This is a video describing the different types of interview from one to ones to panel style interviews and how they look for different types of information to find the right candidate.
0:05 I touched upon having interview questions ready and the type of questions that your interviewer might ask you but normally interviews will be on a one to one basis. but I also think you need to be aware that interviews can sometimes time be panel interviews or group interviews. now in a panel interview you could be up against two or three interviewers you might be asked the question by one of them but if I was you I would direct your reply to all three of them.
0:30 One of them might not say anything in which case they are looking at your behavior, again how you sit and how you answer the questions. a group interviews are slightly different they are when you will be with a group of people and again they could be looking at the way that you interact with individuals who take the lead potentially and who might be thought the more dominant character. but just to be aware if you are going for an interview it might be worth finding out how many people are interviewing and the sort of context that the interview will be in.
0:53 It might be that they even ask you to do a presentation and you don't want that to be put on you last minute the night before. so just make sure when you have an interview that you ask what type of interview it is and how many people are going to be there.

Red
Red is the color at the end of the spectrum of visible light next to orange and opposite violet. Red color has a predominant light wavelength of roughly 620–740 nanometres. Red is one of the additive primary colors of visible light, along with green and blue, which in Red Green Blue (RGB) color systems are combined to create all the colors on a computer monitor or television screen. Red is also one of the subtractive primary colors, along with yellow and blue, of the RYB color space and traditional color wheel used by painters and artists.
Reds can vary in shade from very light pink to very dark maroon or burgundy; and in hue from the bright orange-red scarlet or vermilion to the bluish-red crimson.
Red was widely used in prehistoric cave art, made with red hematite or iron oxide, or red ochre. Early civilizations in China, the Middle East and Europe made red dyes from the madder plant or from a tiny insect called Kermes vermilio. Civilizations in the Americas made brilliant reds from another scale insect, the cochineal; ancient Chinese artists during the Han Dynasty used dye from the madder plant to color silk and pigments from lead oxide to color pottery.

Hey guys, welcome back to another Minecraft Do Not Laugh! SkyDoesMinecraft is joined for this episode of Do Not Laugh by House_Owner, RedVacktor, and CavemanFilms! Sky starts by making Ross laugh with a Superman joke – Aquaman calls Dan (alias Superman) and asks about the superhero wardrobe requirements, but Superman assures him that if he wears the tights he’ll get into the Justice League for sure, and hey, Superman does love Aquafina’s water. Dan makes Sky laugh as a centaur busting through Sky’s wardrobe and warning him to get out of Narnia. Red gets Dan by dressing up as a hay bail and making a terrible hay joke, despite Sky almost ruining it. Ross then makes the hay bail laugh when he dons an owl skin, sets his owl kin free, and tells Red that this joke is a hoot. Red keeps his upper half a bail of hay while transforming his lower half into a horse as Ross the owl follows him around, hooting at him. As Sky prepares for his joke, Red changes his lower half to be that of a spider and gives everyone nightmares. Sky starts his next joke – werewolf racing! Ross bets a fish and Sky riles up the werewolves to get them racing. This does not go well for Sky. Before the next joke, Red dons some rabbit ears because he wants to be the Easter Bunny, and Ross transforms into a chipmunk, asking Red for his father. Dan gets Sky to laugh with a basic pooping joke, and now it’s Ross’ turn to make Dan laugh. Ross does a good job as a clingy flower persistently asking Dan to put him in his nose. Red terrifies everyone as a horrifying baby claiming to be Ross’ father – the skin makes Ross laugh, but it’s null and void when Red calls him a sloth. However, according to the rules, Red gets the point. Dan manages to win himself the game with a Treeman bit, but Sky wants to play out his final joke. He dresses as Winnie the Pooh and runs for a honey pot, but gets caught in a bear trap, where Ross shoots him. That’s it for this Minecraft Do Not Laugh – thanks for watching and we’ll see you later, recruits!

