Film

A film, also called a movie, motion picture or photoplay, is a series of still images which, when shown on a screen, creates the illusion of moving images due to the phi phenomenon. This optical illusion causes the audience to perceive continuous motion between separate objects viewed rapidly in succession. A film is created by photographing actual scenes with a motion picture camera; by photographing drawings or miniature models using traditional animation techniques; by means of CGI and computer animation; or by a combination of some or all of these techniques and other visual effects. The word "cinema", short for cinematography, is often used to refer to the industry of films and filmmaking or to the art of filmmaking itself. The contemporary definition of cinema is the art of simulating experiences to communicate ideas, stories, perceptions, feelings, beauty or atmosphere by the means of recorded or programmed moving images along with other sensory stimulations.

Chinedu Obasi

Chinedu Obasi (Nigerian Igbo pronunciation: [ˈtɕɪ̙.ne.dʊ̙ ˈɔ̙.ɡ͡ɓʊ̙.ke ˈɔ̙.ɡ͡ɓa.sɪ̙]; born 1 June 1986) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward. He is currently a free agent, having been released from FC Schalke 04.

Club career

Lyn

Obasi went to Norway at the same time as his countryman John Obi Mikel; both players joining Lyn. On 20 December 2006, a transfer deal was announced with Lokomotiv Moscow, and Obasi was set to move to the Russian side in January. The deal was derailed, however, when the president, sporting director and manager of Lokomotiv were all fired six days later.

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim

On 27 August 2007, Obasi moved to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim for an undisclosed fee.

Schalke 04

On 23 December 2011, it was confirmed that Obasi was going on loan to Schalke 04 until the end of the 2011–12 season.

On 2 July 2012, FC Schalke 04 confirmed that Chinedu Obasi signed a permanent three-year professional contract with them until 30 June 2015. The transfer fee is reported as €4,000,000 to €5,000,000 by Schalke's sport and communications manager Horst Heldt. Chinedu Obasi was assigned a number 19 shirt then re-assigned a number 20 shirt for his last season with Schalke 04 in the 2014–15 season.

CJ Wildheart

Christopher Paul Persaud-Jagdhar (CJ) (born 1967) is a British musician of Guyanese and Seychellois descent. He is a solo artist and also a founding member of the UK rock band The Wildhearts.

He was born in Colchester, and his early childhood was spent living in various military bases in Malaysia and Europe whilst his father and mother served in the British army. The family eventually moved back to the UK during his teens.

Early Bands

CJ was involved with several local bands including Medusa, before achieving his first notable success in the late 1980s as the guitarist for London-based hair rockers Tattooed Love Boys. The band released their debut album Bleeding Hearts and Needle Marks in 1988 before splitting up shortly afterwards.

The Wildhearts

In 1989 CJ formed The Wildhearts with ex-The Quireboys guitarist Ginger (David Walls). Despite being plagued by widely reported drug and alcohol problems, the band enjoyed considerable mainstream success during the early 90s, including 2 UK top 20 hits.In 1994, at their commercial peak, CJ was unexpectedly kicked out during the recording of the P.H.U.Q. album due to personal differences between himself and Ginger.
