Local universities produce some of Korea's brightest minds and influential people. A total of 51 colleges and universities graduate over 70,000 to the workforce each year, including 15,000 engineers and 11,000 medical personnel.

The applicant is "RD ARTS" Canadian LLC which carries out research and development in special software and mobile systems.
The Commission assessed positively the investment project of "RD ARTS" LLC and will present its conclusion to the Government.
