This video describes the Iranian theory of Croatian ethnogenesis in short and simple terms.
In the 10th century, Byzantine emperor Constantine VII Porphyrogennetos mentioned in his book De Ceremoniis two tribes named Krevatades (Krevatas) and Sarban (Sarbani), which some researches identified as Croats and Serbs. They were located in Caucasus near Alania. These were most likely the original Sarmatian tribes from which descend the later Slavic Croats and Serbs.
Croats were a tribe of northern Iranian speaking Sarmatians. They were most slavicized by 5th century AD. Today the only descendantes of Sarmatians who still speak the old Iranian dialect are Ossetians.

THE VATICAN'S HOLOCAUST is not a misnomer, an accusation, and even less a speculation. It is an historical fact. Rabid nationalism and religious dogmatism were its two main ingredients. During the existence of Croatia as an independent Catholic State, over 700,000 men, women and children perished. Many were executed, tortured, died of starvation, buried alive, or were burned to death. Hundreds were forced to become Catholic. Catholic padres ran concentration camps; Catholic priests were officers of the military corps which committed such atrocities. 700,000 in a total population of a few million, proportionally, would be as if one-third of the USA population had been exterminated by a Catholic militia (Avro Manhattan).
The Croatian Holocaust
This is the "hidden Holocaust" which, though well-known to scholars, is rarely, mentioned elsewhere, presumably because of the active involvement of the Catholic Church, which used the terror to win an estimated 200,000 to 300,000 new converts. The current lawsuit is on behalf of three groups of victims in the Croatian Holocaust: the Serbs, who were obliged to wear blue armbands marked with a "P" for Orthodox (Pravoslavac), the Jews, who had to wear the Star of David, and the Roma (whose extermination by the Nazis is called the Porajmos). The suit no longer involves the means by which the funds were obtained, only their disposal. However, no serious historian disputes the claimants' account of the origin of the "victim gold":
Serbs, Jews, and the Roma were slaughtered in their villages after unspeakable tortures or burned alive in their churches. Those that were not murdered were expelled to Serbia proper after being despoiled of all their property or forcibly converted to the Roman Catholic faith by Franciscan and Roman Catholic clergy. Many were used as slave labourers. The remaining people were taken to concentration camps where the majority perished.
The Führer (Poglavnik) Pavelic in the military boots beloved of fascist leaders
is surrounded by Franciscans. "Upon the establishment of the Ustasha Regime[led by Pavelic] individual Franciscan priests deserted their vocations and incited attacks on Serb and Roma settlements, tortured, killed and expropriated their victims in dozens of villages in Croatia and Bosnia. [...] OFM [the Franciscans] did not actively seek out and punish most priests associated with the Ustasha during the Second World War despite knowledge of their activities."
And the Vatican did nothing.
From stolen gold and money, the Vatican enabled Nazis to escape to Argentina, buy so-call "ratlines".
Pope John Paul ll declared Aloysius Stepinac beatified in 1998.
During World War II, on 6 April 1941, Yugoslavia was invaded by Nazi Germany, who established the Ustaše-led Independent State of Croatia. As archbishop of the puppet state's capital, Stepinac had close associations with the Ustaše leaders during the Nazi occupation, had issued proclamations celebrating the NDH, and welcomed the Ustaše leaders. Also, he was a military vicar and a deputy of "parliament" of the so-called Independent State of Croatia.
Despite opposition of the international community, the Vatican and Germany were the first to recognize the independence of Croatia, 1991-2. The historical revisionism triumphed in the Balkans.
In August 1995, Croatia expelled the remaining Serbs. The second part of the Ustasha's plan for resolving the Serbian question was fulfilled.

Ethnic conflict in Australia.
"ONE OF the nation's biggest international sporting events endured its blackest day yesterday as Serbs, Croats and Greeks clashed at the Australian Open tennis and threatened further ethnic warfare as the grand slam event continues.
More trouble could erupt today, with Ilia Bozoljac of Serbia and Marin Cilic of Croatia due to play each other, but Tennis Australia and Victorian police say they have "contingency plans" to stop a repeat of yesterday's clashes involving about 150 people on the first day of competition at Melbourne Park."

