Ethics and Public Health Policy Forum
Policy Development is one of the three core functions of public health. Effective public health policies are based upon epidemiology, ethics, economics and public health law. This session will be devoted to a review and a discussion of principles of ethics and their impact on policy.

As a result of that discussion, the Tobacco Control Task Force of the American Association of Public Health Physicians developed our tobacco related principles - available at aaphp.org/tobacco.
