tenter de retrouver cette mystérieuse inconnue. Il fait alors connaissance avec le Baron (Boris Karloff), vieillard sénile et tourmenté par la disparition de sa femme Ilsa, morte 25 ans plus tôt dans d'étranges circonstances.

Not Alone Hospital Terror is a GameJolt Indie Horror Game that places you in an abandoned hospital where you must find the keys required to unlock the door and escape. All while being chased down by one of the creepiest ghosts I've ever encountered.
It's a fairly simple game with jumpscares and not much else but for some reason I found this really enjoyable and had to keep playing until I finished it (although I didn't in this episode), as far as scary games go, this one is definitely up there with its peers in horror games for 2016.

In a March 16th, 2016 hearing before the Maryland Senate Public Safety Committee, NRA lobbyist Shannon Alford said that the Editorial Boards of the Washington Post, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, and the Boston Globe were on the same side as the NRA on the Terror Gao. The NRA used that falsehood to argue that the Terrorist Watchlist, maintained by the National Counterterrorism Center, is not an appropriate list to deny suspected and known terrorists access to firearms.
The NRA's lobbyist is wrong about three of the four newspapers. USA Today wrote a scathing editorial in 2003 IN FAVOR OF CLOSING the terror gap, saying "Justice officials say they are following the law, which does not bar the sale of a firearm to someone merely suspected of a being in a terrorist group. But under Attorney General John Ashcroft, the department has sought to pacify powerful gun lobbies, even after 9/11. The Washington Post Editorial Board DISAGREES WITH THE NRA, siding instead with Obama and Bush Administrations on this, writing in 2011: "individuals on the U.S. terrorism watch list are forbidden from air travel but may purchase a weapon. …Mr. Gadahn’s call to arms should serve as a catalyst for the White House and Congress to move on legislation to close the gun show loophole and the terror gap" (https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinio...).

But Gopi killed Janaki's brother during the wedding after he insulted him, prompting Jagadish to send Janaki to Hyderabad to continue her studies. The thugs who tried to kidnap her were Gopi's henchmen. On hearing this, Srimannarayana vows to protect Janaki and accommodates her next to his house. He soon reciprocates her feelings for him, prompting Maheswari to drop her love for him.
