Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, answered questions from MPs in the House of Commons on Wednesday 10 December 2014. The Deputy Prime Minister is to take questions on behalf of the Prime Minister, David Cameron, who is visiting Turkey. To find out more about this week's questions, including links to the transcript, visit: http://www.parliament.uk/PMQs-10-december-2014 Prime Minister's Question Time Question Time in the House of Commons is an opportunity for MPs to question government ministers about matters for which they are responsible. Prime Minister's Question Time, also referred to as PMQs, takes place every Wednesday that the House of Commons is sitting and gives MPs the chance to put questions to the Prime Minister. In most cases, the session starts with a routine 'open question' from an MP about the Prime Minister's engagements. MPs can then ask supplementary questions on any subject, often one of current political significance. Opposition MPs follow up on this or another topic, usually led by the Leader of the Opposition, Edward Miliband. Usually, he is the only MP allowed to come back with further questions. When the Deputy Prime Minister takes Prime Minister's Questions, Opposition questions will usually be led by the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Harriet Harman. One in three job centres will be using Universal Credit by the spring of 2015, and "pretty much everybody" on it by 2019, says the work and pensions secretary. Iain Duncan Smith said there was "not a problem" with the changes to welfare, as he told Andrew Neil about its introduction in north west England, who asked him the changing dates for the reform. They also also looked at whether the HM Treasury had signed off the business case for Universal Credit, food bank use, plus changes to housing benefits, payments to people with disabilities, and Tory policy on child benefits.
Thatcher Unemployment is a video debunking MrReco12 as I give the strong case to my argument for what is completely disregarded about that time period. You will find in this video the evidence of what a recession is, what it caused and the line graph evidence to show for this. It is one of the most common myths we see today and if you wish to watch my initial original video which he claimed to debunk, you can watch that here: Thatcher Years Unemployment 1980s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRdFXcHLBx8 With the information provided in this video you should be able to understand the reflection between the Thatcher Unemployment years to the Recession that caused it.

The Irish Times 2015-03-29George Gideon Oliver Osborne,MP (born 23 May 1971 in Paddington, London) is a British Conservative politician. He is the Chancellor of the Exchequer of the United Kingdom, a role to which he was appointed in May 2010, and has been the Member of Parliament for Tatton since 2001.
Osborne is part of the old Anglo-Irish aristocracy, known in Ireland as the Ascendancy. He is the heir to the Osborne baronetcy (of Ballentaylor, in County Tipperary, and Ballylemon, in County Waterford).
He was educated at St Paul's School and Magdalen College, University of Oxford, before entering politics.
Osborne is the eldest of four sons. His father, Sir Peter Osborne, 17th Baronet, co-founded the firm of fabric and wallpapers designers Osborne & Little. His mother is Felicity Alexandra Loxton-Peacock, the daughter of artist Lady Clarisse Loxton Peacock.
Originally named Gideon Oliver, he changed his name to George when he was 13. In an interview in July 2005, Osborne said: "It was my small act of rebellion. I never liked it. When I finally told my mother she said, 'Nor do I'. So I decided to be George after my grandfather, who was a war hero. Life was easier as a George; it was a straightforward name."
Edward Michael Balls, (born 25 February 1967) is a British Labour politician, who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Morley and Outwood since 2010, and is the current Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer. From 2005 to 2010, he was the MP for Normanton and he served in the Cabinet from 2007 to 2010.
Balls is married to current Shadow Home Secretary and fellow Labour MP Yvette Cooper. In 2008 they were the first married couple to serve together in a British Cabinet.
Balls' father is the zoologist Michael Balls, criticised for campaigning against the grammar school system in Norfolk, then sending his son to fee-paying schools. Balls was born in Norwich and educated at Bawburgh Primary School in Norwich, Crossdale Drive Primary School in Nottinghamshire, and then the private all-boys Nottingham High School, where he played the violin. He went on to attend Keble College, Oxford, where he gained a First in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (graduating ahead of David Cameron), and later Harvard, where he was a Kennedy Scholar specialising in Economics.
Zoe Williams (born 1973) is a British columnist and journalist.
She attended the independent Godolphin and Latymer School girls school and read Modern History at Lincoln College, Oxford.. Her parents separated in 1976 and formally divorced 20 years later.
Williams writes for The Guardian and the New Statesman. She writes political commentary, interviews and reviews. Her work has also appeared in other publications, including The Spectator, NOW Magazine, the London Cycling Campaign's magazine London Cyclist and the London Evening Standard where she contributed columns on a variety of subjects, and a diary about being a single woman in London.
In May 2011 Williams admitted to fare dodging when in her 30s while travelling on London buses. She wrote "I actually had a lot of affection for bendy buses, mainly because evading your fare was so easy that to pay was almost missing the point. We used to call it freebussing."
Williams describes her political views as left-wing and feminist. She sometimes covers feminist issues in her columns, and is a supporter of the British Humanist Association.
