Chad Barrett Rogers (born April 5, 1977, Malibu, California) is an American realtor and television presenter. His practice is located in Beverly Hills, CA. Rogers starred on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing in seasons 2 and 3.
Born and raised in Southern California, he returned to the West Coast after graduating with a degree in Business and minor in Finance from the University of Denver. During this time Rogers also earned his real estate license.
Since the start of his career, Rogers has built and maintained a reputation among power-player clientele, including professional athletes, celebrities and high-ranking business officials. He works for Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland at the Hilton & Hyland real estate brokerage. Chad consults with various media outlets including The Los Angeles Times, LA Direct, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Angeleno Magazine, InTouch Weekly, The Real Deal, TCHAD Magazine and Hot Properties. Rogers has spoken at engagements such as Scottsdale Luxury Home tour Holiday Soiree event, The University of Redlands, LA's Matters on Design event, Natpe, The Learning Annex NYC and the "Success 101 Speakers Series" hosted by the Young Professionals Global Network at Pepperdine University in Malibu.
Josh Altman (born March 10, 1979) is an American real estate agent and reality television personality. He appears on the television show Million Dollar Listing, on the Bravo! television network. He has also appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Giuliana and Bill on the E! network.
Josh Altman was born on March 10, 1979 in Newton, Massachusetts. He is the son of Alan and Judith Altman of Aspen, Colorado. Altman's father, Alan is an expert on menopause and sexual medicine.[citation needed] As of 2012[update], Josh Altman resides in the Hollywood Hills.[citation needed]
Altman attended Newton South High School from which he graduated in 1997. He then went to Syracuse University, from which he received a degree in Speech Communications in 2001. He was a kicker for the Syracuse University football team. During this time, the team won the Big East Championship two years in a row, and played in the Fiesta Bowl and the Orange Bowl, losing both games. Altman did not play in either bowl game.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles (previously Million Dollar Listing) is an American reality series that first aired on the Bravo television network. The show follows real estate agents based in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Malibu, California selling high-end properties. The series, presented in one-hour episodes, gives viewers an inside look at the world of high-priced real estate in Los Angeles County. In April 2011, the show finished its fourth season. Season five will premiere on June 6, 2012.
