ABOGADA PATRICIA SIMONS RENUNCIO A LA DEFENSA DE DENNIS FALVY (12/JUL)
La abogada Patricia Simons, decidió dejar la defensa del conductor de televisión Dennis Falvy, luego de tomar conocimiento de la existencia de los audios en los que Falvy amenaza de muerte a su ex pareja. Señaló que la decisión tomada fue porque rechaza todo tipo de violencia, como la psicológica ejercida por Falvy contra María Isabel Costa.
En el programa Prensa Libre explicó que cuando tomó el caso en enero de este año, fue únicamente para ayudar a Falvy a que se cumpla la sentencia del juzgado en el que se le permitía ver a su hijo.
La conocida abogada señaló que no sabía de los audios, solo mencionó que en mayo le notificaron unas transcripciones a lo que su defendido dijo que no eran ciertas.
"Cuando me llamaron del canal 4 para informarme que tenían audios, me piden una entrevista, cuando yo escucho los audios me quedo sorprendida", precisó y aseguró que hoy no acudió a la audiencia.
"Yo me voy a apartar, él me había dicho que eran trucados, que muchos de los audios no eran ciertos, después aceptó su culpa y reconoció que me lo ocultó", sostuvo Patricia Simons y precisó que Dennis Falvy estuvo de acuerdo con su retiro y él mismo le pidió que se aparte del caso.

Dennis Falvy dijo adiós a la televisión. Anoche, durante la emisión de su programa, anunció que se retirará de las pantallas hasta el mes de agosto, tiempo en el cual espera solucionar sus problemas legales con su ex pareja María Isabel Costa.
"No es una cancelación, sólo voy a tomar unas vacaciones porque hay un tremendo cargamontón a mi persona y la gente creerá que no he reconocido mis errores. Me tomaré dos semanas para terminar todo este conflicto y lograr ver a mi hijo.
En este tiempo me dedicaré de lleno al asunto judicial y si me toma mayor tiempo, no regresaré a la televisión aún, pero mi equipo seguirá trabajando", aseveró.
Falvy descartó que haya una presión del canal en esta decisión, pues cuenta con el apoyo de la gerencia general. "Hablé con Alberto Cabello, mi gran amigo, y le comunique mi decisión. Si yo no regreso a las pantallas, No negociable tampoco, porque el programa es de mi propiedad", refirió.
Asimismo, Falvy anunció que la abogada Patricia Simons ya no lo representará judicialmente, pues ella ha sido atacada duramente por Magaly Medina.
"No es justo que una profesional como ella sea maltratada por una señora como Magaly Medina. Ella no me llega ni a la punta de los zapatos", puntualizó.

DENIS FALVY AMENAZA A SU EX MUJER(Peru.com: 2006/7/9) El reconocido economista y conductor de televisión Dennis Falvy fue acusado por su ex conviviente y madre de su hijo, María Isabel Costa (34), de haberla amenazado de muerte y de haberla golpeado. Los audios de las amenazas telefónicas, las cuales estaban plagadas de insultos y groserías, fueron difundidas en el programa 'Cuarto Poder'.
"He decidido que si te me acercas a cinco metros te voy a romper toda la cara ¿ok? Eso lo he decidido porque soy Dios, te voy a matar", se escucha al economista decirle a la mamá de su pequeño hijo.
En otro momento le advierte que la puede agredir con arma blanca, con su pistola o incluso con sus propias manos, y añade que "no me va a pasar nada porque voy a aducir locura temporal". "Te voy a encontrar aunque sea en el infierno", expresa un irreconocible Falvy.
La relación entre Costa y el conductor de televisión se inició en el 2001 y duró 4 años. Todo el problema habría comenzado, según la abogada del economista, Patricia Simon, cuando la madre del niño no permitía que Falvy pueda ver a su hijo. Por su parte, María Isabel Costa señala que "como madre me siento en la obligación de no exponerlo (al menor), tengo miedo de que me lo quite, no quiero que me pase nada", sostuvo llorando.
Incluso en noviembre del 2005, la ex pareja de Falvy detalla que sufrió agresiones físicas en plena calle. "Estaba recogiendo a mi hijo del nido y él (Falvy) aparece, raudamente con su automóvil (...) agarra, me mete un empujón y me da una cachetada a la vista de los empleados del nido y del propio niño", afirmó. Luego también fue golpeada en los brazos.
Cabe señalar que por el momento Costa ha decidido mantenerse escondida y que su hijo no vea a su padre hasta que las autoridades le brinden garantías para su vida.

