Undress Me

"Undress Me" (also known as "Undress") is a 1988 song by American R&B/pop singer-actress Vanity, released as a promotional single to support her up-coming new album at that time which was never released. The track is from the 1988 movie soundtrack, Action Jackson which stars the singer herself, along with Carl Weathers and Craig T. Nelson. "Undress" was produced and arranged by former The Time member and musician Jesse Johnson.

In the film Action Jackson, Vanity's portrays Sydney Ashe a night club singer who is funny, witty and sexy. "Undress" is performed as her character (Ashe), as well as another new track also produced by Jesse Johnson, a ballad titled, "Faraway Eyes".

Daybreak (Saves the Day album)

Daybreak is the seventh studio album by the American rock band Saves the Day. It is also the band's first album since Can't Slow Down (1998) without long-time guitarist David Soloway, and their first with guitarist Arun Bali and bass guitarist Rodrigo Palma. The album also features Spencer Peterson on drums for the first time, before leaving the band prior to the album's release.

The album is the third in a trilogy that began with Sound the Alarm in 2006 and continued with Under the Boards in 2007.

Release

After several delays in 2009 and 2010, the album was released by Razor & Tie in 2011.

On June 1, 2011, the band released the first single from the album "Living Without Love". It was available for free download after signing up for the band's mailing list.

Pre-orders became available on June 2, 2011, and allowed customers to immediately download the songs "Living Without Love" and "Undress Me".

The first showing of the music video for "Deranged & Desperate" was on September 8.

Undress code

An undress code is a dress code or social norm which sets an upper limit on the amount of clothing that can or should be worn. For example, some public swimming facilities set maximum clothing standards, for sanitary reasons. These rules restrict persons using the facilities to specific types of bathing suits.

Historically, the term "undress" is used to describe dress codes consisting of clothes of formality much less than those normally worn, including everything from dressing gowns, to, in their first few decades, lounge suits. In contrast, the term "overdress" can describe the wearing of clothing which is more formal than that normally worn in that situation, and can in fact be more revealing, as in the case of evening gowns or cocktail dresses.

In some occupations, it is expected for the service provider to be under-dressed. Some employers require their service staff to be under-dressed. This may be a work requirement or a work culture. Some employers achieve this objective by providing a uniform which is more revealing than it needs to be.

Undress (Jesca Hoop album)

Undress is the 2014 studio album by Californian singer-songwriter Jesca Hoop, that features duets and acoustic re-workings of previously released material. Guest include Guy Garvey, Sam Beam, Willy Mason and Erika Wennerstrom. It was released in February 2014 under Last Laugh Records and financed through crowd funding. Digital editions contained the bonus track 'City Bird'.
