Here's a song for you that 4EverfreeBrony wrote while in Argentina. He recorded a demo, and sent us piano, then we mixed it with Relative1Pitch's violin (tuned to sound like a cello) and Emily Jones's vocals (thanks to MandoPony for mixing the vocals!). I have no doubt that he will release an updated version when he returns, but this one is good enough to share!
This plays along the same theme as Chant of Immortality. Twilight is thinking about immortality and she's hoping that it's perhaps not as bleak as she's worried it will be.
So here's to hoping.
Emily last sang on a song for 4EFB on the very popular Still on The Moon (with Faux Synder), the ukulele driven teaser for the Pink side of the Moon album. This song continues to be one of the most popular songs 4EFB has ever released, and Emily's vocals are a big part of why.
Special thanks to Relative1Pitch who created the cello part from thin air. Garrison said "Send the demo to him and ask him if he can create something that sounds like a cello." We did, and what he created was magic. as we were talking outside it was cold
we were shivering yet warmed by the subject matter
my wife is in the next room we've been having troubles you know please don't tell her or anyone but I need to talk to somebody
you said "wouldn't it be a shame if I knew how great I was five minutes before I died I'd be filled
with such regret before I took my last breath"
and I said "you're willing to tell me this now and you're not going to die anytime soon"
and I said "I haven't been eating chicken or meat or anything"
and you said "yes, but you've been wearing leather"
and laughed and said "we're at the top of the food chain, yes, you're still a fine woman
and I cringed

we left the restaurant where the head waiter (in his 60's) said "good-bye sir thank you for your business sir you're successful and established sir and we like the frequency with which you dine here sir and your money"

I have no doubt that he will release an updated version when he returns, but this one is good enough to share!
This plays along the same theme as Chant of Immortality. Twilight is thinking about immortality and she's hoping that it's perhaps not as bleak as she's worried it will be.

Moments In Life: Cambodia 2016 | Phnom Penh & Island Hoping
Sometimes the best moments in life are the simple ones. We took a family vacation to Cambodia and capture some memorable moments with our family. Nataliya is now 15 months and it was during this trip that she began to expand her vocabulary and sentences (although we still don't quite understands what she is saying). The highlight of our trip this time was our island hoping experience. Cambodia's island is so beautiful! We also had a chance to visit the now even more famous island Koh Rong where the USA TV show survivor made 2 seasons there. Hope you all enjoy watching this video as much as I enjoyed making it. What Is Grim Dawn?

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. At this talk Camui rocket scientist , Tsutomu Uematsu entices a bold talk of journey to his accomplishments. Full of emotions , laugh and cries he has a humanly way to exploring science.
Tsutomu Uematsu has been fascinated by space since his childhood. He learned fluid mechanics in the university and joined a company designing aircraft in Nagoya. In 1994, he came back to Hokkaido and joined Uematsu Elecetoric Co, managed by his father, Kiyoshi Uematsu. He developed and produced electric magnet used for removing and selecting iron from industrial waste.
Ten years later, his encounter with Prof. Nagata, a researcher of Camui Rocket in Graduate School of Hokkaido University, promised him to give a full support to the rocket research with his love of space. Since then, he has been contributed to four research projects: ‘rocket developments,’ ‘experiments on microgravity,’ which creates the zero-gravity environment like space, ‘developments of a miniaturized satellite,’ and ‘cooperative projects with American private space development corporations.'
His main accomplishments are the research and the launch of the artificial satellite “HIT-SAT,” experimental launch of Camui Rocket (reaching 3,500 meter altitude), the cooperative experimental launch with JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency), a start-up of ARC project, and etc. In 2012, he achieved to reach 7,400 meter altitude on the experimental launch of Camui Rocket 500p.

Yet, throughout its growth and development, the BKWSU has managed to maintain its original principles and adhere to its original purpose.
When the University came into being under the name "Om Mandali" it consisted of only a handful of men, women and children living in Hyderabad, Sindh (now part of Pakistan, but at that time part of colonial India). After a respected and wealthy member of their community, Dada Lekhraj, experienced a series of visions in 1936, these spiritual pioneers were inspired to transform their lives.

Dada Lekhraj's visions revealed a body of knowledge about the nature of the soul, of God and of time -- concepts so simple in their expression but so profound in meaning that they awakened a powerful sense of recognition in those with whom the visions were shared.

For fourteen years, until two years after the partition of India and Pakistan, the founding group of nearly 400 individuals lived as a self--sufficient community devoting their time to intense spiritual study, meditation and self transformation.

For the first time in five years, the two driving forces behind Pink Floyd, Roger Waters and David Gilmour, reunited onstage at a benefit in England over the weekend. The unannounced team-up went down before the 200 attendees of the Hoping Foundation benefit in Oxfordshire, which raised money for young Palestinian refugees. The duo's four-song set included Phil Spector's "To Know Him Is To Love Him" (a Floyd sound-check staple according to the blog on Gilmour's website) and the band's classics "Wish You Were Here," "Comfortably Numb" and "Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2."
The Saturday night set marks the first time Waters and Gilmour have shared the stage since Pink Floyd's reunion performance at 2005's Live 8 in London. The duo's Hoping Foundation performance helped raise £350,000. At the benefit, Gilmour and Waters — who swapped his bass for an acoustic guitar — were joined by keyboardists Harry Waters and Jonjo Grisdale, drummer Andy Newmark, guitarist Chester Kamen and bassist Guy Pratt, who ironically replaced Waters in the Gilmour-led, Division Bell-era Pink Floyd.
As Rolling Stone previously reported, Waters asked Gilmour to join his 30th anniversary tour of The Wall this year, but his onetime bandmate declined. "David is completely uninterested," Waters said in May. "I could have probably gone for doing some more stuff, but he's not interested." Hopes for an official Pink Floyd reunion tour were mostly extinguished when keyboardist Richard Wright passed away in 2008 and Gilmour lamented, "No one can replace Richard Wright."
Even without Gilmour, Waters' The Wall tour is one of the few treks that has seemingly staved off the summer's concert industry struggles: While artists including Rihanna and the Jonas Brothers and tours like Lilith Fair and American Idols Live continue to cancel dates, the demand for The Wall 30th anniversary tour has led Waters to double, triple and, in some cases, quadruple the number of dates he's performing in certain markets.

In this presentation, Patrick "Cam" Camangian draws from his work in California schools to illustrate pedagogical approaches for adequately teaching the sensibilities needed to deal with the traumatic stress of everyday, urban life and creating classroom learning conditions that foster radical healing (Ginwright, 2010) and critical hope (Duncan-Andrade, 2009).
Patrick Camangian is an Associate Professor of Teacher Education at the University of San Francisco and has been a HS English teacher since 1999, honoring the tradition of teacher-research by applying critical pedagogies in urban schools. His areas of expertise include: critical pedagogy, critical literacy, culturally empowering education, and socially transformative teacher development. Currently, he is turning to models that are challenging the colonial condition and research in the health sciences to inform his findings on complex traumas and urban education.

Nataliya is now 15 months and it was during this trip that she began to expand her vocabulary and sentences (although we still don't quite understands what she is saying). The highlight of our trip this time was our island hoping experience. Cambodia's island is so beautiful! We also had a chance to visit the now even more famous island Koh Rong where the USA TV show survivor made 2 seasons there.
