Jeff Kober
Jeff Kober (born December 18, 1953) is an American actor.
Early life
Kober was born in Billings, Montana.
Career
Kober may be best known as Dodger in China Beach and Daedalus in the short-lived cult horror series Kindred: The Embraced. He has made guest appearances on such television series as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, ER, 24, The Closer, and Criminal Minds. He played the character Julian Bradley in the two-part 1985 episode entitled "The Monster: Part 1&2" on Highway to Heaven. He plays Jacob Hale, Jr. in the FX series Sons of Anarchy and Joe in the AMC series The Walking Dead.

The Walking
The Walking is an avant-garde music/experimental film score studio album by Jane Siberry. The album was released on Reprise Records internationally, but remained on the independent label Duke Street Records in Canada. It is an excellent example of music that, on release, was panned by critics and largely spurned by the market, only to become a museum-quality art that has stood the test of time.
Critical reception
The album was initially poorly received by critics. It largely turned its back on the quirky new wave pop that Siberry had been known for; in its place was a surreal amalgam of progressive rock and Laurie Anderson-style performance art narratives, only one of which was shorter than six minutes.
Toronto progressive radio station CFNY, an early champion of Siberry's music, announced that it did not view any track on The Walking as viable for airplay on their station. Sales of the album were slow at first, although they improved when Siberry provided radio stations with a shorter edit of "Ingrid and the Footman".

Sons of Anarchy
Sons of Anarchy is an American crime drama television series created by Kurt Sutter. It follows the lives of a close-knit outlaw motorcycle club operating in Charming, a fictional town in California's Central Valley. The show stars Charlie Hunnam as Jackson "Jax" Teller, initially the vice president of the club, who begins questioning the club and himself.
Sons of Anarchy premiered on September 3, 2008, on cable network FX. The series' third season attracted an average of 4.9 million viewers per week, making it FX's highest rated series ever, surpassing FX's other hits The Shield, Nip/Tuck, and Rescue Me. The season 4 and 5 premieres were the two highest-rated telecasts in FX's history.
The sixth season aired from September 10, 2013, through December 10, 2013. The seventh and final season of the series premiered on September 9, 2014. The series finale premiered on December 9, 2014.
In November 2013, Sutter indicated he was in talks with FX to make a Sons of Anarchy prequel set in the 1960s. In February 2015, he said he would not work on the prequel, likely to be titled "The First 9", before 2017.

Directed by Graham Baker. Trivia The alien character played by Mandy Patinkin was originally going to be named George Jetson but Hanna-Barbera wouldn't give the rights to the name. The decision to call his character 'George' in the movie was kept as an in-joke. Jerry Goldsmith's synthetic and score was rejected early in post production for being "too weird" and replaced with music by Curt Sobel. My review of the fun sci-fi buddy cop flick, Alien Nation(1988) starring James Caan, Mandy Patinkin, Terence Stamp, Kevyn Major Howard, Leslie Bevis, Peter Jason, Conrad Dunn, Jeff Kober, Roger Aaron Brown, and Brian Thompson.

The alien character played by Mandy Patinkin was originally going to be named George Jetson but Hanna-Barbera wouldn't give the rights to the name. The decision to call his character 'George' in the movie was kept as an in-joke.
Jerry Goldsmith's synthetic and score was rejected early in post production for being "too weird" and replaced with music by Curt Sobel. Jerry Goldsmith's rejected score was released in Spring 2005 as a Varese Sarabande CD Club Release limited to 3000 copies.
The October 1987 draft of the screenplay credits a rewrite to James Cameron. He is not credited in the final film.
The trailer shows a portion of a fight scene between George and Rudyard Kipling with a burning car in the background, meaning that in an earlier edit Kipling exits the car before it explodes (you see him regain consciousness at one point with a groan) and then fights with George. This would also explain why it is that Sykes compliments George on showing "some good moves back there".
Brian Thompson (Trent Porter) is the only actor to appear in both the original film version of Alien Nation and the subsequent television adaptation Alien Nation.
The original title for the screenplay was Outer Heat.

Kober's big screen career began with the film Out of Bounds (1986), in which he played the first of his signature nefarious characters - "Roy Gaddis", a small-time drug dealer with murderous inclinations. This role led to more film opportunities in The First Power (1990), Tank Girl (1995) (a comedic turn), Defining Maggie (2002), World Without Waves (2004), and the remake of The Hills Have Eyes II (2007), among others. Never one to balk at taking a chance in the acting field, Kober has also appeared in several short independent films - the Academy Award-winning Session Man (1991) and, most recently, Lucid (2006), another film that has garnered a number of awards at independent film festivals across the country.
He has done extensive stage work, most prominently, as "the father" in Jenny Sullivan's autobiographical work "J For J" and "Defying Gravity". Being a creature of diverse talents, Kober is also a noted artist (he was responsible for the paintings attributed to his character "Daedalus" on Kindred: The Embraced (1996) and is the c/o author of "Art That Pays: The Emerging Artist's Guide to Making a Living" along with Adele Slaughter. Kober's big screen career began with the film Out of Bounds (1986), in which he played the first of his signature nefarious characters - "Roy Gaddis", a small-time drug dealer with murderous inclinations. This role led to more film opportunities in The First Power (1990), Tank Girl (1995) (a comedic turn), Defining Maggie (2002), World Without Waves (2004), and the remake of The Hills Have Eyes II (2007), among others. Never one to balk at taking a chance in the acting field, Kober has also appeared in several short independent films - the Academy Award-winning Session Man (1991) and, most recently, Lucid (2006), another film that has garnered a number of awards at independent film festivals across the country.
He has done extensive stage work, most prominently, as "the father" in Jenny Sullivan's autobiographical work "J For J" and "Defying Gravity". Being a creature of diverse talents, Kober is also a noted artist (he was responsible for the paintings attributed to his character "Daedalus" on Kindred: The Embraced (1996) and is the c/o author of "Art That Pays: The Emerging Artist's Guide to Making a Living" along with Adele Slaughter. Directed by Graham Baker. Trivia The alien character played by Mandy Patinkin was originally going to be named George Jetson but Hanna-Barbera wouldn't give the rights to the name. Jerry Goldsmith's synthetic and score was rejected early in post production for being "too weird" and replaced with music by Curt Sobel. My review of the fun sci-fi buddy cop flick, Alien Nation(1988) starring James Caan, Mandy Patinkin, Terence Stamp, Kevyn Major Howard, Leslie Bevis, Peter Jason, Conrad Dunn, Jeff Kober, Roger Aaron Brown, and Brian Thompson.

Trivia
The alien character played by Mandy Patinkin was originally going to be named George Jetson but Hanna-Barbera wouldn't give the rights to the name. The decision to call his character 'George' in the movie was kept as an in-joke.
Jerry Goldsmith's synthetic and score was rejected early in post production for being "too weird" and replaced with music by Curt Sobel. Jerry Goldsmith's rejected score was released in Spring 2005 as a Varese Sarabande CD Club Release limited to 3000 copies.
The October 1987 draft of the screenplay credits a rewrite to James Cameron. He is not credited in the final film.
The trailer shows a portion of a fight scene between George and Rudyard Kipling with a burning car in the background, meaning that in an earlier edit Kipling exits the car before it explodes (you see him regain consciousness at one point with a groan) and then fights with George. This would also explain why it is that Sykes compliments George on showing "some good moves back there".
Brian Thompson (Trent Porter) is the only actor to appear in both the original film version of Alien Nation and the subsequent television adaptation Alien Nation.
The original title for the screenplay was Outer Heat.
