Soy Luna
Soy Luna is an upcoming Argentine telenovela produced by Disney Channel Latin America. Developed by Disney Channel Latin America and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the series will star Karol Sevilla together with Ruggero Pasquarelli. It is scheduled to premiere in March 2016. 80 episodes have been confirmed so far.
Plot
Luna is a girl who lives with her family in Cancun, Mexico. She goes to school, has her own group of friends, and loves to skate. However, her life changes when her parents are given a job offer that will move them to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Cast
Part of the cast was confirmed on June 16, 2015, and some of them on August 12, 2015.

Sofia Carson
Sofía Daccarett Char, better known as Sofia Carson (born April 10, 1993), is an American singer and actress. Her first appearance on television was as a guest star on the Disney Channel show, Austin & Ally. In July 2015, she appeared as Evie, one of the main characters in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Disney's Descendants.
Early life
Carson was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to José F. Daccarett and Laura Char Carson who had moved there from Colombia. Through her mother, Carson is related to the Char family of Colombian politicians.
At the age of three, Carson started her dance training. For seventeen years, she trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, musical theatre dance, hip hop, flamenco, modern, contemporary and tap. In 2001, Carson starred in her first musical production as Dorothy from the “Wizard of Oz” at the Riviera Theatre in Miami. One year later, she was accepted into the University of Miami’s Musical Theatre Summer Intensive, where she trained in dance and vocal performance, and performed in multiple musicals throughout the summer. She has competed in multiple renowned National Dance Competitions, such as Star Power, Onstage, and Hall of Fame, where she won top performance awards (for dance, vocal performance, musical theatre, and acting) such as First Place Award (for group and solo performance), Critics Choice Award, Triple Threat Award, and Broadway Diva Award, to name a few. In 2006, Carson started classical vocal training. She attended St. Hugh School and graduated from Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami.

This short features four songs by Momus, performed with Gilles Weinzaepfllen at Luna Lounge in 1998. I met Nick (aka Momus) through Mat Jackobson who produced and distributed his music (and also designed the titles for this film) and who can be seen in another of my films, "The Jacobsons". Why Momus isn't a household name is a mystery to me and all his fans. I shot the film with the help of two Purchase students from the back of the venue. Made with a single 400 foot roll of 16mm tri-x shot with an Auricon pro-600 and an Angenieux zoom from a very high tripod. The optical track was shot directly onto the film, but was so crappy I replaced it with a recording of the house mix.

This short features four songs by Momus, performed with Gilles Weinzaepfllen at Luna Lounge in 1998. I met Nick (aka Momus) through Mat Jackobson who produced and distributed his music (and also designed the titles for this film) and who can be seen in another of my films, "The Jacobsons". Why Momus isn't a household name is a mystery to me and all his fans. I shot the film with the help of two Purchase students from the back of the venue. Made with a single 400 foot roll of 16mm tri-x shot with an Auricon pro-600 and an Angenieux zoom from a very high tripod. The optical track was shot directly onto the film, but was so crappy I replaced it with a recording of the house mix.

Tonada de Luna Llena was originally written and performed by Simon Diaz. Leonardo performed at a party recently and I was able to capture about 98% of what he did. Some of the early part of the tape was shaky and unfocused as I was unaware of what was about to happen. As soon as I realized this was about to be 'a moment' I set the camera on a table for the steady shot. It was an amazing performance. It made the hair stand up on my arms... I combined this video with some footage I shot at the Georgia Aquarium last year so I could cover the rough beginning. I really like the end result. The jellyfish really give a poetic movement to the very soulful and powerful sounds of the two musicians (the bass player's name is Pedro Giraudo, he is from Cordoba, Argentina). Orchestra Luna - Little Sam
Orchestra Luna was an American rock and roll band of the 1970s who had two incarnations, the first producing a hard-to-categorize mixture of opera and rock, and the second a somewhat more traditional mix of pop and rock. Rick Berlin, at the time using his birth name of Richard Kinscherf, composed most of their songs, sang, and played keyboards. Rick was the driving force of the band and is the only person who was a member in all the various lineups. Leonardo performed at a party recently and I was able to capture about 98% of what he did. Some of the early part of the tape was shaky and unfocused as I was unaware of what was about to happen. As soon as I realized this was about to be 'a moment' I set the camera on a table for the steady shot. It was an amazing performance. It made the hair stand up on my arms... I combined this video with some footage I shot at the Georgia Aquarium last year so I could cover the rough beginning. I really like the end result. The jellyfish really give a poetic movement to the very soulful and powerful sounds of the two musicians (the bass player's name is Pedro Giraudo, he is from Cordoba, Argentina).
I was told that Leonardo used to play maracas with Simon Diaz on tour and that he modifies his maracas (made by Mr Teppa in Venezuela) - which he plays better than anyone I've ever heard.