The Yugoslav Wars were ethnic conflicts fought from 1991 to 1999 on the territory of former Yugoslavia. The wars accompanied the breakup of the country, where its constituent republics declared independence, but the issues of ethnic minorities in the new countries (chiefly Serbs in central parts and Albanians in the southeast) were left unresolved after those republics were recognized internationally. The wars are generally considered to be a series of largely separate but related military conflicts occurring and affecting most of the former Yugoslav republics:
War in Slovenia (1991)
Croatian War of Independence (1991--1995)
Bosnian War (1992--1995)
Kosovo War (1998--1999), including the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia
The wars mostly resulted in peace accords, involving full international recognition of new states, but with massive economic damage in the region.
Initially the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) sought to preserve the unity of the whole of Yugoslavia by crushing the secessionist governments; however the JNA increasingly came under the influence of the Serbian government of Slobodan Milošević that evoked Serbian nationalist rhetoric and was willing to support the Yugoslav state insofar as using it to preserve the unity of Serbs in one state; as a result the JNA began to lose Slovenes, Croats, Kosovar Albanians, Bosniaks, and ethnic Macedonians, and effectively became a Serb army. According to the 1994 United Nations report, the Serb side did not aim to restore Yugoslavia, but to create a "Greater Serbia" from parts of Croatia and Bosnia.
Often described as Europe's deadliest conflict since World War II, the conflicts have become infamous for the war crimes involved, including ethnic cleansing, crimes against humanity and rape. These were the first conflicts since World War II to be formally judged genocidal in character and many key individual participants were subsequently charged with war crimes. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) was established by the UN to prosecute these crimes.
According to the International Center for Transitional Justice, the Yugoslav Wars resulted in the deaths of 140,000 people. The Humanitarian Law Center writes that in the conflicts in former Yugoslav republics at least 130,000 people lost their lives.

Yugoslavia (Serbo-Croatian, Macedonian, Slovene: Jugoslavija, Југославија) was a country in Southeast Europe during most of the 20th century. It came into existence after World War I in 1918[ii] under the name of Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes by the merger of the provisional State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs (itself formed from territories of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire) with the formerly independent Kingdom of Serbia and Kingdom of Montenegro. The Serbian royal House of Karađorđević became the Yugoslav royal dynasty. Yugoslavia gained international recognition on 13 July 1922 at the Conference of Ambassadors in Paris.[3] The country was named after the South Slavic peoples and constituted their first union, following centuries in which the territories had been part of the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary.
Renamed Kingdom of Yugoslavia on 3 October 1929, it was invaded by the Axis powers on 6 April 1941. In 1943, a Democratic Federal Yugoslavia was proclaimed by the Partisan resistance. In 1944, the king recognised it as the legitimate government, but in November 1945 the monarchy was abolished. Yugoslavia was renamed the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia in 1946, when a communist government was established. It acquired the territories of Istria, Rijeka, and Zadar from Italy. Leader of the Partisans Josip Broz Tito ruled the country as the president until his death in 1980. In 1963, the country was renamed again to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY).
The constituent six Socialist Republics and two Socialist Autonomous Provinces that made up the country were SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SR Croatia, SR Macedonia, SR Montenegro, SR Slovenia, and SR Serbia (including the autonomous provinces of Vojvodina and Kosovo, which after 1974 were largely equal to the other members of the federation).[4][5] After an economic and political crisis in the 1980s and the rise of nationalism, Yugoslavia broke up along its republics' borders, at first into five countries, leading to the Yugoslav Wars.
After the breakup, the republics of Serbia and Montenegro formed a reduced federation, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY), which aspired to the status of sole legal successor to the SFRY, but those claims were opposed by the other former republics. Eventually, Serbia and Montenegro accepted the opinion of the Badinter Arbitration Committee about shared succession.[6] Serbia and Montenegro themselves broke up in 2006 and became independent states, while Kosovo proclaimed independence in 2008.