Hannibal Lecter
Dr. Hannibal Lecter is a character in a series of suspense novels by Thomas Harris.
Lecter was introduced in the 1981 thriller novel Red Dragon as a forensic psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. The novel and its sequel, The Silence of the Lambs, feature Lecter as one of the primary antagonists after the two serial killers in both novels. In the third novel, Hannibal, Lecter becomes a protagonist. His role as the antihero occurs in the fourth novel, Hannibal Rising, which explores his childhood and development into a serial killer.
The first film adapted from the Harris novels was Manhunter (based on Red Dragon) which features Brian Cox as Lecter, spelled "Lecktor". In 1991, Anthony Hopkins won an Academy Award for his portrayal of the character in The Silence of the Lambs. He would reprise the role in Hannibal in 2001 and in a second adaptation of Red Dragon made in 2002 under the original title.
The NBC television series Hannibal debuted in 2013, and focuses on the development of the relationship between Lecter and Will Graham, an FBI profiler. In the series, Lecter is portrayed by Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, who won a Saturn Award for his performance.

Dennis Falvy dijo adiós a la televisión. Anoche, durante la emisión de su programa, anunció que se retirará de las pantallas hasta el mes de agosto, tiempo en el cual espera solucionar sus problemas legales con su ex pareja María Isabel Costa.
"No es una cancelación, sólo voy a tomar unas vacaciones porque hay un tremendo cargamontón a mi persona y la gente creerá que no he reconocido mis errores. Me tomaré dos semanas para terminar todo este conflicto y lograr ver a mi hijo.
En este tiempo me dedicaré de lleno al asunto judicial y si me toma mayor tiempo, no regresaré a la televisión aún, pero mi equipo seguirá trabajando", aseveró.
Falvy descartó que haya una presión del canal en esta decisión, pues cuenta con el apoyo de la gerencia general. "Hablé con Alberto Cabello, mi gran amigo, y le comunique mi decisión. Si yo no regreso a las pantallas, No negociable tampoco, porque el programa es de mi propiedad", refirió.
Asimismo, Falvy anunció que la abogada Patricia Simons ya no lo representará judicialmente, pues ella ha sido atacada duramente por Magaly Medina.
"No es justo que una profesional como ella sea maltratada por una señora como Magaly Medina. Ella no me llega ni a la punta de los zapatos", puntualizó.

DENIS FALVY AMENAZA A SU EX MUJER(Peru.com: 2006/7/9) El reconocido economista y conductor de televisión Dennis Falvy fue acusado por su ex conviviente y madre de su hijo, María Isabel Costa (34), de haberla amenazado de muerte y de haberla golpeado. Los audios de las amenazas telefónicas, las cuales estaban plagadas de insultos y groserías, fueron difundidas en el programa 'Cuarto Poder'.
"He decidido que si te me acercas a cinco metros te voy a romper toda la cara ¿ok? Eso lo he decidido porque soy Dios, te voy a matar", se escucha al economista decirle a la mamá de su pequeño hijo.
En otro momento le advierte que la puede agredir con arma blanca, con su pistola o incluso con sus propias manos, y añade que "no me va a pasar nada porque voy a aducir locura temporal". "Te voy a encontrar aunque sea en el infierno", expresa un irreconocible Falvy.
La relación entre Costa y el conductor de televisión se inició en el 2001 y duró 4 años. Todo el problema habría comenzado, según la abogada del economista, Patricia Simon, cuando la madre del niño no permitía que Falvy pueda ver a su hijo. Por su parte, María Isabel Costa señala que "como madre me siento en la obligación de no exponerlo (al menor), tengo miedo de que me lo quite, no quiero que me pase nada", sostuvo llorando.
Incluso en noviembre del 2005, la ex pareja de Falvy detalla que sufrió agresiones físicas en plena calle. "Estaba recogiendo a mi hijo del nido y él (Falvy) aparece, raudamente con su automóvil (...) agarra, me mete un empujón y me da una cachetada a la vista de los empleados del nido y del propio niño", afirmó. Luego también fue golpeada en los brazos.
Cabe señalar que por el momento Costa ha decidido mantenerse escondida y que su hijo no vea a su padre hasta que las autoridades le brinden garantías para su vida.

Witnesses say the NJTransit train that crashed into the Hoboken, N.J. train station during the morning commute Thursday was traveling so fast it became airborne as it hit concrete blocks and collided with the terminal roof, leaving three people reportedly dead, The Independent reported.
