In order to acquire your initial free mount, you need to travel to
The Hinterlands.
Head towards farthest western side to find
Master of
Horses side-quest.
You need to go up the hill and come across Master
Dannet.
Speak to him and agree on his terms and conditions.
Once you have spoken to him, Dannet will provide you with a Feredlen Forder.