Video is in Ukrainian language and is based upon the research of Lviv historian Leontiy Voytovych (Dr. of historical sciences, professor at Lviv University) - quotes of his scientific articles.
Carpathian croats (horvats) - one of the most important and biggest proto-Ukrainian tribes of 5-11th centuries AD from western Ukraine (ancestors of most of western Ukrainians (Galicians, Carpathians, Transcarpathians, Lemkos, Boykos, west Bukovinians and west Podolians) as well as of Dalmatian Croats (Bosnians among them). Carpathian croats played one of the key roles upon the formation of Ukrainian nation and language. Role of the Iranian speaking sarmatian tribes of Roxolans and Yazygs (Jasses) of Upper Dniester and Prut valleys in the formation of the ancient Croatian community is also examined in the video.
Major centers of Ukrainian Croats were tribal centers of Horvat (upon the Prut river), Stolsk (on the northen Dniester, in Lviv region, tribal center of carpatho-croatian subtribe of bobrians and west terebovlians), Terebovlya (capital of the eastern carpatho-croatian subtribe of trebovlians in Ternopil region), Peremyshl (center of carpatho-croatian subtribe of zasians). Later carpatho-croatian centers were Halych, Zvenyhorod and same Peremyshl and Terebovlia.
Carpathian Croatia (Great Croatia, modern western Ukraine - Subcarpathia) is ancient home of all Croats, that migrated first westwards, as far as northern Czechia and Silesia reaching Laba and Saale rivers (so called "white croats, or western croats") and later south to Dalmatia, where "New Croatia" (or "Red Croatia" if to use old Irano-Sarmatian term "red" for "southern") emerged - modern states of Croatia and Bosnia. Carpatho-croatian population of Zakarpattia (Ukrainian Transcarpathian province), as wells Croats of the Upper Dniester, especially major croatian subtribe of trebovlians took part in the first wave of Croatian migration to the Balkans, into the Dalmatia (modern Croatia and Bosnia) where there 53 placenames are connected with the ancient Ukrainian-Croatian tribes of trebovlians, many with zasians and poborans (bobrians) and some with dulibs and buzhans (duliby and buzhans were only non-Croatian, major Volhynian tribes, which took part in the migration too).

President defends Croats but warns of "wider war"
US President Bill Clinton in Washington on Friday (4/8) defended
the Croatian offensive on the Serb-held enclave of Krajina but
cautioned the Croats against the risks of a wider war. "The
Croatian offensive was originally launched in response to Serb
attacks on Bihac, one of the protected areas (of Bosnia), and it
apparently has largely relieved a lot of pressure on Bihac," he
said. "But because it is so comprehensive it runs the risk of a
wider war. And that is what we have cautioned against in our
contacts with the Croats," added Clinton at a White House
briefing. Clinton was speaking in the Oval Office as the Croatian
army was bearing down on Knin, the Serb stronghold in the Krajina
enclave, which borders Bosnia and the embattled Bihac pocket. "We
have asked them to exercise real restraint because we are
concerned about a wider war," Clinton said. US officials have said
the war could spread if Serbia entered the fighting against
Croatia, although a White House spokesman had earlier said that
there was no indication of that happening.

"My life is here, but my soul is there." So says immigrant Maria Stanisich in this look at NZ's Dalmatian community which, after more than a century down under, maintains a strong connection to its European homeland. Using interviews with a range of people, this episode examines the history of those arriving in New Zealand from the Dalmatian area of the Adriatic, now Croatia. Many worked on the gumfields, where discriminatory laws favoured British subjects; some formed relationships with local Māori, before bringing proxy wives over from Europe.

In this brief video you can find seven little known facts about Croatia. Split, Pula or Dubrovnik are top holiday destinations today, and Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, is a cosmopolitan European city. The sign of the Yugoslavian War are long gone and if you want to travel to Croatia you won’t be disappointed.
More information about the video content bellow:
1. There are more than 1,000 islands and islets in Croatia, and only 50 are inhabited. The country has more than 3,500 miles of coastline – though it is broken north of Dubrovnik by Bosnia and Herzegovina’s 15-mile stretch, the shortest coastline in the world.
2. From 1358 until its capture by Napoleon in 1808, the walled city of Dubrovnik was the centre of a city-state known as the Republic of Ragusa. Despite its small size, it was a trading power and became a centre of learning and culture during the Renaissance. Dubrovnik was also used as the set for King’s Landing, the capital city of Westeros from HBO’s popular TV show Game of Thrones.
3. The Museum of Broken relationship is one of its kind and it is in Zagreb. It is basically a display of love gone wrong. Its exhibits include personal objects left over from former lovers, accompanied by brief descriptions.
4. The necktie has its origin in Croatia (in Croatian: Kravata, English: Cravat, French: Cravate, German: Krawatte, Italian: Cravatta, Spanish: Corvatta) and that the word "cravat" came from the word "Croat" (Hrvat in Croatian); so called because worn by Croats in the French army during the Thirty Years' War. In their own way, with the cravat, the Croats have started conquering the world from the coasts of the Adriatic Sea from 17th century. The consequences of that conquering are today felt around the necks by millions of men worldwide.
5. On the island of Susak, the women hold the title for having the only national costume that sits above the knee in Europe.
6. Constructed by Ivan Lupis Vukic in Rijeka Istria in the 19th century was the worlds first torpedo.
7. Croatia was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire until the close of World War I in 1918, Croatia then joined Serbia and Slovenia to form the Kingdom of Jugoslavia. Post World War II, Yugoslavia became a federal independent Communist state. Croatia declared independence from Yugoslavia in 1991. It was from then the Homeland war began with Serbia lasting four years.

