Trayectoria futbolistica:

Campeonatos:
Club León-Primera A Torneo Clausura 2003.

Having sex with donkeys is a part of growing up for some of the local boys on the northern coast of Colombia. We went to investigate this obscure tradition and foolishly said, "we'll believe it when we see it."

San Diego, California, is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the United States and, arguably, one of the most beautiful. The whitewashed stucco buildings give a Mediterranean-style flavor to the architecture while the culture has a decidedly Mexican influence to it (Tijuana is just a short drive over the border). Despite this foreign-country look and feel, the city of San Diego is uniquely American and a truly memorable place to visit.
The most important places to visit in San Diego are: Mission Beach, Balboa Park (one of the greatest urban parks of the world. With museums and gardens inside the park, you can spend days there), Hotel Del Coronado (an amazing ocean front hotel and historic national landmark. It has hosted top celebrities, like Marilyn Monroe, for over 120 years), Old Town (recreates traditional life from the past. Many fascinating buildings and artifacts bring the history alive), Tijuana, San Diego Zoo and many more.
This video offers a lot of tips to help you plan the perfect vacation. If you want to save time and money, the most important San Diego travel tip is to compare prices before booking a hotel room or a flight. You can do this for free on http://bookinghunter.com, a site that searches through hundreds of other travel websites in real time for the best travel deals available.

Tips & tricks for one day trip from San Diego to Tijuana, Mexico border crossing by foot.
Watch it in Full HD!!! Enjoy!!!
Shot 100% on the GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition
Before You Go to Tijuana:
Bring documentation: U. S. citizens can visit Mexico for 72 hours or less without visas, but they need proof of citizenship when they return, A passport or government-issued photo ID and birth certificate are most common. If don't have a passport, Rushmypassport.com can help you get or renew your passport without having to run around or stand in line around to get it done.
Permanent Residents should bring their green cards and passports.
Citizens of other countries need valid passports and a valid I-94, multi-entry visa or visa waiver. Visit the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative website for more details.
Take cash: You'll get better prices in the shops. U. S. dollars are fine. Traveler's checks are not widely accepted in Tijuana. Use ATMs only for emergencies; they'll give pesos that you'll have to figure out what to do with if you don't spend them all - and may incur foreign transaction fees.
Know how you're going to get around Tijuana: Read the Tijuana transportation guide and plan ahead.
Time your trip: It can take more than three hours to get back into the U. S. from Tijuana on Saturday evening. Leave by mid-afternoon, or go on a less-busy day.
Wear comfortable walking shoes. Walking is the best way to see Tijuana. The last time I went, I walked 8 miles. That's probably more than you will do, but you get the idea.
Leave expensive jewelry and designer clothing behind. You may get better prices from Tijuana shopkeepers if they think you don't have much money, and there's no point in inviting thieves.
While You're in Tijuana:
Cell Phone Roaming: As soon as you get to the border crossing, put your phone on Airplane mode to avoid international roaming charge.
Beggars: Baja Mexico's tourism department says giving beggars money won't help the problem. They suggest that you contribute to a charity that helps needy people instead.
Young Girls Selling Flowers. Pickpockets may try to distract you by trying to sell you something while at the same time lifting your wallet. Cute kids are even easier to give into, but stay alert.
Say no: Tijuana shopkeepers want your attention, and they all have a way of getting it. Some resort to stereotypes (serape and sombrero), others to politeness ("just let me show you something") and yet others to humor: "Give me a chance to rip you off." A firm "no" works with all but the most persistent.
When you've gotta "go": Some Tijuana shops have restrooms and so do some shopping complexes. There may be a small charge to use them.
Food and drink. It's still true that you need to be careful about eating and drinking in Tijuana. Stick to bottled water and drinks, avoid drinks with ice, skip the street snacks and eat only well-cooked food, just to be safe.

