Robert Edward Machado (better known simply as Rob Machado) (born October 16, 1973, Sydney, Australia) is an Australian-born American professional surfer from Cardiff-by-the-Sea, a community in Encinitas (San Diego County), California.
Machado attended San Dieguito High School, and is known for his casual, "laid-back" style both in and out of the water. Though he rides a modern tri-fin shortboard, he is still considered a "soul-surfer" largely because of his soft-spoken, humble personality and his disinterest in the spotlight, along with his fluid surfing style, which has earned him the nickname "Mr. Smoothy." He is one of the best-known goofy-foot surfers in the world today. His style influences include Gerry Lopez and California's Taylor Lobdell, who he saw surfing on a soft top at River Jetties in 2002 and has tried to emulate his style ever since.
Rob has won many of pro surfing's most prestigious contests, including Hawaii's Pipeline Masters (Triple Crown of Surfing), and the U.S. Open of Surfing, the largest surfing event held on the U.S. mainland. His 2006 win in that competition was only his latest at Huntington Beach, and it came on the heels of his victory at the 2006 Monster Energy Pro (also held at Pipeline) on Oahu's North Shore. Also, Rob was on the "West" team that won the 2006 Summer X Games surfing competition, called "The Game," held each year in Mexico.
Go Fish or Fish is a card game usually played by two to five players, although it can be played with up to 10 players.
Five cards are dealt from a standard 52-card deck to each player, or seven cards if there are four or fewer players. The remaining cards are shared between the players, usually spread out in a disorderly pile referred to as the "ocean" or "pool".
The player whose turn it is to play asks another player for his or her cards of a particular face value. For example Alice may ask, "Bob, do you have any threes?" Alice must have at least one card of the rank she requested. Bob must hand over all cards of that rank if possible. If he has none, Bob tells Alice to "go fish" (or simply "fish"), and Alice draws a card from the pool and places it in her own hand. Then it is the next player's turn – unless the card Alice drew is the card she asked for, in which case she shows it to the other players, and she gets another turn. When any player at any time has all four cards of one face value, it forms a book, and the cards must be placed face up in front of that player.

The following is a list of episodes from Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, a television series, filmed in New Zealand and the United States, starring Kevin Sorbo as Hercules. It is very loosely based on the tales of the classical Greek culture hero Heracles. It ran for 111 episodes over six seasons.
It was preceded by several TV movies with the same major characters in 1994 as part of Universal Media Studios's Action Pack: in order, Hercules and the Amazon Women, Hercules and the Lost Kingdom, Hercules and the Circle of Fire, Hercules in the Underworld, and Hercules in the Maze of the Minotaur, the last of which served mostly as a "clip show" of the previous movies as a lead up to the series.

The Go is an American rock & roll band from Detroit, Michigan. The Go is composed primarily of Robert "Bobby" Harlow (vocals), John Krautner (guitar, bass), Marc Fellis (drums), James McConnell (lead guitar), and a rotating cast of other band members, including Jack White (later of The White Stripes, The Dead Weather and The Raconteurs), who was with the band from mid '98 to early '99.
In 2003, the U.K. based Lizard King Records label released the group's second official full-length release, self-titled The Go. Two cuts from their second album, namely, "Blue Eyes Woman" and "Summer's Gonna Be My Girl" are featured on the soundtrack to the 2006 remake of Wes Craven's classic horror-thriller film The Hills Have Eyes. Additional tracks from their second album have been heard on the Emmy Award winning television sitcom My Name Is Earl.
Their third album, Howl On The Haunted Beat You Ride was released in the late-summer of 2007 by Ben Blackwell's Cass label to overwhelmingly positive initial reviews. The album's content marks a distinct contrast to their first two releases, adding a psychedelic vibe, lush vocal harmonies, intriguing lyrical imagery, great attention to instrumentation, and a decidedly mid- to late-1960s production sound. The album was produced and recorded by the group's main singer Bobby Harlow, who continues to share songwriting duties with bassist and co-vocalist John Krautner. The LP was also released on Compact Cassette in 2010 by Burger Records.

Documenting the talents of amazing people who happen to surf. Iconic surfer Rob Machado has traveled the world for more than half his life. And during that time, he's crossed paths with countless individuals who share a love for surfing and a passion for the arts. In his new series called Through The Lens, we meet these individuals and follow Rob as he re-connects with the people who've inspired him along the way. In this episode, Rob travels to the Big Island of Hawaii to meet up with famed native Hawaiian designer Sig Zane. The cultural significance of Sig's work is profound, connecting past to present by perpetuating the technique of hand-made illustration. While together, Sig and Rob collaborated on an original design, which reveals the magic in Sig's design process.
Want more from rob? Drop into this episode of The Wire Podcast: http://www.firewiresurfboards.com/the-wire/rob-machado-handing-happiness-wire-podcast/ In this video Rob rides a 5'2 Go Fish in France. He also talks you through what he feels on the Go Fish, the kind of waves the board likes, and much more. Like the best fins for a Go Fish (Hint: they're by Futures). Our favorite part of this video is the way Rob finishes his turns on this LFT shape. And we're anxious to release more surf clips showing Rob on the Midas and Melted Butter in coming months. Two other LFT shapes he designed. The Go Fish hit surf shops in late April and quickly sold out, and there are only a few around right now at shops, but more are coming. So if you want one, tell a shop near you to hold one when the next ...
We all know Rob Machado enjoys his Go Fish. But what does he ride when the waves get bigger and more punchy? The Midas. In this video Rob Machado explains how he designed The Midas, and why. For more on this LFT shape, and to explore dimensions, go here: https://shop.firewiresurfboards.com/products/midas If you're curious about how The Midas relates to The Go fish, it's simple - the Go Fish is fast and skatey in the weak stuff, and the Midas is quick and responsive in the steep stuff. The Midas does have some fishy hybrid elements in its design though, so its performance on the small end of the wave spectrum is surprising. Rob enjoys The Midas as a two plus one fin setup, or as a twin fin, when the waves are small, and he likes it with a thruster set when the waves are 4 to 5 foot ...
