A HUGE fly-tip in a secluded part of Hinckley & Bosworth has taken workmen from the Borough Council's Clean Neighbourhoods team over two days to clear up. The fly-tip took place in Upton Lane, Atterton and it took six workmen with a mechanical digger and a skip to remove it ... It was not the usual fly-tipped material that the council has to remove....