This episode of The Real Deal features Margaret Seigrist, author of the book "How Far Away is Never?" Seigrist and her family were ethnically-cleansed from Croatia as World War II was coming to a close in 1945. At the time Allied forces, in particular those of the Soviet Union and Great Britain, were working with Marshal Tito’s Communist Partisans to terminate the Independent State of Croatia which had been in a strategic alliance with the Third Reich from 1941. Cover_of_How_Far_Away_Is_Never_by_Margaret_L._Siegrist-199x300
As the five-year-old girl fled Croatia she and her family were bombed by the Royal Air Force whose commanders appeared to view the children and wives of pro-German and anti-Communist soldiers as legitimate targets. British soldiers would in May 1945 assist in the Bleiburg Massacre of Croat patriots and other anti-Communists.
The young Seigrist would lose both her mother and sister to Typhus and privation in the process of fleeing Marshal Tito’s Communist Partisans. This harrowing experience enabled her to form an understanding of the Third Reich’s crematoria—which were used to cremate her family member’s cadavers—a subject of interest to those historical revisionists who evaluate the role such crematoria played in German-controlled labour camps.
The interview addresses the ethnicizing of history and the political correctness enveloping and suffocating the historiography of WWII. Although Seigrist has been referred to as the “Anne Frank of Croatia”, her story has been far less widely broadcasted due to ethnic and political constraints. In most European countries, writing and disseminating historical interpretations which are sympathetic to those on the Axis side of the War is a criminal offence. Names like Germar Rudolf, Fredrick Töben, Ernst Zundel, Robert Faurisson and Jürgen Graf are reminders of the anti-intellectual and authoritarian state-regulation of history in Europe.
Of particular interest to listeners may be Seigrist’s recollection that she witnessed Jews being lined up and shot by Allied forces. No doubt such deaths would be included among the claimed victims of the nebulously defined “Holocaust” which the German tax payer still pays reparations to Israel for. Equally noteworthy is Seigrist’s observation that there were many Jews fighting with the Croatian Ustase against the Allies.
The interviewee’s claims about the identity of Marshal Tito may also peak the interest of members of the listenership. She claims that the Josip Broz Tito who ruled over Yugoslavia from 1953-1980 was not the “authentic” or “original” Josip Broz. She claims a Polish, or perhaps Jewish, double masqueraded as the original Josip Broz, speaking broken Croatian and refusing visits from the family members of the actual Josip Broz.

wn.com/On The Allied Ethnic Cleansing Of Croats During Wwii An Interview With Margaret Seigrist
Bob Dylan sued for alleged racism over remarks about Croatians
Bob Dylan has been placed under judicial investigation in France after a Croatian community organisation alleged comments he made to Rolling Stone magazine last year amounted to an incitement of racial hatred.
In the interview, published on 27 September 2012, the singer said racism was holding America back.
"If you got a slave master or [Ku Klux] Klan in your blood, blacks can sense that," he was quoted as saying. "That stuff lingers to this day. Just like Jews can sense Nazi blood and the Serbs can sense Croatian blood."
The formal investigation followed a legal complaint from the organisation, CRICCF, which is based in France, alleging that the comments as carried in the French version of the magazine violated French racial hatred laws.
Dylan was awarded France's prestigious Legion d'Honneur award last month in Paris. The culture minister Aurelie Filippetti said that, for French people, he embodied a "subversive cultural force that can change people and the world".
Following the interview, several Croatian radio stations reportedly removed Dylan's songs from their playlists. The CRICCF brought forward their complaint in November 2012, naming Dylan as a defendant as well as Rolling Stone's French publisher. "We have nothing against Rolling Stone magazine or Bob Dylan as a singer," Maric said. "[But] you cannot equate Croatian [war] criminals with all Croats."
In 2010, Dylan played concerts both in Belgrade, Serbia and in Zagreb, Croatia. He previously visited Belgrade for a gig in 1991, just two weeks before Croatia declared independence from Yugoslavia.
Dylan was recently awarded France's Legion of Honour, the country's highest award.

