So Roja marries Rishi and they leave the village to settle in the city, where both fall in love. Rishi, who works for the Indian Government, is instructed to go to the troubled state of Kashmir on a classified mission, Roja also goes along. Then the innocent world of Roja is shattered when Rishi is abducted and held for ransom by a "Jihaadi" group of militants who want an independent Kashmir, and the release of a terrorist held with the Indian military forces. Will the passionate appeal of this young lady move cold and ruthless military and politician's hearts and minds? Methods for breaking these cryptosystems are typically radically different from before, and usually involve solving carefully constructed problems in pure mathematics, the best-known being integer factorization.
In practice, frequency analysis relies as much on linguistic knowledge as it does on statistics, but as ciphers became more complex, mathematics became more important in cryptanalysis. This change was particularly evident before and during World War II, where efforts to crack Axis ciphers required new levels of mathematical sophistication. Moreover, automation was first applied to cryptanalysis in that era with the Polish Bomba device, the British Bombe development of it, the use of punched card equipment, and in the Colossus computers — the first electronic digital computers to be controlled by a program.

The current series of banknotes, which began in 1996, is called the Mahatma Gandhi series. At present, banknotes are issued in the denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000. The Zero rupee note is not an official government issue but a symbol of protest and it is printed and distributed by an NGO in India.

Roja (Tamil: ரோஜா) is a 1992 Tamil film directed by Mani Ratnam. The film was subsequently dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, and Telugu.
The film won three National Film Awards, including Best Film on National Integration, catapulting Ratnam to national acclaim. The film also gained international acclaim with its nomination for Best Film at the Moscow International Film Festival.[1] The film was recently re-released for international audiences in light of the growing fear of terrorist attacks across the world. This film was so popular during that time, that terrorists in Kashmir, got a copy of the movie in Tamil.Roja (Madhoo) is a simple village girl, born and brought up in Sundarapandianpuram in Tirunelveli district in Southern Tamil Nadu. The story begins with Roja fervently wishing that her sister's marriage proposal get accepted successfully. The prospective suitor is top cryptologist Rishi Kumar (Arvind Swamy), who is set to arrive in the village soon. It soon emerges that Roja's sister is in love with another, and to everyone's surprise Rishi requests Roja's hand in marriage. Being unaware of her sister's love affair, Roja is not willing to accept Rishi's proposal as she believes that he is the best match for her sister. But due to her parent's pressure, she gets married to Rishi, and the couple move out of the village to live in Madras.
Initially Roja is angry with Rishi for rejecting her sister, but when she comes to know of her sister's love affair and consequent rejection of Rishi, she apologizes and starts seeing him in a new light. Love blossoms, and life is blissful for the couple for a short while. Meanwhile, Rishi is assigned a posting at an army communications center in Kashmir as part of his job- he works for the Indian government. All of a sudden, the couple find themselves in a beautiful, yet alien land. And Roja's world turns upside down when Rishi is abducted by the terrorists whose agenda is to separate Kashmir from India and to free their leader, Wasim Khan- he's being held by the Indian military forces due to his crimes. Faced with the daunting task of rescuing her husband, Roja runs from pillar to post, pleading with politicians and the military for help. Further complicating matters is the communication gap- she can't speak their language, and they can't speak hers. Consequently, all her efforts to apprise them of her suffering and pain prove to be futile. Now all alone in her battle to save her husband in an unfamiliar place from ruthless terrorists, with rising odds against her, will Roja succeed? What happens to Rishi and Wasim Khan? These form the core plot of the movie.

