An inspirational film conveying the commitment, strength, energy and endless spirit of the women who attended the WIPW 2015. The Women's International Parkour Weekend is the centrepiece of the global #shecanTRACE Initiative, inspiring more and more women to get out and move and reclaim their physicality with confidence. WIPW 2015 happened on May 2-3, bringing together female practitioners from all over the world - from countries including Italy, France, the USA, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Latvia, Canada, Australia and of course the UK. This film gives an insight into the event, held in and around PKGen's London Academy, the famous Chainstore Academy venue at Trinity Buoy Wharf and at the famous London training spot at Canada Water The weekend was run by the PKGen senior female coaches Shirley Darlington and Naomi Honey, alongside guest coach Fizz Hood, assistants Thuli Lamb, Magda Sieczkarek and Tara Robinson and instructors Andy Pearson and Chris 'Blane' Rowat making guest appearances. This film captures some of the amazing energy and positivity that flowed throughout the 2015 event, and a taste of some of the powerful and inspirational moments that resulted.