The dismissed commander of the UN controlled Sector East in Croatia has been speaking at Klisa airport near Osijeka, Croatia.
In an exclusive interview with APTV, Major General Alexander Perelyakin denied accusations of aiding rebel Serbs in Croatia.
General Perelyakin was dismissed from his post on Tuesday.
The former Commander of the UN controlled sector on Serb-held eastern Croatia today (Thursday) denied he sided with rebel Serbs. He claimed the accusations were politically motivated.
SOUNDBITE: RUSSIAN
"We did a lot of preserving peace in this region. For what is going on now one should not blame UN troops but some political forces and all we have accomplished so far was buried by this"
SUPERCAPTION: Major General Alexander Perelyakin, former commander of the U-N controlled sector East in Croatia
Perelyakin, who left his command in Erdut- 3-hundred kilometres from Croatia's capital Zagreb- claimed his dismissal was aimed at discrediting the Russian mission in former Yugoslavia.
He added that he was fired only days before his one-year mandate expired
SOUNDBITE: RUSSIAN
"Those accusations have no ground whatsoever and have been denied even by some representatives of the U.N. command in former Yugoslavia"
SUPERCAPTION: Major General Alexander Perelyakin
U-N officials relieved Perelyakin because of "severe short comings" and his failure to provide " acceptable standards of leadership."
The dismissal has become an embarrassment for U-N officials. It further indicates the mounting chaos the peacekeepers face in trying to adopt new rules on operations in Croatia
Perelyakin also spoke of the corruption charges of allowing soldiers and weapons from Serb-led Yugoslavia into Serb-held Croatia.
SOUNDBITE: RUSSIAN:
"Those are insinuations made by media and those who triggered this campaign should have that on their conscience. "
SUPERCAPTION: Major General Alexander Perelyakin
Along with General Perelyakin, nearly 14-hundred Russian peacekeepers in Croatia stand accused of sympathizing with the Serbs. This is mainly due to their shared Slavic Orthodox Christian heritage their historical political ties.

US singer and song writer Bob Dylan has been placed under judicial investigation in France for allegedly provoking ethnic hatred of Croats.
It follows a legal complaint lodged by a Croat association in France over a 2012 interview Dylan gave to Rolling Stone magazine.
In the interview he allegedly compared the relationship between Jews and Nazis to that of Serbs and Croats.
The singer, 72, was served notice of the investigation last month.
At the time he was in Paris to receive the Legion of Honour, a prestigious French award.
In the Rolling Stone interview, Bob Dylan was sharing his thoughts about US history and the country's racial divide.
He is reported to have said: "Blacks know that some whites didn't want to give up slavery - that if they had their way, they would still be under the yoke, and they can't pretend they don't know that.
"If you got a slave master or [Ku Klux] Klan in your blood, blacks can sense that. That stuff lingers to this day. Just like Jews can sense Nazi blood and the Serbs can sense Croatian blood."
During World War Two, the Croat Ustashe fascist movement killed hundreds of thousands of Serbs, Jews, Roma and others in their death camps.
Croats and Serbs also fought each other during the break-up of Yugoslavia in the 1991-1995 war that left around 20,000 people dead.
After the interview was published, the Council of Croats in France (CRICCF) filed a complaint.
Being placed under judicial investigation means that authorities are taking the complaint seriously but that it won't necessarily go further, the BBC's Hugh Schofield in Paris says.
Dylan, who played concerts in Serbia and Croatia in 2010, rose to fame in the 1960s partly for his support of the US civil rights movement.
Last year, US President Barack Obama awarded Dylan the Presidential Medal of Freedom - the highest US civilian honour - and said: "There is not a bigger giant in the history of American music."

