A man was minding his own business in a convenience store when two women appear to be sexually assaulting him. One woman twerks on him and another repeatedly touches him. He has filed charges against the two ladies and police have arrested one. Ana Kasparian (The Point), Hannah Cranston (Think Tank), Hasan Piker (Pop Trigger) hosts of The Young Turks discuss.

“Police in Washington, D.C., are asking the public's help to identify two women accused of sexually assaulting a man by twerking against him and fondling his genitalia.
The incident happened Oct. 7 around 4 p.m. at a store on the 1700 block of New York Avenue.
Surveillance video shows a man talking on the phone while getting money from an ATM.
In the footage, two African-American women in short dresses come into the store. One of the women, wearing a silver dress, rubs her butt against the front of the man while purchasing something.
When the victim backs away, her friend, in a short red dress makes several attempts to cozy up to the man, including trying to touch his pants inseam.”

PICKENS COUNTY, ALABAMA — Husband and wife teachers from the same private school were arrested for similar charges of having sex with students in Alabama. ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Albuquerque police officer’s body camera was activated during the arrest of a woman suspected of driving while intoxicated – capturing the moment the woman attempted to frame him. According to KOB, APD Officer Jared Frazier stopped 23-year-old Deanna Griego in early October for a DWI and conducted a field sobriety test. The incident happened Oct. 7 around 4 p.m. at a store on the 1700 block of New York Avenue.

“Police in Washington, D.C., are asking the public's help to identify two women accused of sexually assaulting a man by twerking against him and fondling his genitalia.
The incident happened Oct. 7 around 4 p.m. at a store on the 1700 block of New York Avenue.
Surveillance video shows a man talking on the phone while getting money from an ATM.
In the footage, two African-American women in short dresses come into the store. One of the women, wearing a silver dress, rubs her butt against the front of the man while purchasing something.
When the victim backs away, her friend, in a short red dress makes several attempts to cozy up to the man, including trying to touch his pants inseam.”

PICKENS COUNTY, ALABAMA — Husband and wife teachers from the same private school were arrested for similar charges of having sex with students in Alabama.
James Parker, 32, was arrested March 30, while his wife, Charli Jones Parker, 30, was booked earlier, on March 28.
According to police, James allegedly had a long-term sexual relationship with a female student, while Charli had sex at least 11 times with a male student between October 2014 and March 2016 in multiple locations, including a cemetery.
District Attorney Chris McCool told CBS News that the charges for the couple are "separate and unrelated in place and manner of commission."
James teaches math and coaches basketball and football, according to the private school's website and the Alabama Independent School Association.
Charli is the head coach for the girls' basketball team. She also teaches physical education, computers and elementary school.
"None of the criminal sexual activity occurred at the school," McCool said.
The charge of a school employee engaging in a sex act with a student less than 19 years old is a Class B felony in Alabama. McCool said it carries a potential sentence of two to 20 years in prison.

A 15 year-old Swedish student was fined and suspended by the court after he sexually assaulted his teacher in public.
The assault started after he was asked to leave the room for disturbing the class.
He first approached the teacher with the excuse of wanting to hug her, then pulled down his pant, and fondled her breasts before turning towards the class and brag about what he did.
"There, I scored it," he said.
The teacher, traumatized by the attack, broke down into tears while reporting the incident to the police.
After being suspended, the teen was transferred to another school and fined around $2,700 by the district court.

You can believe what you want to believe, but if this was truly staged from the beginning it was very badly planned out. Why work so hard on a social experiment, and then have the reveal be so sloppy? Why did the reveal seem rushed? Why was it recorded AFTER the first video was taken down by Youtube? Why is it that only 5 seconds of footage was shown to "prove" it was all stages? And those clips actually prove nothing. But even if Sam Pepper can prove that his ass pinching prank was staged and scripted, he still has to answer for countless other videos where he also assaults women. Why is it that there was only a reveal video for the video that got huge amounts of backlash?
It seems very clear that his "reveal" video was just a cover up to justify the video. But what do you think? If you think differently, what's your reasoning?