Planning a vacation in San Diego? Check out our videos at Vidtur.com to learn about family attractions, day tours, nightlife and much more. Here is our list of the 5 tips you need to know about the city.
First let's talk about the weather. San Diego is considered to be the city with the mildest climate in the US, so you can visit it 12 months a year. Our tip? If you're planning a vacation to visit popular attractions such as Seaworld or the San Diego Zoo, try to book you vacation between January and March.
Our next tip is to head south and explore Tijuana, AKA TJ. This Mexican city is located only 15 Kilometers from San Diego and offers a completely different energy and cultural experience. Check vidtur.com for more videos about TJ, including sightseeing, shopping and safety tips.
Next let's talk about the main attractions in San Diego. Over 30 million tourists visit this city each year and most of them are heading to the world famous places such as Seaworld, San Diego Zoo and Legoland. If you plan a family vacation, it's best not to make spontaneous decisions about the places you want to visit. If you pre book you tickets you will save time and money. Check out our website for more ideas about how to stay in budget.
Now let's talk about whales. Many visitors to San Diego know this is one of the best places in the US to observe the giants of the sea. One way to do this is to take one of the many cruises on offer. Another great way to spot whales is to head to Cabrillo National Monument. It is situated on the Southern tip of Point Loma Peninsula in San Diego. From here you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the city, while you whale watch with the other enthusiasts.
Finally, if you are looking for a beach holiday, San Diego offers some of the best beaches in California, and our favorite one is Mission Beach. However, if you are looking to combine a day at the beach with a spot of sightseeing, you should head to Coronado Island to enjoy its affluence, beauty and stunning sandy white beaches.
Looking for more information about San Diego? Check out Vidtur.com for more videos about San Diego's nightlife, budget tips, family attractions, day tours and a lot more.

However, if you are looking to combine a day at the beach with a spot of sightseeing, you should head to Coronado Island to enjoy its affluence, beauty and stunning sandy white beaches.

Backstory / Anecdote:
Nat Geo just ranked Tijuana as a top travel destination for 2016. Unfortunately, this came out AFTER I went. I did not intend to go to Tijuana nor did I intend to make this video. I did not decide to cross the border from San Diego until the morning of. At 7:45AM I was on my way to TJ, but at 7:30AM I still had not decided, was not packed, and was actually still asleep.
Tijuana’s stereotypes pushed me away. No part of me wanted to come between a cartel war – I just saw Sicario and got robbed TYVM. Nor did I want to go to an American underage party haven. Little did I know the cartel war ended and there is a lot more to Tijuana than just tequila. I was in the middle of a 3 month roadtrip and I was supposed to start heading east.
7:30AM and the alarm rang. My Couchsurfer host in San Diego, already dressed and awake, kindly told me that he realized he won’t be back after work and that I had to be out with him in 15 minutes at 7:45.
Where do I go? Despite my friends and my hungover brain telling me no on Tijuana, I really had no other plans – I had no couch to sleep on in Tucson either. What’s the worst that could happen in Tijuana if I don’t bring any of my valuables? Forget tripod, I almost left my camera out of my backpack too.
Two hours later, I was in a whole ‘nother country. I met up with Leo, a random couchsurfer who decided to host me for free on a moment’s notice. I not only got my own bed, I pretty much had my own guest house. It was also my first real bed after 2 months of being on the road. I was ecstatic. In those 3 days Leo told me it was his mission to show me Mexico. He drove me around Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, Bufadora, and even Guadulupe for wine tasting.
At the end of each day when Leo was tired, he handed me off to Martha and Fernando who showed me Tijuana night life. We stayed up till almost sunrise both days I was there. Completely in love with Tijuana and what it offered me, I decided I wanted to depict the real Tijuana, beyond the stereotypes. Hastily, I asked Martha and Fernando for an interview. That’s how this video was made, with a lot of love, spontaneity and kindness from strangers in a wonderful place called Tijuana.
Here’s to Tijuana, my favorite city that I’ve been to. I hope you make it out there as well.

(Visit: http://www.uctv.tv/) The four-part HIV/SIDA series follows UC San Diego epidemiologist Steffanie Strathdee, psychologist Tom Patterson and their binational team of doctors, researchers, medical students and outreach workers as they document the spread of HIV in Tijuana. Starting at El Bordo in the Tijuana River Canal and moving to the clinics at Prevencasa, the Las Memorias AIDS hospice and then inside the Tijuana Police Academy, this series shows their efforts to treat and prevent HIV infection among high risk groups, including people who inject drugs, sex workers, transgender women and men who have sex with men. Also featured are photographs and stories of those impacted by HIV, as portrayed by Malcolm Linton and Jon Cohen in their book, “Tomorrow Is a Long Time.” The series concludes with an assessment of what it would take to end HIV/AIDS in Tijuana.
Funding for the book and series was provided by the Ford Foundation.
