AGHORI RUDRA reveals in
Sri Sri Bhagavad Gita, "
The World deluded by these Guṇas does not Know ME."
AGHORI RUDRA reveals in Sri Sri
Shiva Rahasya (
Secret Knowledge), "Verily there are Three Principle Guṇas serving as the Prakṛti (Universal Nature) namely Sâttvik, Râjasik and Tâmasik.
At the level of Prakṛti (Universal Nature),
Creation is Sâttvik,
Preservation is Râjasik and
Destruction is Tâmasik.
At the level of Characteristic qualities, Sâttvik is Luminosity, Râjasik is
Activity and Tâmasik is Opacity.
Sâttvik characters possess an inborn intuition of the
One Reality that underlies all things. They are well-mannered, calm, stable, focused, self-controlled, attracted to
Spiritual Knowledge, keen to work for the welfare of others, practice daily
Yoga and reincarnated as Svargaduutas (Radiant Ones~Angels). Sâttvik foods are milk, barely, wheat, cereals, butter, cheese, tomatoes, honey, dates, fruits and almonds. SȂTTVIK FOODS RENDERS THE
MIND PURE AND
CALM.
Râjasik characters are attracted to sensual pleasures, unstable, restless, intent on their own ends and reincarnated as Manavas (Humans). Râjasik foods are fish, eggs, meat, salt, chillies and asafoetida. Râjasik foods render the mind to excite passion.
Tâmasik characters are lazy, undisciplined, wanton, bad-mouthed, fond of quarrels, sleep, intoxicant substances and reincarnated as Pashus (Beasts). Tâmasik foods are beef, wine, garlic, onions and tobacco. Tâmasik foods render the mind dark, angery and inertia."
AGHORI RUDRA reveals in Sri Sri Bhagavad Gita, "Verily Knowledge, Known and
Knower are three causes of actions.
The Instruments, Objects and
Agents are the three basis of actions. Knowledge, Actions and Agents are the three basis of Guṇas.
Knowledge where the
Indestructible is seen in all Jivas is Sâttvika.
Knowledge that sees all Jivas (Beings) as different is Râjasika.
Knowledge confined to
Single Effect being the
Whole is Tâmasika.
HE WHO SEES INACTION IN
ACTION AND ACTION IN INACTION IS THE DOER OF ALL ACTIONS.
Action without love or hatred nor desirous of the fruits is Sâttvika.
Action performed for self-conceit with much efforts is Râjasika.
Action causing injury to others or one's self is Tâmasika.
HE WHO IS UNSPOILT IN
SUCCESS OR FAILURE IS SȂTTVIKA.
He who is desirous, easily elated or dejected is Râjasika.
He who is arrogant, malicious or desponding is Tâmasika.
An Intellect knowing the paths of liberation and bondage is Sâttvika.
An Intellect distorted of
Dharma and Adharma is Râjasika.
An Intellect perverted of all things viewed is Tâmasika.
Fortitude by which the Senses are unswerving by Yoga is Sâttvika.
Fortitude by which the
Mind regulates
Wealth is Râjasika.
Fortitude by which a fool never surrenders
Grief is Tâmasika.
Happiness poison (
Sense abstain) first but nectar at end is Sâttvik.
Happiness nectar (Sense joy) first but poison at end is Râjasik.
Happiness results in delusion from
Sleep,
Anger, Grief is Tâmasik."