This film was so popular during that time, that terrorists in Kashmir, got a copy of the movie in Tamil.Roja (Madhoo) is a simple village girl, born and brought up in Sundarapandianpuram in Tirunelveli district in Southern Tamil Nadu. The story begins with Roja fervently wishing that her sister's marriage proposal get accepted successfully. The prospective suitor is top cryptologist Rishi Kumar (Arvind Swamy), who is set to arrive in the village soon. It soon emerges that Roja's sister is in love with another, and to everyone's surprise Rishi requests Roja's hand in marriage. Being unaware of her sister's love affair, Roja is not willing to accept Rishi's proposal as she believes that he is the best match for her sister. But due to her parent's pressure, she gets married to Rishi, and the couple move out of the village to live in Madras. Initially Roja is angry with Rishi for rejecting her sister, but when she comes to know of her sister's love affair and consequent rejection of Rishi, she apologizes and starts seeing him in a new light. Love blossoms, and life is blissful for the couple for a short while. Meanwhile, Rishi is assigned a posting at an army communications center in Kashmir as part of his job- he works for the Indian government. All of a sudden, the couple find themselves in a beautiful, yet alien land. And Roja's world turns upside down when Rishi is abducted by the terrorists whose agenda is to separate Kashmir from India and to free their leader, Wasim Khan- he's being held by the Indian military forces due to his crimes. Faced with the daunting task of rescuing her husband, Roja runs from pillar to post, pleading with politicians and the military for help. Further complicating matters is the communication gap- she can't speak their language, and they can't speak hers. Consequently, all her efforts to apprise them of her suffering and pain prove to be futile. Now all alone in her battle to save her husband in an unfamiliar place from ruthless terrorists, with rising odds against her, will Roja succeed? What happens to Rishi and Wasim Khan? These form the core plot of the movie. -

Typically, this involves knowing how the system works and finding a secret key. In non-technical language, this is the practice of codebreaking or cracking the code, although these phrases also have a specialised technical meaning . Even though the goal has been the same, the methods and techniques of cryptanalysis have changed drastically through the history of cryptography, adapting to increasing cryptographic complexity, ranging from the pen-and-paper methods of the past, through machines like Bombes and Colossus computers in World War II, to the computer-based schemes of the present. The results of cryptanalysis have also changed — it is no longer possible to have unlimited success in codebreaking, and there is a hierarchical classification of what constitutes an attack. In the mid-1970s, a new class of cryptography was introduced: asymmetric cryptography. Methods for breaking these cryptosystems are typically radically different from before, and usually involve solving carefully constructed problems in pure mathematics, the best-known being integer factorization. In practice, frequency analysis relies as much on linguistic knowledge as it does on statistics, but as ciphers became more complex, mathematics became more important in cryptanalysis. This change was particularly evident before and during World War II, where efforts to crack Axis ciphers required new levels of mathematical sophistication. Moreover, automation was first applied to cryptanalysis in that era with the Polish Bomba device, the British Bombe development of it, the use of punched card equipment, and in the Colossus computers — the first electronic digital computers to be controlled by a program. Successful cryptanalysis has undoubtedly influenced history; the ability to read the presumed-secret thoughts and plans of others can be a decisive advantage. For example, in England in 1587, Mary, Queen of Scots was tried and executed for treason for her involvement in three plots to assassinate Elizabeth I of England which were known about because her coded correspondence with fellow conspirators had been deciphered by Thomas Phelippes; in World War I, the breaking of the Zimmermann Telegram was instrumental in bringing the United States into the war; in World War II, the cryptanalysis of the German ciphers — including the Enigma machine and the Lorenz cipher — has been credited with everything between shortening the end of the European war by a few months to determining the eventual result (see Ultra). The United States also benefited from the cryptanalysis of the Japanese Purple code (see Magic). This film was so popular during that time, that terrorists in Kashmir, got a copy of the movie in Tamil.Roja (Madhoo) is a simple village girl, born and brought up in Sundarapandianpuram in Tirunelveli district in Southern Tamil Nadu. The story begins with Roja fervently wishing that her sister's marriage proposal get accepted successfully. The prospective suitor is top cryptologist Rishi Kumar (Arvind Swamy), who is set to arrive in the village soon. It soon emerges that Roja's sister is in love with another, and to everyone's surprise Rishi requests Roja's hand in marriage. Being unaware of her sister's love affair, Roja is not willing to accept Rishi's proposal as she believes that he is the best match for her sister. But due to her parent's pressure, she gets married to Rishi, and the couple move out of the village to live in Madras. Initially Roja is angry with Rishi for rejecting her sister, but when she comes to know of her sister's love affair and consequent rejection of Rishi, she apologizes and starts seeing him in a new light. Love blossoms, and life is blissful for the couple for a short while. Meanwhile, Rishi is assigned a posting at an army communications center in Kashmir as part of his job- he works for the Indian government. All of a sudden, the couple find themselves in a beautiful, yet alien land. And Roja's world turns upside down when Rishi is abducted by the terrorists whose agenda is to separate Kashmir from India and to free their leader, Wasim Khan- he's being held by the Indian military forces due to his crimes. Faced with the daunting task of rescuing her husband, Roja runs from pillar to post, pleading with politicians and the military for help. Further complicating matters is the communication gap- she can't speak their language, and they can't speak hers. Consequently, all her efforts to apprise them of her suffering and pain prove to be futile. Now all alone in her battle to save her husband in an unfamiliar place from ruthless terrorists, with rising odds against her, will Roja succeed? What happens to Rishi and Wasim Khan? These form the core plot of the movie. -