1. It's so Easy - Upfront with the heavy bass that hits your chest where you can barely hear anything and only feel the bass drum and Duff McKagan's tight accurate hit you in the chest. Slash tears it up, sounds like he appreciated the crowd from 4/19. I never seen somebody so comfortable as Axl singing sitting down with a cast on their leg. Axl makes it look so fucking easy.
2. Mr. Brownstone - Duff in cam view. Okay so the quality is shit so far, but worry is a waste of my fucking time. Go sip a drink and turn it up! Actually this might be from Coachella, sorry. So many performances and angles..
3. Chinese Democracy - Fuck yea. Weird to seeing Slash play it, but he actually plays it the best. Slash seems to enjoy the song. So does Duff. Who actually without his background vocals, GnR doesn't sound like GnR to me.
4. Welcome to the Jungle - Damn, Mexico is on fleek. Sounds like the motherfucking jungle.
5. Double Talking Jive get the money muthafucka cuz I got no more patience.
6. Estranged - Axl and Slash did a great job on this song.
7. Live and Let Live - Is how I'm feeling... Axl's vocals are great with the pyrotechnics going on too.
8. Rocket Queen - Stage Left - The newbies and OG crew seem to be really vibing on this song. Axl got his aviators on still looking like megatron. Posture seems more confident since their vegas show. Melissa Reese looking sexy on the keys as usual. Slash's Voicebox work is something that is very refreshing compared to the music today. On top of his solo, musicians today can't match this. Dancer's even seem sexier. Getting used to the sound of Frank Ferrer the drummer for Axl since 2006. There are just some improv moments that you can't replicate with pre-recorded music, and when Slash feels it he feels it.
9. You Could be Mine - VIP Section - Just count your stars GnR is home again. Best wah wah pedal performance yet! . Damn Axl can still hold a note longer than anyone else. Slash's solo was super on point today.
10. This I Love. - VIP Section - Dizzy tears it up on the keys, he's just so talented on keys. Melissa Reese does a good synth job for the strings. Axl hatless. Slash on his red Gibson Les Paul custom, top hat, aviators, and wallet chain doing another amazing soulful solo. Damn, even makes Axl look youthful again. Everyone send Axl your love, I think he needs it to perform better and better! Axl is blinged out with double crosses.
9. There Was a Time - Front Row - It's raining! This is how much space is between front row and the stage. Security in ponchos lol. Clouds are going crazy. Crowd is probably thinking I'm not leaving until they play Sweet Child o' Mine or November Rain or Paradise City
11. Speak Softly - The Godfather of rock Slash jams out. Love the finish on his Les Paul in this song. Seems color shifting. Axl was gimping around in the background, kinda funny. But rain, in a cast, broken foot, I give props to Axl.
12. Sweet Child o' Mine - Oh okay, Axl outfit change to fringes... explains Axl gimping around in previous track. Duff interacts with Axl on his throne a little. Proper wah usage. Ending reminds me of how Slash and Steven Adler end songs.
13 Sweet Child o' Mine again - Center in front of loud speaker - with bass emphasis so you can hear Duff's bass playing and more rythym guitar. Bass is so loud it shakes the camera.
14. My Michelle - Stage Right nose bleed seats. - Driving millennials crazy with their music insanity. Slash on his classic Ebony Les Paul custom.
15. Wish You Were Here: Rear Balcony - Fortus and Slash are getting along. Richard Fortus has a very clean sounding technical sound on his solo in this one, while slash seems more soulful laid back.
16. November Rain - Axl on the keys, a little improv too. Check out the huge crowd with their cell phones in the air giving me the chills.

18. Night Train - Fucking got Duff running around. Axl seems to be poppin out of his chair. Damn Duff kept up his muscles. Axl looked at Slash and was like, I saved your life many times on that night train. Just the way Slash holds the guitar is bad ass.

With the RPLA decimated and broken apart, all that remains on Chernarus are the last remnants of the Red Guard forces. They have made a stronghold out of the capital city of Chernogorsk. It is Task Force Deltas job to clear out the city and push the Red Guard out of Chernarus for good.

I am no longer using any iteration of JSRS due to the problems it causes on servers. It was discovered in Feb 2015 that all versions of JSRS for the past 4 years have been causing massive amounts of errors on dedicated servers so it has stopped being used and I don't use another sound mod.

