Breaking a cardinal rule of happy hour, the Matador in Ballard offers no drink specials for happy hour ... to 1 a.m ... I went with the white sangria ($7), a less fortunate choice since there wasn't a lot of wine in it, and the mixer tasted like bottled liquid chemicals rather than real fruit juice. (I've enjoyed the red sangria here much more.) ... 4-6 p.m ... .
