Bruno Bozzetto
Bruno Bozzetto (born 3 March 1938 in Milan, Italy) is an Italian cartoon animator, creator of many short pieces, mainly of a political or satirical nature. He created his first animated short "Tapum! the weapons' story" in 1958 at the age of 20. His most famous character, a hapless little man named "Signor Rossi" (Mr. Rossi), has been featured in many animated shorts as well as starring in three feature films: "Mr. Rossi Looks for Happiness" (1976), "Mr. Rossi's Dreams" (1977), and "Mr. Rossi's Vacation" (1977).

In 1965, Bozzetto produced his first feature-length animated film: West and soda, a parody of American Western films. In 1968, Bozzetto released VIP my Brother Superman, a superhero spin-off. However, his best-known work is probably the 1976 feature film Allegro Non Troppo, a collection of short pieces set to classical music in the manner of Disney's Fantasia, but more humorous in nature, economical in execution and with more sophisticated narrative themes. After a long break, Bozzetto produced a live-action film in 1987, "Under the Chinese Restaurant", his last feature film work until assisting on the pilot for "Mammuk" (2002), an animated film set in prehistoric times (now being produced by Rai Cinema and The Animation Band).
1990 saw the release of Grasshoppers (Cavallette), which was a nominee for the Best Animated Short Oscar.
In 1995, he produced an animated short for Hanna Barbera's "What A Cartoon" series entitled "Help?" and in 1996, in cooperation with RAI and with the support of Cartoon (Media Programme of the European Union), he created "The Spaghetti Family" a 26-episode cartoon television series.
In recent years Bozzetto has turned his hand to flash cartoons, most notably with the award-winning "Europe and Italy", a witty and graphically elegant commentary on European vs. Italian sociocultural attributes.

Tales of Gulliver Part 4 of 5 (Lilliput)
A cast entirely made up of kids, including Adam Wylie, re-create Gulliver's Travels. From 1997. Here is the Liliputian part (they don't do the part in Brobdingnag, land of giants, but they do the floating island bit). The idea of this special was to get kids interested in the story and they'd go to the library and read the original.

Turns out it works Great for pulling focus with the canon 7d and not to bad on the canon 5d mkII. It has the same resolution as many higher priced models such as the Ikan. Whats the difference between the 5d and 7d when used with a field monitor? Answer The Canon 5d Drops out when record is pressed causing the monitor to go black well the signal changes from 16:9 to 4:3 the camera is still recording well this dropout is happening. What does the Lilliput monitor menu look like? Answer: In the video i Scroll through the monitors menu to give you an idea of what to expect. Can you rotate the Lilliput monitors display in the menu settings. Answer: Yes, you can rotate the display both left to right and top to bottom. The monitor was tested on both the Canon 7d and 5d mark II. Lilliput 7" DVI Monitor Video Demo
Lilliput is getting ready to release their new 7" touchscreen that has native DVI and component digital out. Previous models such as the 629 had only VGA, Composite and S-Video. What is great about this monitor is that it's now extra versatile. They left the pigtail plug on the monitor and just added the extra DVI and component cables. That means you have the option to output to 5 different video sources, DVI, VGA, composite, component and s-video. The connectors for DVI came out of the bottom of the unit, whereas the pigtail connector came out of the side. So this may affect some installations but just be aware that it *may* be changed. The digital output was, in our opinion, more defined in terms of the colors. More specifically the blacks were blacker and the whites were whiter. The only down side we noticed is that the DVI output seemed to have off colors. The ocean in the video seemed very green, even though on VGA it was blue. All the settings for the test were brightness 50% Green 50% blue 50% and red 50% with a resolution of 800x600. They ran from the same ATI graphics card playing BBC's blue ocean on VLC player. This product should be coming soon to the mp3Car store, so look out for it.

Added: In the second half of this video, watch for two large round elongated objects that I thought were stomachs in this worm. Turns out, they were eggs. I have found a large number of eggs in my samples recently, and did not know what they were until today. :o) I first read of Nematodes infecting people when I was a kid in the 1950's. I could never find much information on them, if there even was much information on them. Consequently, for a person like me, it just made me more curious to know what they were. While this variety does not infect humans, they like potato's in the ground, they are still interesting. I have never seen any animal that wastes so much energy. Usually, anything that has to find it's own food, meaning anything not human, never wastes a single erg of energy. These guys whip around from beginning to end, expending enough energy to light a small city. They are also a pain in the butt, when trying to photograph something else in the water cause they stir it up and disturb everything. I just had a chance to upgrade my Canon t2i to the magic lantern firmware and was happy to discover that all the magic lantern read outs work on my hdmi field monitor. The other nice thing is that my camera remote still works with the magic lantern firmware. So i can still pull focus and start and stop recording. One option is to use a 1 20 to hot shoe adapter, they run about $3: shop.ebay.com If that doesn't work well enough for you then you can add this very affordable ball head for about $6: shop.ebay.com If you feel like spending a few more dollars, then an adjustable friction arm might be the best option. You can pick one up for around $45 on ebay: shop.ebay.com All of these options are great if you don't want to spend the money on a full DSLR rig, but remember that the hot shoe on your camera isn't rated for a lot of weight. A single field monitor is fine, or a single field recorder but Try not to over do it or you could damage your camera's hot shoe mount.
