RISK getting PUNCHED in the FACE for your STREET PHOTOGRAPHY
Risk it all! Watch this video to experience extreme in-your-face moments!
The great Magnum Photographer Robert Capa had a famous quote that says “If your pictures aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough”. I really believe that! I think you have to be willing to take risks for your Street Photography. Be bold and take the leap. You’ll be surprised at how many people are flattered that you are interested in taking their picture. Of course, there are always 2 sides to the coin and you might get a harsh stare from some. If your intentions are good, then, I believe it is justified. Your pictures will be better for it and you’ll be documenting an important time in history from up close!
My name is Carmine Groe. With street photography, my goal is to enjoy the process in an open and honest...

Consumer Reports: Do your photos put your privacy at risk?
Do you love sharing photos with your family and friends online? It turns out you might be sharing a lot more personal information than you think.
Consumer Reports reveals how the photos you post online may contain surprising hidden data that could put you or your family at risk.
When you take a photo with a digital camera or a phone, details about things like when, where, and how the images were created are captured and stored automatically in a file in what's called Exif data, which is short for Exchangeable Image File Format.
That information travels with the photo wherever you send it, whether you're posting it online or sharing it with a friend in a text.

With street photography, my goal is to enjoy the process in an open and honest way, to make connections with strangers while making their portrait as well as capturing candid moments of every day life on the street.

You have certainly seen before, all over Instagram, the rock that seems to sit in the air. Yes, the famous Instagrammable stone is located in Rio de Janeiro, about an hour away from Copacabana beach. Two hours, if we consider the hike through the forest.
Even if it is partly a simple optical illusion, you must know that the rock hanging 354 meters above the sea is not the safest place to take your selfies.
The view is incredibly beautiful and the picture will surely get a lot of appreciation, but you must be precautious. You also need to be patient, because, to take a picture here, you will have to sit on a long line.