Heavy metal reviewers and critics are ruining sludge metal by calling "sludge" every Johnny-come-lately heavy hard rock band that cribs from both Mastodon and Isis. Let's be honest, that shit isn't sludge, not in anyway, at least not the way sludge was for the first 15 years it was around; it was the ugliest, dirtiest, meanest music imaginable; the sound was culled from the "fuck you" antisocialism of Black Flag, the hopeless anti-music nihilism of The Melvins, the wicked earthy evil of Black Sabbath and the filthy swamp groove of Lyrnrd Skynrd. So it makes sense that most of the first sludgecore bands crawled out of the sewers of wasteland humidifiers like NOLA, NC and Miami, because you had to know the filth and slime first hand to put it into the music, but of course there were sludge bands in other places, even Japan, where Greenmachine hail from.
Maybe Japan has massive swamps and sweltering summers where the sweat never evaporates, but I've never heard of them; as far as I know, almost the entire population of Japan lives in a few large cities. And that's what makes Greenmachine such a pleasant surprise. Good sludge requires a certain amount of earthiness to be, or at least seem, authentic, and this has it. As an album D.A.M.N. is coated in the same dirt that made Cavity's Human Abjection and Buzzov*en's To A Frown sludge masterpieces; it gives the music a thick, resinous quality, as if the master tapes had been dragged through the streets during a late summer heat wave and whatever stuck to it was put onto the disc. It's a great heavy sound, flipping a giant whiskey-bent finger to cleanliness and clarity and separation; the entire thing is drenched in guitar feedback and the clatter and ring of hard crash and ride hits; throw in some vocal-cord shredded screams and Greenmachine nailed the sound of sludge on D.A.M.N.
But what about the songs, right? Well, even when sludge started there was always really two kinds; there was the more punkish bursts of Cavity and Buzzov*en and or the dirges of Grief. D.A.M.N. hews a little closer to the Cavity version of things, with most of the songs coming in shorter than three minutes, midtempo beatdowns that swing and stomp as much anything you've heard in the last ten years, but without the useless technicality and instrumental wankery that so many modern "sludge" bands use to hide the fact they can't write a good riff any better than they can write an actual song. Even with the punkish feel throughout, the longer tracks have a definite bluesy sound and some really heavy groovy sections that compare favorably with anything Bongzilla or Iron Monkey ever wrote. Of particular note is the long grinding "Narrow," a song that screams to be blasted at full volume through its entire 8 minute gut punching length; this track isn't musically that much different than "Anxiety Hangover," from EHG's Dopesick opus in that the tension builds and by the end of it, you're ready to beat the fuck outta anyone within hitting distance.
Getting the songs right is important, but equally so is capturing the "feel" of a music that exists almost as much as an emotion as anything. Greenmachine, for the most part, does this pretty well too. This might not have the utter despair of hopeless addiction that plagues EHG's Dopesick, or the absolute hatred of the human race that is Grief's Miserably Ever After, or the abject insanity that is Iron Monkey's self-titled debut, but it does have a charm all it's own. The artwork throughout the album is either total genius or great marketing ploy, featuring: A woman with her head beaten in, on the cover; blood circling a dirty drain, on the back cover; a dirty toilet full of blood with floating cigarette butts, on the inside fold-out. Couple that with song titles like "Cunt Maniac," "Red Eye," and "Muddy," and even without printed lyrics (or even knowing if they sing in English, without one understandable vocal on the entire album) you get the idea these crazy fuckers aren't messing around.
This is definitely worth tracking down if you like any of the aforementioned sludge bands, or if you want some heavy and mean and filthy metal. This might not be as good as the best albums in the genre, but for being three heshers from Japan, they do a damn good job of approximating great sludge.

Of particular note is the long grinding "Narrow," a song that screams to be blasted at full volume through its entire 8 minute gut punching length; this track isn't musically that much different than "Anxiety Hangover," from EHG's Dopesick opus in that the tension builds and by the end of it, you're ready to beat the fuck outta anyone within hitting distance.
Getting the songs right is important, but equally so is capturing the "feel" of a music that exists almost as much as an emotion as anything. Greenmachine, for the most part, does this pretty well too. This might not have the utter despair of hopeless addiction that plagues EHG's Dopesick, or the absolute hatred of the human race that is Grief's Miserably Ever After, or the abject insanity that is Iron Monkey's self-titled debut, but it does have a charm all it's own. The artwork throughout the album is either total genius or great marketing ploy, featuring: A woman with her head beaten in, on the cover; blood circling a dirty drain, on the back cover; a dirty toilet full of blood with floating cigarette butts, on the inside fold-out. Couple that with song titles like "Cunt Maniac," "Red Eye," and "Muddy," and even without printed lyrics (or even knowing if they sing in English, without one understandable vocal on the entire album) you get the idea these crazy fuckers aren't messing around.
This is definitely worth tracking down if you like any of the aforementioned sludge bands, or if you want some heavy and mean and filthy metal. This might not be as good as the best albums in the genre, but for being three heshers from Japan, they do a damn good job of approximating great sludge.

He strikes up a conversation with a good-looking young woman named Nisha, and tells her that there is a possible violation of Suppression of Immoral Trafficking Act taking place on this street. He witnesses several women soliciting men, and decides to call in the paddy wagon, and get them arrested. One of the men frequenting the prostitutes is none other than Ratan's superior officer, who immediately summons Ratan, and has him removed from service on corruption charges. Nisha takes pity on a homeless and unemployed Ratan, and asks him to live with her. He does not want her to sell her body, and so he decides to work at night, and during the day he takes on the guise of a rich Nawab and spends time with her. Things go along smoothly, until Ratan decides that it is now time to get rid of the "Nawab", and he does so, only to find out that the police have been informed that he has killed the Nawab, and they are out to arrest him. What follows is hilarious chaos that will change Ratan and Nisha's lives forever
