During her visit, she learnt more about how we're innovating through digital services, and how we're developing new ways of working to encourage creativity and cross-functional collaboration. After meeting our staff, we got ten minutes with Kate in our innovation centre to discuss what she'd seen that morning.

A fluent Gaelic speaker, Kate made history earlier this year by becoming the first female MSP to give a plenary speech entirely in Gaelic in the current Scottish Parliament chamber.
