I found out that Copenhagen airport in Kastrup is easy reachable from the city centre e.g. by metro (undeground) or by local trains. Long-distance train to/from Sweden stop at the airport.

We are at Copenhagen Airport located just outside Copenhagen in Denmark (actually located in Kastrup a town located in the Tårnby municipality and a small piece in Dragør). This footage is taken in the international departures area of the airport past security control where only passengers have access. The footage is filmed early in the morning between 07:30 and 09: approximately and therefore the airport is just "waking up". I have attempted to give viewers a feel of the atmosphere in Copenhagen by showing the terminals, waiting areas, shops, restaurants (with prices outside to give you an idea), gates, Novia Lounge Location (this lounge normally available exclusively to Business class and above passengers is available to all passengers on a walk in and Pay basis).
Copenhagen Airport (Københavns Lufthavn in Danish) used to be called Kastrup Airport (Kastrup Lufthavn) as the airport is located in Kastrup. Nowadays the official name of the airport is Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup to distinguish it from Roskilde Airport which used to be called Copenhagen, Roskilde Airport. The IATA code for Copenhagen Airport is CPH and the ICAO code is EKCH. IATA stands for International Air Transport Association airport code and ICAO stands for International Civil Aviation Organization airport code.
Copenhagen Airport (located on the Island of Amager) is the largest and busiest airport in the Nordic countries and is actually also one of the oldest airports in Europe. CPH Airport is the main airport hub out of three used by SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) and is an operating base for Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia (mainly charter holiday flights) and Norwegian Air Shuttle.

You were probably wondering why I visited Copenhagen, well here it is! An exclusive 80 minute video! If you haven't already please check out my full flight from Luton to Copenhagen in the link below :D
This video was filmed from Copenhagen Airport's most famous spotting location, the FlyverGrillen. Little did we know we had booked during Denmark's 40 day Easter break and the place was heaving with people, so you will have to excuse the noises in the background and heads when people stood in front of me when i was trying to film.
Anyway this spot overlooks RW22R and RW22L so for the majority of this video you will get to see 22R take offs, however I have included a handful of landings on 22L (In the distance) and 2 odd landings on RW30 (Their anti-crosswind runway). The last 2 clips in this video also were filmed free hand as I had already packed away the tripod ready to go, but I had to catch these 2 so you can see them :D
This video includes a lot of movements at Copenhagen, with a good amount of interesting movements including an Air Greenland A330, an Emirates A380, a Qatar Airways 787-8 and much more!
You will also see some interesting narrow-bodies in this video as well including airlines I had never caught before - Corendon Airlines, Wideroe, Carpatair, and (Don't laugh) my first sighting of an Air Berlin 737 in OneWorld livery. I have also caught every type of aircraft present in SAS' fleet excluding their one Saab 2000, so look out for the A330's, A340's, CRJ900's, ATR's, A319's/20's/21's and the A340 in Star Alliance colours. As well I also caught a lot of Copenhagen's regulars including Ryanair, Norwegian Air and Danish Air Transport.

Kastrup
Kastrup is a suburb of Copenhagen, Denmark, situated on the east coast of Amager in Tårnby Municipality. It is best known as the site of Copenhagen Airport. In Danish, the airport is often called Kastrup Lufthavn (Kastrup Airport) or Københavns Lufthavn, Kastrup (Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup). The population of Kastrup is approximately 43 000.
History
In 1749 Jacob Fortling obtained a royal license to establish a lime plant in Kastrup. It harbor in Kastrup for the landing of chalk from Saltholm. He soon diversified with a brickyard (1752) and a pottery specializing in faience (1755) at the same site. This marked the beginning of an industrial development that accelerated after the opening of Kastrup Glassworks in 1847. Copenhagen Airport opened in 1925.

Local landmarks include the National Aquarium Denmark, Kastrup Værk, Kastrupgaard and Kastrup Church.

We are at Copenhagen Airport located just outside Copenhagen in Denmark (actually located in Kastrup a town located in the Tårnby municipality and a small piece in Dragør). This footage is taken in the international departures area of the airport past security control where only passengers have access. The footage is filmed early in the morning between 07:30 and 09: approximately and therefore the airport is just "waking up". I have attempted to give viewers a feel of the atmosphere in Copenhagen by showing the terminals, waiting areas, shops, restaurants (with prices outside to give you an idea), gates, Novia Lounge Location (this lounge normally available exclusively to Business class and above passengers is available to all passengers on a walk in and Pay basis). This video was filmed from Copenhagen Airport's most famous spotting location, the FlyverGrillen. This video includes a lot of movements at Copenhagen, with a good amount of interesting movements including an Air Greenland A330, an Emirates A380, a Qatar Airways 787-8 and much more!
You will also see some interesting narrow-bodies in this video as well including airlines I had never caught before - Corendon Airlines, Wideroe, Carpatair, and (Don't laugh) my first sighting of an Air Berlin 737 in OneWorld livery. I have also caught every type of aircraft present in SAS' fleet excluding their one Saab 2000, so look out for the A330's, A340's, CRJ900's, ATR's, A319's/20's/21's and the A340 in Star Alliance colours. As well I also caught a lot of Copenhagen's regulars including Ryanair, Norwegian Air and Danish Air Transport.

Focusing on the traveling men at Copenhagen airport, as well as the predominantly female service providers, MEN AT KASTRUP (2003) explores the airport as an arena for the reproduction of gender inequality. The documentary comprises extracts from interviews with businessmen who regularly spend time at this airport hub, and from conversations with passenger assistants, sales clerks, and fellow passengers who interact with and relate to these businessmen on a daily basis. The huge Christiansborg Palace extends across the larger part of Slotsholmen, Castle Island and it has been Denmark's power base for hundreds of years. The huge statue in the square features King Frederik VII on horseback, a monarch known in Danish history as the 'King of Democracy'.
Each day, crowds of people make for Copenhagen's world famous landmark, The Little Mermaid, created by artist Edvard Erikson. Tiny and elegant and seated on a stone, she gazes yearningly across the sea oblivious to the city's hustle and bustle.
The Rundetårn is an unusual building that was built at the command of the Renaissance king, Christian IV. Its circular tower is 36 metres high and has a diameter of 15 metres. In place of a conventional stairway, royal architects Hans Van Steenwinkel constructed a winding 209 metre long ramp, thus the somewhat rotund king was able to travel without difficulty by carriage to the astrological observatory at the top!
Copenhagen is a friendly metropolis in which tolerance and openness are the order of the day, a 'City on the Sea' that fascinates all who experience it.