Typically, this involves knowing how the system works and finding a secret key. In non-technical language, this is the practice of codebreaking or cracking the code, although these phrases also have a specialised technical meaning .
Even though the goal has been the same, the methods and techniques of cryptanalysis have changed drastically through the history of cryptography, adapting to increasing cryptographic complexity, ranging from the pen-and-paper methods of the past, through machines like Bombes and Colossus computers in World War II, to the computer-based schemes of the present. The results of cryptanalysis have also changed — it is no longer possible to have unlimited success in codebreaking, and there is a hierarchical classification of what constitutes an attack. In the mid-1970s, a new class of cryptography was introduced: asymmetric cryptography. The film won three National Film Awards, including Best Film on National Integration, catapulting Ratnam to national acclaim. The film also gained international acclaim with its nomination for Best Film at the Moscow International Film Festival.[1] The film was recently re-released for international audiences in light of the growing fear of terrorist attacks across the world. This film was so popular during that time, that terrorists in Kashmir, got a copy of the movie in Tamil.Roja (Madhoo) is a simple village girl, born and brought up in Sundarapandianpuram in Tirunelveli district in Southern Tamil Nadu. The story begins with Roja fervently wishing that her sister's marriage proposal get accepted successfully. The prospective suitor is top cryptologist Rishi Kumar (Arvind Swamy), who is set to arrive in the village soon. It soon emerges that Roja's sister is in love with another, and to everyone's surprise Rishi requests Roja's hand in marriage. Being unaware of her sister's love affair, Roja is not willing to accept Rishi's proposal as she believes that he is the best match for her sister. But due to her parent's pressure, she gets married to Rishi, and the couple move out of the village to live in Madras.
Initially Roja is angry with Rishi for rejecting her sister, but when she comes to know of her sister's love affair and consequent rejection of Rishi, she apologizes and starts seeing him in a new light. Love blossoms, and life is blissful for the couple for a short while. Meanwhile, Rishi is assigned a posting at an army communications center in Kashmir as part of his job- he works for the Indian government. All of a sudden, the couple find themselves in a beautiful, yet alien land. And Roja's world turns upside down when Rishi is abducted by the terrorists whose agenda is to separate Kashmir from India and to free their leader, Wasim Khan- he's being held by the Indian military forces due to his crimes. Faced with the daunting task of rescuing her husband, Roja runs from pillar to post, pleading with politicians and the military for help. Further complicating matters is the communication gap- she can't speak their language, and they can't speak hers. Consequently, all her efforts to apprise them of her suffering and pain prove to be futile. The film also gained international acclaim with its nomination for Best Film at the Moscow International Film Festival.[2] The film was recently re-released for international audiences in light of the growing fear of terrorist attacks across the world. This film was so popular during that time, that terrorists in Kashmir, got a copy of the movie in Tamil.[citation needed] It is the first in Ratnam's trilogy of films that depict human relationships against a background of Indian politics, including Bombay and Dil Se.[3]
The film's successful and acclaimed score and soundtrack were composed by A. R. Rahman, who debuted in Tamil as a music director with this film. This soundtrack is among the "10 Best Soundtracks" of all time listed by TIME magazine, issued in 2005.
