SPEAKER: Dr. Bhuvan Unhelkar, BE,
MDBA,
MSc., PhD,
FACS,
CBAP
Composite Agile Method and Strategy (
CAMS) is a evolutionary, business-focused approach to
Agility. CAMS makes use of the best principles and practices of Agile together with the necessary practices of formal methods (e.g.
PMBOK) at various levels within the organization. These levels or tiers of application of CAMS can range from software development, standard project management, business processes, governance, and business strategies.
This wide ranging applicability of Agile elevates it from the cellars of software development and into the business space - where it appears to provide substantially more value.
Going beyond Agile as a method, this presentation also underscores the strategic, long-term, business-focused view of Agility. Its based on

Practice: Composite approach for projects and organizations (