Klapa Motovun (Croatia acapella group) Popular form of music from the coastal area of Croatia.
Klapa Motovun is an a cappella group that has taken this form of singing to a high level. They come from the beautiful hilltop town of Motovun in Istria not far from the Italian border.
Klapa is a form of cappella singing, normally unaccompanied male singers, with strong 'story telling' themes. It has grown out of folk music and liturgical church singing. Croats at almost any gathering are likely to break into klapa singing and it is unusual for an evening in a bar not to end with klapa.
Klapa singing as we know it now dates from about 50 years ago. Indeed, in origin the art was to be as delicate and 'piano' as possible and it was music-making for the pleasure of those singing and a few of those round them. Over the last 50 years klapa singing has become louder and more suitable for public performances.
The musical texture typical of the klapa groups is that of a vocal quartet with two top parts (tenors) singing in parallel thirds and being referred to as 'primo' and 'shekondo'. The bass was 'bash' who provided the firm bass line while the baritone, usually the most skilled of the
four, was supposed to listen to the rest and fill in the harmony by supplying the notes that would fit between the bash and the shekondo.

1991 Dec 22 Su
I have spoken, either in this country or the United States.
At first people had been given to understand, wrongly, that it was just a question, serious as though that is, of civil war between two different groups. They needed to be informed that it was between Communist Serbia which has taken control both of the army and of the country, and Democratic Croatia and Slovenia, both of whom had exercised their right to become.
I then duly explain that Croatia and Slovenia have no army. They have only got the weapons they can capture and the weapons they can get hold of, and they are entitled to a right of self-defence against those who have attacked them. I said early to people over whom I would have hoped to have had some influence that I thought, as the hostilities got worse and worse and more and more Croatians were being killed and massacred, that it would have been right to recognise Croatia and Slovenia as independent. Then we should have been in a position legally to supply them with arms with which to defend themselves and they would have been in a very much better position, and what is more, Serbia would have known the position the world was taking.
Unfortunately that has not happened. But there are many, many friends of Croatia now the situation is more fully realised.
The figures of deaths need to be better known. In the earlier days I was saying to people they have been over a thousand Croatians murdered or massacred. And that is four times as many as we lost in regaining the Falklands, and twice as many as the whole of the allies lost in the Gulf, in regaining Kuwait. And also that those figures have gone up and I have just been reliably informed that it is about 15,000 Croatians - that is an enormous number - fighting for liberty who have been killed. And I know from the radio that there are hundreds of thousands of people who have been driven from their homes and their towns and cities levelled, and ancient monuments and churches attacked.
All of these [facts] I have been trying to get over to people, who when you speak to them are amazed at the situation. In face of that, there have been many meetings of politicians in the European Community, many many ceasefires. Nothing they have been done has been effective. There have been one or two Security Council [sic] ... it is difficult to get across the awfulness of what is happening there. We shall continue. Because I think now many many people know the Adriatic coast, and that means that they have some kind of personal touch and contact with them.
I must make it quite clear, in my view, the West should be on the side of liberty and democracy and justice. And the more we can get home to people the true situation, and this is happening in the heart of Europe, and that the cries of the Croatian people are not being heard, the more we can awaken them to the true position.
I should say, by way of comfort, that there are a number of organizations that are trying to help the Croatians with practical help. And I shall continue myself to put their case and to put it as forcibly as I can.

Journalist Joshua Blakeney interviewed Dr. Tomislav Sunic, a former Croatian diplomat, professor and translator. They discussed comparisons between the authoritarianism of Communist Yugoslavia and the creeping authoritarianism in countries such as the US, France, Canada and Germany. Dr. Sunic compared the "hostile propaganda" laws which were invoked to prosecute his family members in Communist Yugoslavia with the Orwellian "Hate Speech" laws which exist in various Western jurisdictions.
They also discussed the interface between universalism and particularism in the formation of the philosophy and ideology of the New Right. The interview was conducted on June 12, 1014. Links of relevance include:

Warning: This video contains footage which some viewers may find upsetting.
Watch the unbelievable moment from a Croatian boxing championship when a junior boxer assaulted a referee after losing a fight.
The attack happened at the Junior European Championships in Zagreb. Croatian boxer Vido Loncar, in the red, was upset after the referee waved off the fight after giving him a standing count. But after being called over for the official judgement, Loncar attacked the referee - and followed his initial punch with seven more to the body.
Loncar has been arrested and banned from boxing for life. The referee was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The secretary-general of the Croatian Boxing Federation, Marko Marovic says of the incident: "This is the worst thing that could happen to us. This is a disgrace to Zagreb and Croatia, and causes the sport of boxing major damage. All the hard work that we put into organising this championship and raising the image of Croatian boxing has been destroyed in a few seconds."