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Albuquerque police officer’s body camera was activated during the arrest of a woman suspected of driving while intoxicated – capturing the moment the woman attempted to frame him.
According to KOB, APD Officer Jared Frazier stopped 23-year-old Deanna Griego in early October for a DWI and conducted a field sobriety test.
Griego can be seen on camera trying to explain her behavior by telling the officer she had a speech impairment. She also told Frazier she was going to school to become a police officer.
After failing the sobriety test, Griego was taken into the station for DWI. A breathalyzer detected a .13 blood alcohol level.
Griego then asked the officer if she could use the restroom.
Officer Frazier then heard Griego speaking with someone while in the bathroom, asking, "How can I get this officer in trouble?"
Frazier then remembered Griego had slipped her cell phone into her bra at the beginning of the traffic stop, according to the report.
When Frazier ordered Griego to step out of the restroom, she began accusing him of sexual misconduct.
"[You were] inappropriately touching me while I was waiting in the car," Griego can be heard saying in the video.
Frazier informed Griego that the entire stop had been recorded. Officers with the sex crimes division of the department later conducted a full investigation and cleared Frazier of any wrongdoing.

Thana (Zoe Tamerils Lund) is a young mute woman who is brutally raped as she returns home from her job in the garment district, and then again in her apartment that same evening. Although she is normally shy and quiet, the attacks send her over the edge. She turns the tables on her rapist and kills him. Appropriating his gun, Thana becomes a vigilante – dressing provocatively and luring sexual predators to their well-deserved doom. As she sinks further into insanity, she begins to see all men, good or bad, as rapists, and intensifies the stalking and killing.
Although rape revenge movies were popular during the time “Ms. 45” was made, Ferrara’s film is many cuts above the typical offering of the genre. This is one interesting movie, albeit a bit strange. It’s also compelling, and quite an entertaining watch, particularly a pre-climatic scene that shows Thana preparing for a Halloween party. She is dressed as a nun, and, in a truly inspired shot, the camera focuses on her red lipsticked mouth as she blesses/kisses each bullet before loading it into the gun. Highly recommended!

Sexual harassment in US colleges and universities has been going on for years but only recently it has gained national attention. The statistics on campus sexual assault are shocking. 62% of female college students and 61% of male college students have reported having been sexually harassed at their university. 39% of students who experienced sexual harassment say the incident or incidents occurred in the dorm. The statistics on campus sexual assault are shocking. 62% of female college students and 61% of male college students have reported having been sexually harassed at their university. 39% of students who experienced sexual harassment say the incident or incidents occurred in the dorm. That said, 35% or more of college students who experience sexual harassment do not tell anyone about their experience.
So, there’s a big gap between what student experience and what they report. Recently, the Department of Education has released a list of 55 colleges and universities currently under investigation for possibly mishandling complaints of sexual harassment.
Is the issue of sexual harassment and assault on college campuses case-specific or is it part of the overall culture of sexism?

The training film features Dr. Rebecca Campbell and Chief Tom Tremblay (Ret.) and law enforcement professionals from across Michigan. The video was developed by the Michigan Domestic and Sexual Violence Prevention and Treatment Board in partnership with the Violence Against Women Project of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Association of Michigan.
The film has two parts that allow it to be viewed in its’ entirety at an in-service training (22 minutes) or in separate roll call trainings (13 minutes and 9 minutes).

Bill Cosby had two of the sexual assault cases against him filed in Los Angeles dropped by the Los Angeles District Attorney who announced they would not prosecute the claims filed by Chloe Goins or Jane Doe Number 2 in 2008 and a woman who listed her name as Jane Doe 1 in 1965. Meanwhile, Brian Encinia, the state trooper who arrested Sandra Bland, has been indicted on a perjury charge. We examine both stories and look at the faulty investigation into Chicago police misconduct with defense attorney Tom Mesereau, in this uncensored Crime Time episode hosted by Allison Hope Weiner.

Best known for defending Michael Jackson in his 2004/2005 child molestation case, Thomas Mesereau has worked with such notable clientele as Robert Blake, Mike Tyson, and Joe Babijian. He is also extensively experienced in pro-bono cases and has received awards and recognition for his community service and humanitarian activism on behalf of poor and disenfranchised people.

Mordvinov was quietly expelled and told the fifth estate he's appealing. The fifth estate takes you inside the story of the women’s fight to have their allegations taken seriously. Right after we reported the details of our story online UBC issued a "Response to the fifth estate program" and a public apology. "I want to apologize to the women in these cases who feel they have been let down by our university," Martha Piper, interim president and vice-chancellor, said in a statement issued online.

"Not only was I astounded by the numbers, but when I started talking to the women and men who had experienced this, I was just so devastated by their stories," says the film's Academy Award-nominated director, Kirby Dick. "These are women and men who are very idealistic, they joined the military because they wanted to serve their country, they were incredible soldiers and then, when they were assaulted, they had the courage to come forward — even though many people advised them not to," Dick says.
