Love & Pain

Love & Pain is the second album by American pop/R&B, hip hop singer Eamon.

The album was initially scheduled to be released in the United States on August 1, 2006, but the domestic release was postponed indefinitely for reasons not disclosed by Eamon's label, Jive Records. The album remains available in the United States only as an import.

Love and Pain

Love and Pain is a 2008 book of philosophy and metaphysics by American author Thaddeus Golas, the author of The Lazy Man's Guide to Enlightenment. Love and Pain was first drafted in 1986 and underwent several rewrites throughout the 1990s. Golas called it his Opus and considered it his most important work. He was not able to find a publisher for the work while alive. He described it as "a step beyond The Lazy Man's Guide, and perhaps a revision to it."

Love and Pain was published posthumously by Seed Center Books/Even Lazier Publishing, an independent publishing company in California dedicated to publishing the work of Golas.

Super Heroines

The Super Heroines was a deathrock trio formed in Los Angeles, California during the early 1980s. However, unlike other early deathrock bands such as Christian Death and 45 Grave, Super Heroines did not carry on a traditional Goth sound, instead a more punk style metal inspired by The Runaways.

Its original lineup featured Eva O (guitar and vocals), Sandra Ross (bass), and Del Mar Richardson (drums). Other members of the group have included bassist Jill Emery and drummers Steve Darrow and Cathy Flanga.

Both Jill Emery and Eva O went on to play with Rozz Williams (from fellow Deathrock band Christian Death) in his next band, Shadow Project, during the 1990s.

Eva O also played in Christian Death in the early 1980s and is currently the vocalist for Christian Death 1334, a touring and recording version of Christian Death with the members of the Only Theatre of Pain album.

Emery also played bass with the Alternative rock band Hole on their 1991 debut album "Pretty on the Inside", as well as playing bass in Mazzy Star and Teardrain.

You're My Home

"You're My Home" is a single by Billy Joel. It was originally on Billy Joel's 1973 album Piano Man, and also appears on Songs in the Attic (1981), The Ultimate Collection (2000) The Essential Billy Joel (2001) and 12 Gardens Live (2006). The song appears as a B-side on "Piano Man" and "All My Life" singles. The song was also covered by Helen Reddy on her album Love Song for Jeffrey, which was released as the flipside of her "Keep On Singing" single. It was also recorded by Sami Jo Cole on her album Sami Jo produced by Jimmy Bowen.

The song was written for Joel's first wife (and business manager) Elizabeth Weber because he could not afford to buy her anything while in California. As Joel says in the liner notes of Songs in the Attic, "Corny but true; I was broke at the time ('73) so I wrote this for my wife as a Valentine's Day gift".

The bridge makes references to Pennsylvania Turnpike, the early morning dew of Indiana and the hills of California.

The original version is accompanied by a finger-picked acoustic guitar as well as a pedal steel guitar. The latter introduces a country music element to the song. The live version on Songs in the Attic omits the pedal steel guitar, but it is included on the live version from the "All My Life" single.

"You're My Home" is the 25th episode and the season finale of the eleventh season of the American television medical drama Grey's Anatomy, and the 245th episode overall. It aired on May 14, 2015 on ABC in the United States. The episode was written by William Harper and directed by Rob Corn. On its initial airing the episode opened up to generally positive reviews from television critics and was watched by 8.33 million viewers.

Plot

With only having five minutes to get April's patient out of the car to the operating table, Stephanie’s interns have to help make a clear path. Alex asks Jo if it’s okay if Meredith and the kids move in, which Jo misunderstands as Alex wanting to plant roots and have a family with Meredith. Alex clarifies his question, so Jo goes out to buy a fixer-upper for just her and Alex.

Meredith tries to repair the damage between Amelia and her by allowing Amelia to hear the last voice mail that Derek left on Meredith’s phone. April tells Jackson that she wants to go back overseas, but he gives her an ultimatum: she can go, but if she does, he won’t be there when she gets back.

You're My Home is a 2015 Philippine romantic family drama television series directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng, starring Richard Gomez, Dawn Zulueta, Jessy Mendiola, JC de Vera, Sam Concepcion, and Paul Salas. The series premiered on ABS-CBN and worldwide on The Filipino Channel on November 9, 2015, replacing Pinoy Big Brother: 737.

It is an intimate study on a family break-up and its possible reunion.

Plot

You’re My Home is a family drama that follows the story of Gabriel Fontanilla (Gomez), a government lawyer, Marian Fontanilla (Zulueta), a simple housewife, and their children Grace (Mendiola), Rahm (Concepcion) and Vince (Salas).

Their life changes when Gabriel handles a case against Christian Vergara (De Vera), the son of Senator Victor Vergara (Gutierrez). The family is thrust into a new world, a world where Gabriel needs to bend his principles, where Marian is demanded to divide her time between her children and her husband's social functions, and where Grace is being looked down by her classmates.
